This IKEA Mega store is like an adult Playland. Plan on making a whole afternoon of it, lol. You can find practically anything you could possibly need to style your home fashionably at an affordable price point from a trendy college dorm room to the kitchen. From inside to outdoor patio. Decor to storage, you can find anything in this one-stop shop. They have a cafe you can grab lunch on the way out. Bring reusable bags and a truck for furniture.

IKEA is a great place for home furnishings and decor. Over the years, I've been a little more disappointed in the company's stores, but they are still better than most of the options. The Good This is a huge store with a lot of show space that demonstrates how you can arrange and use its furnishings. The company really does an amazing job at giving you ideas and showing how you can decorate. In general, the company has a good (not great - but solid) variety of furnishing options. The pricing has always been comparable with the Target/Walmart stuff but at a higher quality. Now it seems a lot of the merchandise is more expensive but at the same quality level. The store is great if you want to spend an afternoon exploring options. The Bad First, the prices seem to be going up quite a bit. IKEA no longer seems to be the bargain it once was. Second, you're going to have a hard time finding staff to assist you. There are few people working the showroom and no one that can help you pull the merchandise from the warehouse section. Everything you want to buy is flat packed (you need to assemble at home) and in a warehouse area. You have to navigate the warehouse, find the things you need and then load them onto trolleys. Then you have to wrestle them to the understaffed checkout areas where you wait seemingly forever to pay. If you are on your own, forget about getting help from anyone in the warehouse - they aren't there. Third, you cannot just run in to pick something up. The IKEA store is assembled as a maze that routes you through the entire showroom before you get to the warehouse and registers beyond. There are shortcuts through the maze if you look for them. But it is a pain for a lot of people who wind up feeling trapped. Lastly - nothing is in stock. I went looking for a bedroom dresser and a set of shelves for my office. Forget it. Maybe 75% of the dressers were out of stock with no idea when they might return. Same for the book shelves. Final Thoughts IKEA is a great place to do shopping. Right now, however, they don't have anything in stock and have no employees to help. It was a disappointing trip, but I will continue to recommend the company until a better alternative comes along.

We moved from Germany to Florida with nothing but 4 suitcases with clothes and personal stuff. We had to assemble everything from plates over beds, pans and pots, curtains, dining table to a sofa. Literally everything. There's no other store in the entire world where you can find and purchase a whole household within 3 hours. They offer next day delivery for a ridiculous low rate and every employe is very friendly and helpful. We were fans in Europe, still are fans in the US.

I love the customer service in this place. The quality of the stuff here is unsurpassed. The food is delicious 😋 I truly think it's the best strawberry Shortcake I've ever had in my life!!!!! The warehouse can be a little difficult to navigate your first time, and the showroom space is a maze you can get lost in, so definitely plan a day of it. Totally worth it though! I love the Kallax and the organizational inserts!! This setup is kitty approved! I love that they are thoughtful enough to have an insert for my best pals! We are going back to get one more kitty cube. My room is more enjoyable for everyone and I know where everything is.

Really like all the IKEA way of thinking and doing business. The furniture and decorations design are just the best. All assembling is always well thought by the company, which makes a huge difference from many companies. Also regarding sustainability, everything we receive at home comes in recyclable packages.

Very clean store. Although they were a lot of things that were temporarily unavailable. I'm sure it's just a temporary situation. But a lot of items new seasonal items available. I always love the one that IKEA and looking at the displays. They always have great ideas to decorate and organize your home.

I ordered online a small part… a connector cord to a bookcase lighting unit. One thin coiled up cord in other words. The box that this very small part came in was… Enormous. I mean…unbelievable. Check out the photos. I'm not going to my waste time trying to figure out who to let know about this. It might not have anything to do with this store. But maybe somebody with the company seeing this might do something with regard to the shipping department or vendor at issue. Something is broken there. I'm pretty sure they have to pay more for volume. Not to mention the wasted cost of the huge box and packaging material. I can't believe overpackaging like this helps with profits. I like the company and this store generally. I mean this to be a helpful review. Ultimately.

IKEA Is a chain furniture store located in Tampa, FL. The location inside the Tampa Bay Area is pretty good: Close to the Port of Tampa, the Interstate and Selmon Expressway, and Ybor and Downtown; which has lots of entertainment options. The service here is helpful, and the layout is great. The concept of IKEA is pretty good: the second floor is a showroom which shows guests how their products can fit into different rooms, and a restaurant. The restaurant is pretty cheap and gets the job done. The quality of the furniture at IKEA is good; and have been very sturdy and stable for the years I’ve owned it. Overall, I would recommend shopping at IKEA.

I absolutely love IKEA. It was a pleasure to shop and walk through this store. The displays looked amazing and the store was fairly easy to navigate. I ended up buying quite a few things! What can I say, the displays inspired me.

This was my first time at this Ikea location. It was huge! Such a fun layout. So easy to follow the way through the store. My daughter and I enjoyed browsing very much. We can't wait to come back and visit again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We did an online order and selected curbside pickup. But decided to go in and get it instead at the pickup counter. This store is bigger than the Orlando Ikea.

I love the way the rooms are decorated in each area. I also really like the restaurant and usually have the Swedish meatballs with mashed and veggies. Always a nice comfort food. The desert bar cannot be passed up either for simple delights like the NY Cheesecake or the Strawberry Shortcake.

Ikea has always been to my go-to spot to walk around a big furniture store in. Always loved to see what their new gadgets are for the season. I 100% prefer walking in store than online just to feel and see the quality of everything before I make a purchase. Their show room display always gets me thinking of how I want my future home to be. The varies vibes to each one is well done. I spotted this wooden, nature-y kinda kitchen vibe and I'm obsessed.

