I
can
be
empathetic
regarding
what
the
world
has
been
through
the
last
two
years,
as
well
as
understand
how
difficult
it
must
be
to
catch
up,
have
proper
front-desk
staffing,
nurses
to
answer
questions,
as
well
as
have
the
availability
of
staff
to
answer
the
medication
lines.
I
do
also
not
truly
know
if
one
office
staff
member
is
managing
the
two
lines.
I
will
also
add
that
with
the
recent
hurricane,
the
office
likely
had
to
rearrange
several
appointments
and
catch
up
on
doing
so.
However,
these
excuses
I
am
providing
for
this
office
does
not
seem
to
be
an
acute
issue,
based
upon
reviews.
The
way
this
office
is
ran
is
inexcusable
and
unacceptable.
Waiting
over
two
weeks
for
a
phone
call
back
in
regard
to
a
patient
and
their
mental
health
is
unjustifiable.
This
field
of
work
is
difficult,
however,
it
is
what
the
office
staff
and
medical
providers
signed
up
to
do.
In
mental
health,
we
are
not
dealing
with
individuals
with
issues
that
can
be
pushed
off
(i.e.
lab
draws).
You
are
dealing
with
individuals
with
serious
issues
that
cause
daily
inabilities
to
do
the
smallest
task
such
as
leaving
their
bed.
You
are
dealing
with
patients
that
often
times
rely
on
medication
so
they
do
not
have
to
let
their
mental
illness
win.
You
are
frequently
dealing
with
patients
that
struggle
daily
to
stay
alive.
The
front
desk
staff
should
very
seriously
be
considered
to
either
change
their
attitude
towards
patients,
or
simply
be
replaced.
The
way
the
receptionist
treats
the
vulnerability
of
this
patient
population
is
indefensible.
Also,
I
would
recommend
hiring
more
staff
or
perhaps
have
Dr.
Patel
stay
after
to
catch
up
on
phone
calls
himself.
I
cannot
simply
understand
how
a
provider
can
allow
these
things
to
happen
in
his
practice
knowing
the
oath
that
was
taken
when
entering
this
profession.
It
seems
to
be
an
ongoing
issue,
again,
based
upon
these
reviews.
A
response
from
the
office
is
also
common,
but
there
is
no
change
being
made.
Sometimes,
sacrifices
must
be
made
in
order
to
keep
a
good
reputation
for
your
business.
Also,
you
must
remember
what
you
chose
to
do
with
your
career
with
this
high-risk
population
of
individuals.
Nobody
should
have
to
drive
to
an
office
to
get
information
about
medications
or
an
appointment
due
to
the
inability
for
an
office
staff
member
to
return
a
call.
Change
your
focus
and
remember
why
the
mental
health
community
was
a
choice
that
was
yours
to
make
when
choosing
a
career
field.
Thank
you.
