Took care of my dad. He dehydrated to the point that he almost collapsed. He was given an IV and once stable he was cleared. Very clean facility. Dr Solomon could lighten up a bit. I was in more or less words told to be quiet and let my dad speak for Himself. I was trying to help since he was having a hard time expressing how he felt. #LocalGuides #OnGoogleMaps

My preferred urgent care wasn’t equipped with diagnostic imaging so I came here to get a CT scan. I arrived in the middle of the day and was seen immediately. I was convinced my pain was due to a recurring issue, but they found something else and now I’m on the path of getting it addressed by specialists. The nurse was a hoot and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very thorough. The radiologist was excellent as well. I like that they provide a small discount if you remit your copay during your visit. Facility is clean and appears to have modern technology. It’s always good to know good care is right around the corner on short notice.

Great staff. My son was in and we were seen quickly. The nurse was kind. The doctor was quick and nice. So was the xray tech. We've been a couple of times and it's always quick and friendly and helpful.

Took my daughter here to get checked out after she was hit from behind in a car. She had back pain and whiplash. ER was empty so I thought she would be seen fairly soon. Nope. When she was seen we told the Nurse what happened and the pain areas she felt. She was even told the medications that were taken. After doing a tele registration for insurance purposes the actual Doctor(Christian) came in. He was told about the areas of pain in which he told her to sit up. He spent a total of 30 seconds and then left. No X-rays or thorough exam. Another nurse came in and said we were done and could leave after the prescriptions were sent to Walgreens. We left and went to Walgreens just to realize one of the prescriptions was for a muscle relaxer that cannot be taken with another medication that was already being taken and that was given to the nurse and doctor in the ER. So now there is no muscle relaxer and only Ibuprofen. Not very good or thorough service and definitely a disregard for medications that cannot be taken together. We won’t go there again.

I went in early AM Monday April 24th, 2023 for an ear infection. I knew it was bad and likely to get worse. I tried to communicate that to the staff. I told them OTC anti-inflammatory meds were not sufficient. I’d only had symptoms for a few hours and my ear was very swollen. They dismissed my concerns, gave me some ibuprofen, a script for drops and sent me on my way. I felt kicked out, dismissed and not taken seriously. Less than 12 hours later (after following discharge instructions to the letter) I ended up in a different ER with pain so bad they gave me morphine. The entire side of my face was swollen to the point I couldn’t close my jaw. They did a CT scan to make sure nothing else was going on. I wonder how much pain I would have been saved if I’d been taken seriously at this location when I first sought help.

Dr Fernando Batista Is the best thing that ever happened to Medicine And that's the best joke I'll ever tell. I don't know is allI got from him, accompanied with impatience O yeah And it could be this or it could be that. Wow It could be this or that, This guy imwas heaven sent.

I was there a couple days ago, the staff (doctor and nurses) treat us really nice, they were super quick with check up, they listened very carefully about the symptoms, and then provided treatment!! I really recommend this place if you have an emergency.

I think If someone died under Dr Batista's watch he would say He didn't know what happen. I don't know, is all he knows how to say Yet he's a know it all at the same time. Can Imagine this guy doing a heart transplant While reading how to do it.

This is my favorite health center in all Tampa area you can always come here at any time and you never wait more than 10 minutes vs all the other health cares in the area that you have to wait for hours to be seeing by the doctor. Plus all the kindly staff that will always take care of your needs.

I had a fabulous experience at Citrus Park ER after being ignored in a waiting room at an urgent care while I was bleeding due to a large injury to my leg. They immediately greeted me, got me a wheelchair and took me to be examined. I was given respectful and kind care throughout the process. I would definitely visit CPER again!

Staff was great except for the doctor on night shift. Dr. Batista. Very demeaning in the way he speaks to you, doesnt want to hear what you have to say. Its like youre bothering him and wasting his time. Very frustrating to be treated this way while in pain. I do not recommend going here.

Do not recommend! Dr or nurse no one listened to heart and lungs or did any type of assessment. Blew off symptoms . Huge waste of money and time

I went here yesterday and although the staff were nice. It is just poorly ran! One doctor in 17 to 18 rooms. They only did blood work and nothing else. I only saw the doctor once. One of his nursing assistance told me about the blood. Another good thing about the staff is that I have had a history of having small veins so it was hard for them to find which it was hard for other people to find as well and they were very patient when it came to that. But I had to wait over 7 hours just to be seen after!!! But if you have like a mild thing it would probably be best to come here but if you have a severe emergency, then it would be better to go elsewhere. My symptoms were not improving and went to another hospital. I didn't have to wait long to get a bed and I got a bed instantly! They actually did CAT scans, MRIS and blood work! They found out what was wrong with me, they always informed me of what was going on before and after doing something and the doctor and nurses were really nice and even prescribed me medications where this hospital did not. NEVER AGAIN!!! But props to the staff for being nice to me which is the reason why they got two stars instead of a one star! There needs to be more doctors in the hospitals and I wish they did MRIs as well but it is what it is.

Dr. Hashem , Laura , Victor , Matt were absolutely amazing. Came in from a car accident, really bad. And they mad a super violent situation bearable. I felt so at peace!

I was there on December 31st for an emergency, my first time going and I really liked it, they treated me very quickly, I didn't have to wait, they immediately gave me a CT scam, everyone was very kind, the nurse who gave me the CT scam, in Especially Dr. Batista, an excellent doctor, very kind and explained everything to me in detail, he gave me a lot of confidence, I'm sure if I had to return one day I would gladly do so, thank you very much.