IKEA was not what I imagined. It has really cute displays from small spaces to large and anything in between. The walking is a mega lot.. yet, the decorating ideas are worth every step. Prices are a bit high.

Clean and beautifully steric store. Fair price for cheaper furniture options! Excellent small space ideas if that’s what you’re looking for or working with! Very customizable options also! Ok selection of colors but not great or very extensive as there are only a couple color selections to choose from. Items at the end can be hard to locate and not too many workers free to help out. The store itself was clean however, the tables to eat on were mostly dirty and the shopping carts had gobs of hair stuck in them which is just disgusting! Other than that it was a good place to find different items!

Crowded, noisy, many children. but well stocked and lots of options but easier to just order online. The area at the end near checkout with the bistro seemed a lot more appetizing with some cool options for snacks. The food place was over hyped and underwhelming quality. The servers had great customers service. The food was very basic and not authentic at all.

We had a fun time shopping here at Ikea in Tampa, Florida. My husband describes his first time here as "walking into a shopping wonderland." We dined at the restaurant upstairs. The food was delicious and our bill was only $21 dollars! This price includes two full adult dinner portions, desserts and drinks. The restaurant is cafeteria style and the views are amazing of Downtown Tampa Cityscape. The showrooms will blow your mind. They are masterfully put together. All of the items coordinated together beautifully. This store is clean and well-organized. It's staffed appropriately. Prices are reasonable and very affordable. There is an upstairs as well as a downstairs and there is a lot of walking involved. Ikea does have elevators, escalators, stairs, and they even provide wheelchairs. They make this experience handicapped accessible. Overall, we had a great time shopping at Ikea. As always, the very best part of my evening was spending it with my Gorgeous Husband! 😍 💕 Oh Yeah!

Really enjoyed shopping at Ikea, they have something for everyone. I shopped for my room and my kids picked out couple items for their rooms as well. Affordable prices! I also like how they have a family restroom with complimentary diapers for babies, changing tables and a step for toddlers to reach when washing their hands. The food court was closed when we were there but I would've loved to taste their food. When you are ready to check out you have to go to the aisle where the item you want is located at inside the store (this can be a bit confusing your first time shopping) but after you familiarize yourself around the store you'll get the hang of it and enjoy shopping. They have a loading zone right infront of the store to load heavy furniture. Yes the material might not always be as sturdy or top quality but it does the job... most items I purchased were a great bargain and very cute. You get what you pay for here. Only bad thing about ikea is that you have to walk all the store just to exit the store and purchase your items. It takes a long time and my kids literally got distracted and that's how I ended up with alot of miscellaneous items in our cart. 😄😊

Yesterday was my first time ever shopping at IKEA. I had a wonderful experience, the staff is very helpful, they have ordinary shopping carts and the flat ones for carrying boxes and heavier items. I also ate here which was very tasty. The almond crunch cake was super fire!!! 🔥

Well this was my first visit to an IKEA store and well let’s just say it was a WHOLE DIFFERENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I took my daughter along for guidance as she had been before. I don’t dislike IKEA products, but I’m not a diehard fan either. It was easy access in and out and plenty of parking so that was a plus. When we went in we were immediately directed upstairs where we walk through a maze (and I mean a huge maze) of show rooms. While it was neat to see all the things that you could create it was a little frustrating as well. If I saw a product I had to take a picture of the tag so that I could later find it in the other shopping area on a different floor. They were very few items for sale that I could just pick up in the show room. About halfway through I needed a restroom, that’s when I discovered that they had doors that were actually short cuts through the maze. However that was still a feat just trying to get to the bathroom. Once we reached the shopping area on the other floor it was a little bit more manageable. I had forgotten half the stuff that I needed from the first floor, but at least this time I had a basket, so that filled up pretty quick. It was a unique experience but I don’t know that I will go there often. It’s like a destination shopping experience and you need to plan several hours if you’re really going to go. One hour to walk to the show room and another hour to do the shopping. If you want you can stop halfway through and grab a bite to eat at the café. I think a lot of people actually did that. However we dismissed the café. This is not like Target where you just go in and pick up your items. Your directed through certain areas in order to get to a section. Let’s just say I’m glad that most shopping is not like this. We did end up with some large purchases and they do have a loading area which we were able to back our car right into. They also have flatbed carts and tiedowns available if you need that service. It was definitely a different experience, but a word of warning: Wear your walking shoes, go on a full stomach, And know that bathrooms are halfway through each floor so be prepared to have to hunt one down.

Their kitchen cabinets are really the way to go for DIY remodeling. They have a pretty good design program online and very patient and helpful design staff on-site to assist. I just did my own kitchen and bought new patio furniture. They also offer assembly services for an additional fee. Where's the fun in that?

Nice downtown location. Easy access from several major roads. Lots of parking. Well lite. Electric charging station. ChargePoint branded, not the fastest; the price was right. Don't forget the Swedish meatballs.

I Love going to IKEA! It’s like a field trip for adults. It’s such an easy shopping experience and you don’t feel any pressure to explore the entire store…you can be in and out, enjoy a bite to eat, or explore the store as a whole! There are always team members present within the store too to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend IKEA FOR ALL YOUR REDECORATING NEEDS!

Huge store and you can get some good ideas walking through the set up rooms. Saying that, the furniture is not worth the price. We had just bought a furniture set at Badcock and wanted to price compare, and their living room sets were just as much as we paid but much lower quality. Downstairs, is better priced stuff and interesting finds.

I like how everything is displayed, and the food and packaged snacks were good, too. I deducted one star because a few of the display items looked noticeably dirty with how often they had been touched, and some of the price tags were missing. There are two kinds of plant-based meatball alternatives at the cafeteria which was really nice. The veggie balls and kladdkaka were both quite good.
