We just got married and at our wits end with looking for a place to call our own. Randomly called the parc and the employee at the desk held the place for us. We ran to get the weeks rent and moved in. Been here almost a month and have already upgraded to a studio apartment. Brianna at the desk is absolutely amazing and Mrs T who runs the property maintenance is beyond the best. I honestly have never felt so safe and secure living anywhere. Y'all this ain't no Hilton but I'll be damned if I don't have everything I need to survive. The hot water is endless the a/c is top notch wifi is iffy if you are in the back but works fine everywhere else. Don't be fooled by corporate places. The parc offers you a nice place to stay for a week or a month if needed.

The staff here are horrible they honestly will throw you our for any reason. We stayed here for over 3 months without our door fixed but when we asked there was an issue and all of a sudden now we have complaints and they wouldn't renew our room,. These people pick and choose who they like. When it's supposed to be just business keep it as business and not act like adults in high-school. Do not rent here unless you want unfixed rooms and horrible hospitality.

I got trespassed from the property for simply asking if they would accept my renters assistance. I notice they treat black tenants worse than everyone else. One of the housekeepers was threatening to use a taser on a gentlemen a few months back during my stay. Stay here if you want, but just keep to yourself. The staff loves drama. Also my bathroom tiles were literally falling off the wall. Disgusting.

The dresser drawer don’t close, over 100 rooms we are cold. The heater doesn’t work. Been here two months and been moved twice, first room plumbing very bad. Second room has net problem and the room next to me. No Wi-Fi and we have to lean the tv on a box behind it to stand. They don’t give you any wash clothes, no towels and the sheets and spread has stains. The curtain have holes and dirty. The lamp are older then me and I’m in my fifties. But they will come and knock on the door for rent. When it rains the front office floods where the water comes to your ankle. I’ve never seen a place so horrible and still in business. Oh yeh the ice machine doesn’t work anymore but hey they want rent. If the room next to me see the picture of their bed before they moved in which it looks like a mattress on the side of the road.

My room is very nice, clean and feels spacious. The closet and kitchenette with the cook top is such a nice feature to have. The room ac works great and the cable has plenty of channels. The girls up front have been most helpful, professional and pleasant. The property is quite and well kept. The pool looks inviting.

We paid for a non-smoking room, and had to try 3 different rooms before we got one that barely smelled of smoke. The buildings are quite run down and need cleaning/maintenance. The pool looked clean, but we did not use it. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. We did not end up staying, and canceled our reservation for someplace else.

I stayed here for almost a year in one of the remodeled units. Nice rooms (I never liked that the kitchenette and bed are too close to each other) but for the little space they had, they had to make it work. Any problem I encountered that was related to my unit; it was fixed right away. I liked the area this place is located at. I gave four stars because some of the people who live there are just dirty and dirty up the complex by letting their pets use the restroom wherever and don’t clean up after it.. no one enjoys walking down a stairwell with dog poop and pee in it. Also some of the kids constantly playing outside around peoples vehicles, my windshield was cracked and I was left to have to file a claim on my insurance. This place would be better if they didn’t allow pets and didn’t allow kids to run recklessly around the complex.

Pools clean, even if the ladder in the deep end remains broken. Can't follow pool rule 1, shower before entering, as shower not functional. So I hope they like spending extra on chemicals

Room wasn't ready at check in. I reserved a king bed and gave us a queen. Room carpet was wet, filthy and stinky. Tub drained water slowly. Also found some dog food in the room. Couldn't switch room because front desk told me nothing else was available. Very unpleasant stay. At check out after complaining manager credited one of the rooms back. Will never again stay here. This hotel should close and remodel and hire new staff that can treat people as we deserve. DO NOT STAY HERE.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!..I hardly ever leave reviews..l can count on all my 42 years on how many times l have literally..but l just had to leave this one..because this place is like a HIDDEN GEM!!!and l really wanted to let others know as well..so you can some money and some time looking, because l know how stressful that can be..and this place has all the accomodations my Family and l could even ask for..they have clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price,an IHOP right there beside of them, literally the shortest walking distance ever, and then to put the icing on the cake, they have a Beautiful Sparkling pool, one for you,and one for the kids, which my kids absolutely love..especially being that it stays open till 9..so l can get a late night swim in or just relax..it's just such a peace here that l really can't explain..this place is very well kept..and the property manager Kelly is one of the BEST property managers l have ever met..she is Professional,Caring, and really made me feel welcome from the very start..my Family and l are truly Blessed and Grateful to have found a place such as this!

