Amazing! I had a wonderful experience today! I went for a mani/pedi for my birthday and it was awesome! Everything was safe, everyone wore masks and it was really just me and Rachel the entire time. I knew others were in the building, but I only saw them in the lobby area. It was a special and unique experience for me! Thank you!! ❤🥰

I've been going here for a little under a year and I absolutely love the place. It's really convenient to book a service on the website and check in is simple too. The space itself feels more intimate than a larger corporate type of spa and they offer what feels like every spa service under the sun. The options certainly aren't limited. The woman who works at the front is always so sweet (shame on me for not asking her name) and points out the restroom and coffee/tea bar to use while I wait. I typically see Katie for waxing services and she's always been professional, considerate, and compassionate. She is very attentive and can match your energy (hint - she knows when you're feeling chatty or more relaxy) She is like seeing a friend. Katie is the only technition I've booked with, but she's amazing, so there's no need for anyone else for me but I'm sure all the other techs are just as lovely :) Highly recommend Pia's (and Katie) for your spa day needs!

I have been waxing with Pia St. Pete and Rachel for a few years now, and I would not get the same level of care and personalization elsewhere. The front desk is always quick to answer calls when I would like to look for earlier openings for my service. Their text reminders are very helpful and not overbearing or annoying! I also love their payment system, as I get an email with my receipt so I never lose it. Rachel V., specifically, is a wonderful technician. She is skilled in her craft, careful, clean, kind, and extremely personable! Every time I book online, which is every time, I know I can find exactly what I need and the availabilities. I also know I’m going to have a fabulous experience starting before I step through the front door. Which happens to smell incredible at all times. The warm fall scent for this season is inviting and relaxing without being overpowering. If you’re not going to Pia St. Pete for your personal grooming and pampering needs, then you’re doing yourself a disservice. And book with Rachel V!

I had a wonderful experience getting my facial by. Tazla .She was a great esthetician and explained everything she did as we went along.It was not only invigorating, it was so relaxing and felt wonderful..She is skilled at what she does and I would definitely recommend her!

I’ve been coming to Pia’s for over a year for spa services with Nayla. She and her staff make you very feel comfortable and welcomed. Had my first deep tissue massage yesterday with Jeff- it was intense but very therapeutic. I highly recommended Pia’s Esthetic’s for all spa services

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my waxing and dermaplaning! Tazla quite literally transformed the shape of my brows, making them look thick, beautiful and more on trend. I am consistently complimented on my brows and asked where I get them done. I also LOVE the dermaplane services. I trust Tazla so much that I could fall asleep as she works - I have to try my hardest not to so that I don’t move. 🤣 The rest of the staff is amazing as well - they are all artists doing amazing work!

Alex gave me an amazing facial. She made me comfortable and relaxed with warm blankets. I was so relaxed I fell asleep while she worked on the facial. Alex is an asset for Pias.

Rachel was the absolute sweetest & did a meticulous job with my DazzleDry manicure! I was able to book a last minute appointment while visiting St.Pete for Thanksgiving & really appreciated the business being open the day after! Will definitely be back for more services when I’m in town again.

This place has an amazing vibe! So relaxing. I went there for a last minute appointment for a Brazilian wax on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in. My technician was Rachel. Let me say this was the most painless Brazilian I've ever gotten. And this particular visit was after letting my lady parts do their own thing. Lol. Yall know how it hurts when you haven't been keeping up. OK, but back to Rachel... She did an amazing job and has an amazing personality and energy about her. I will be trying out other services here as well.
