Definitely one of my fave hotels so far. Amazing staff. Aircon unit wasn't in working order however the night staff rectified the situation by offering a new room. Really loved the atmosphere and breakfast. Close to airport and mulifanua Wharf. Just a surreal experience xx

Had an awesome experience at Sheraton resort🔥🥰 Room was nice and spacious, but it would've been nice to have a sink for dishes but other then that the view was beautiful, like waking up to paradise every morning. Breakfast was great. Lunch and Dinner was also great but would love more Samoan food on the menu🙂 Overall, It was a beautiful stay with my partner and the staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome and catered to our every need. Our highlight was definitely Faafetai! Who was the worker who took care of us during our stay. He let us know all the events going on at the resort, always checked in on us, greeted us with a smile and truly wanted us to have an amazing stay. Such an Asset to the Sheraton Mulifanua front of house staff. 🥰🥰🔥👏 I'll definitely b back🔥🔥

Stayed here the first night off the plane. Comparing to the other places we've stayed during this trip it was probably the least value for money given the expensive and below par food. Rooms were nice and clean, beach was nice, pool was warm but just really let down by the food and the price of everything. Not sure I'd recommend this to anyone given where you can stay for much better value.

Absolutely AMAZING! Staff are so kind and thoughtful and honest. Most beautiful location I have ever seen! Beautiful beach to do some snorkeling! And the lovely walk to the reception makes you so calm. It's also really nice to show the Samoan culture! I also love the animals that roam around especially the donkeys😆 Recommended!

We had a lovely time in this Sherston. The service was fantastic. The people were so kind and helpful and also provided additional care as and when requested. They were very accommodating and generous. The location was awesome private beach nice beautiful views of the ocean and adjacent islands. The food was very nice with a lot of choices, the breakfast was similar but all great regardless. Drinks and food were affordable and had a great variety. Only thing would be to see it get modernised and updated. Would love to stay again.

We always enjoy our stay here. Our rather larger than life family flew in on 03 August and spent a night here before ferrying across to Savai'i the next day for a couple of nights. Here was an awesome pick for our first night to kick back and relax soaking in the awesome views and acclimatising to the heat. The Niu on entry was a nice touch as always and very refreshing. We love the rooms that are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. We relaxed at the bar near reception and enjoyed quite a few beverages with family and friends. Food at the bar was great for light refreshments to keep you going until dinner. It was a Thursday night and the dinner at the restaurant was a Greek influenced buffet meal and what a treat this was to kick off our holiday on day one. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the salads and moussaka was mouthwatering. The service from the team was on point and everyone knew exactly what they needed to do. Overall the team were very attentive and pleasant from the barman to the waiting staff and the porter, who has been a loyal employee of the Sheraton as we remembered him from our previous visits. Fa'afetai is always friendly, polite, professional and prompt with service, I'm sure he is an asset to the resort and the team. I would have to say the breakfast is the best on the island, great variety all round including fresh fruit choices which were amazing. Star fruit, papaya, pineapple, apples, and oranges to name a few. We really enjoyed refueling at breakfast for a big day of ahead of travel elsewhere. Overall, the rooms, service, staff, food and drinks were fantastic. Some of us enjoyed a casual stroll on the grounds soaking in the views of the ocean and natures beautiful the flowers. The only minor issue we had was our card reader wasn't reading the room card, so we had no entry to the room for a little while which wasn't too bad considering we spent most of the time bar near the pool with family and friends until maintenance managed to sort it in the evening and the kids were enjoying the pool. Otherwise a very pleasing and relaxing start to the holiday. We will definitely return especially being so close to the airport.

SAMOA - THE JEWEL OF THE PACIFIC! Our stay was magic! Don't listen to the precious people who complain (their lives must be boring). Sure the Sheraton is a little rundown, but by no means a dump and it's currently under some promising renovations anyway! Despite the battering Samoa recieved from COVID19 they can all still smile! The service we recieve was refreshingly outstanding and we felt so welcome and at home! RIA made the best omeletes for breakfast and had a truely genuine friendly nature, she was a complete delight!, SALUME had the lovliest accommodating and graceful manner, FAFETAI was always ready to be of help - even explaining the different tropical flowers I had found in the gardens, TAI went the extra mile to provide information and accommodate our needs, SAMMY was a whiz on the cocktails, TASI always made sure we were happy with our meals, IRIENE explained helpful ways to navigate Samoa and get around, TAO taught us to husk coconuts and showed a genuine interest in how we were enjoying our holiday with a great sense of humour, IOSHUA rescued me from a giant (well it was giant to me!!) crab chasing me on the beach! PETER & LIU gave the best massage I've ever had in the gorgeous forest setting spa, and released months of high stress with such kind care. I know I've missed others but we are so grateful for the staff at the Sheraton. After a very hard year they were truely a blessing for our endurance! I miss them all very much and can't wait to come back!! Thank you to all of you. You don't know how wonderful you are! Alofa atu, Simon, Emma and the boys. 🥰
