Claudia was amazing. She was very thorough. She gave me some informative information , on how the laser works, what type of skin I have and what’s expected before , during and after treatment. It’s clean and nice the receptions were very nice. I will go back

I was referred to this clinic by a friend and I was able to easily schedule an appointment and see the doctor and his staff the same day. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and give recommendations for treatment. I'm grateful because I needed an antibiotic as soon as possible.

I am writing this review on Kimberly Burnham PTA. From the first day I meet Kimberly she was so very kind, easy going, polite, down to earth and positive. She was always so helpful and more than willing to go out of her way to make her patient's feel at ease. Before I started with Kimberly I was in so much pain. After three weeks in, I had no more pain. She is a wonder and she knows what she is doing. Thanks Kimberly and happy new year.

Claudia, an excellent worker and very professional, I managed to remove 70% of my pubic hair and 90% of my armpit hair in just 6 sessions. My areas feel much softer and clearer. Additionally, my hair no longer festers.

Excellent place to perform laser treatments to remove your unwanted hair, It was a very good experience with very professional people who make you feel comfortable especially Claudia. She is super professional and explains to you well the whole process involved in the laser.

Have had a few sections at this office for leaser hair removal with Claudia I have seen great results did full legs, Brazilian and underarms. The treatment at this office had been amazing Claudia makes this treatment super relaxing and not as painful.

It was wonderful the owner is a very nice person and the therapist are incredible they are kind and they give the best service they also do IV and I’m very scared of needles but it didn’t hurt at all and front reception was she was very kind and the facials and laser they do there is great also there I will definitely be going back there

Very unpleasant experience. Went for a Groupon for touch up she started scholder me like a child explaining anatomy even though I had laser before She said w/o even looking at the area, she wont do more than 3 sessions, , if I don't have hair, if the hair is nit enough, if I'm not doing that and this and that she won't be able to do it. Lady just take a look and we both end up to this suffering lol. When I asked her to look and let me know if I'm eligible she got annoyed that I interrupt her spill and told me that I don't seem to be a good candidate for the office. Very rude, passive aggressive attitude from the beginning with such a bad vibe. Ehh.

Claudia is amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient. I’ve done 6 sessions with her for laser hair removal and have great results. This place has the BEST prices in Tampa, clean office and great customer service. Also, their laser hair removal machine is top of the line. Highly recommend!

They advertised a service and I scheduled and paid ahead of time. I confirmed the appointment twice. Arrived and they did not have me on "the schedule " I waited for almost 2 hours and finally asked for a refund. Weeks later no refund. Update 2 months later and they still haven't refunded me.
