The fact this company has the audacity to charge the ridiculous amount of money they do and maintain the property like this is highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself. Obviously I know this is left by residents but take control of your property! We pay an astronomical amount of money to live in filth. Your valet company doesn’t service the complex on the weekend ? Management here super poor. I constantly have to threaten calling corporate to get anyone here to maintain my basic apartment. If I could give 0 stars, that’s what I would leave. Be greatful for your one star

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The manager is unprofessional and unqualified for a position that requires a problem solver and legal matters. My dear friend lives here and the lack of communication and knowledge is unbelievable They have her living in the MOST HORRIBLE circumstances. They neglected remedies by law and caused my friend and her kids to get sick Having them living in dirty water, mold and dirt.

Victoria Assistant Property Manager went over and beyond my expectations, She made sure I left the office with all the needed assistance, The Property Manager Carolyn Marcelino was also super nice and helpful, Maintenance crew Rafael has been a great worker, over all my expectations have been met and look forward on having a great living experience at The Commons Thank you guyz! I recommend this apartment complex for those who search good choice for value of money. Apartment (2/2) is very spacious. Very good location , close to everywhere: max 15 min by car to downtown, Walmart and Bravo just 5 min to drive. For those who don’t have car bus station is about 6 min to walk . On my opinion this is a good choice for families with kids. It is quiet and safe complex. There is a playground on territory of the complex and one more in the «Egypt Lake Park” (3 min to walk). Near to complex there is a school and a lot of Preschools, Daycares. I’m very thankful to Lina for all her kind attention and support in all questions and to maintenance team! Any my request wasn’t ignored and the solution was so fast ! Thank you guys! Good luck in everything!

I am truly blown away by the level of service from the whole team here. From the maintenance to the front office I have been treated like family and cannot be more grateful.

They have severe mold problems and treat they’re tenants horribly. My sisters apartment got flooded and they kept her living there with both her kids and do nothing about it. Caroline is the manager and she is trash she should be in prison for doing this.
