My 18 year old daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed before going on a mission trip. Dr Davies squeezed us in and even discounted the extractions! He was so kind and gentle and the entire staff was accommodating and put my daughter at ease. The shopping center the office is located in is nothing spectacular but don’t let that turn you away. As soon as I walked in the doors I was impressed with the layout and thought put into the office itself. Everything is new and beautiful, clean, and state of the art. The rooms have tv’s on the ceilings and walls. It’s COLD in the office, but they brought my daughter a heated neck pad and a blanket without asking which was very neat. If you are coming to wait with a kid or someone getting worked on I recommend bringing a jacket for yourself. I’ll update this review about how the outcome of the procedure during recovery so we can really see how it went. Update. The whole procedure to remove two bottom wisdom teeth took around 20 min. They said we could do it with or without anesthesia but most of them are done without anesthesia so that is the route we went. Her teeth were not difficult to remove and we are happy we went without anesthesia. She walked out of there like normal and the local anesthetic should last about 8 hours. Awesome experience.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Davies' dental office. Melissa, who took my x-rays, was incredibly gentle and skilled, making the process comfortable and easy. Jack, the dental hygienist, was not only thorough but also awesome in explaining everything during my appointment. Dr. Davies himself was remarkable. He conducted my restoration fillings with such gentleness and precision that the entire process exceeded my expectations. The fillings he performed were seamlessly done, resulting in an elevated dental experience that left me truly impressed. Such a great experience! And I’ve never said this about going to the dentist… But, FINALLY found a good dentist to go to. The entire staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in. Brittany gave me my x-rays and cleaning and did such a great job. She felt genuine and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Another huge plus was mentioning a chip I’ve had on my front tooth that kept getting butchered by other dentists… Dr. Davies fixed this in the same day and fixed what so many other dentists couldn’t. He was a perfectionist - and what more could you ask for when trying to fix your front teeth. The whole experience was top notch and I will definitely be going here in the future.

I became a new patient about a month ago and I am honestly so grateful to the staff for their services and good patient care. They are truly caring and always make sure I am happy before leaving an appointment. Dr. Davies is incredibly knowledgeable and made a treatment plan that will cover all my needs. So far so good!

The entire Optum Dental Arts staff is welcoming and very attentive to ensure that patients are comfortable during their procedure. Optum uses the latest in scanning and x-ray technology and the patient rooms are relaxing with your choice of tv programs or soothing meditation music. Dr. Davies is one of the best dentists I have ever had and I have had more than several over the decades. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in the area!

My husband and I went to a few dental places. He needed his bridge replaced. Dr Davis showed us some options. Unfortunately, we didn't have this with the other dental places. Dr Davis office is very patient and considerate, and there was no pressuring. Which we have experienced from other dental places. We are now following with his office. Dr. Davis and his staff are amazing!

What an amazing practice Dr. Davies has here. Jack was great on my first visit and made sure the x-rays weren't unbearable to get done.
