There is a new lady working there, and not only did it hurt badly when she threaded, I could feel her messing up my eyebrows. As a mom, my eyebrows are the only thing I treat myself to, so to walk out with very uneven and one super thin eyebrow, then still be charged, and of course tipped because I felt bad- not acceptable. Eyebrows highlight our face, and I have a special occasion coming up too. Training for eyebrows should not be done on paying customers. Very sad and disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done today by Ruby. I searched for hours on google for a threading place specifically and found this location. Drove 30 minutes just to see her. She was very precise and VERY gentle with the threading it was shocking. I’ve never had a threading session where it DIDN'T hurt and she somehow made it painless?! I love my brows and she managed to make them look thick even though they are thin. The one star reviews make no sense. I will be coming back.

I’m giving 3 stars, because there are two ladies that I went to. One of them was very gentle and not painful at all. However, I keep getting the other lady and she is awful. It is one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt. The threading is like a slow death. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here because I cannot seem to avoid getting her even with appointments with other aestheticians.

I have been seeing Ruby for at least 6 years because she does an incredible job managing my eyebrow shape and offers such a clean and relaxing environment. She is gentle and kind and always does a beautiful job. I never want anyone else to touch my brows again.