My parents are renewing their vows and a month before the date the hotel was sold. The new buyer will not honor any prior bookings and my mother is absolutely devastated. Not only did they tell her it’s canceled they were extremely rude about it. If you want to be treated like dirt and possibly have your six hotel rooms canceled a month prior to your stay this is the hotel for you.

The new management is rude, the maid was very disrespectful banging on the door yelling. Was told I wasn’t allowed to have visitors. If it’s ran as an extended stay paying weekly and monthly your obviously going to have guest visit your “home” nope not living here. Forget having anyone stay the night you’ll get kicked out.

Excellent value for the price. Decent location. Room was EXACTLY as shown on Hotels.com. Very clean grounds and pool area. Very quiet. Very friendly staff. VERY early check-in allowed!! C’mon folks! You’re not checking in at the Ritz Carlton here, so let’s be fair to this establishment - you get WAY more than you should expect for a $100 hotel room! No complaints from me, and I’d gladly stay again at this hotel!

Just moved in a couple days ago, but so far it's been very nice. The pool area is clean, the people who run it seem to be nice, and it's a very family friendly environment as far as I can tell. The room is spacious and the little kitchenette is cute.

There is a girl named Kelly who works at the front desk and lives on the premises as well. She was in the pool and yelled at me, "let him do his work". I don't know what she was talking about and I would like an apology for her unprofessionalism.

They put people that do drugs and stay up all night next to people who have to wake up early in the morning to work. very disrespectful host they should keep the loud people on one side and the people who actually work and wake up early on the opposite side of the hotel but no they don’t this is the third time I’ve stayed here and the third time this disrespect happened I will never stay here again they need to replace (fire) the manager lady I kept calling her to have her tell these people to quit with all the nose at 10:30pm but each time different weeks she did nothing to help . I even walked around the hotel to see all the empty rooms and she said they were all full and she couldn’t change my room what a rude lying bleep she was

There is a lot that can be ascertained from a name. "The Parc Micro Suites" is what caused me to 'back-glimpse' a closer inspection of the advertised name. Google map suggests a secondary name I a familiar with as "The Vista." Perhaps it's common practice for businesses that have undergone a name change after reorganization for the map label to have the new and old affiliation exist for a period. I shuffled the deck of experiences and associated stories connected to the property and I don't believe a minimum stay policy will heal the scabs of old or provide understanding of what went wrong that made it necessary for a police substation to occupy space to prevent criminal enterprises from gaining a foothold. However, that being said when the place appears at full capacity it's typically quiet all things being considered. The individuals walking the lot do so with purpose and no one really bothers you if you decide to sit outside for some fresh air. The only other relevant features is it's close to an IHOP and several gas stations that if not open 24-7 they are open at least until midnight. PSA: As with all the hotels that are easily accessed from I-275 and the I-4 junction in the Tampa City limits just be aware of your surroundings and avoid taking too many smoke breaks... folks will bankrupt you with "can you spare a cig or do you have a lighter" walkbyes. Oh... one last comment about The Visita! If your man or woman seemingly vanishes for 2 hours at a time and their timeline seems to stray right across that property making it appear as if it took your love love love that amount of time to drive 2 miles. Don't be me. They ain't at Walmart 4 to 5 times a week and 3 of those are returns they have to come home shower shave and get dressed to go back to a place they just passed on their way home. They are cheating on you, sorry. The Vista experience has a way of making the committed partner in a relationship realize they weren't even the option but the mannequin in the relationship. Happy Valentines Day. Hope you enjoyed the post... Peace.

Also we didn't have towels, no toilet paper said they were out. How can a hotel have no towels or toilet paper?? What is going on? The microwave is so many with rust and it was dirty. The bed looked like someone made it but didn't do a good job. It was so bad. The bathroom was horrible. Dirty and nasty. We had no choice but to stay the night because it was raining so bad and my kids get sick really easily. They are sick now because of the smell and how dirty it was on the floor.

The only bad thing about it it's that the staff believe what other people saying and what hurts its after 9 months with no a problem and not a complaint look what they do to people...I wish the staff would it be more human and see things before throwing people out...but becareful cause it's workers there with power trips cause they thing the run place and they ain't nobody and those are the one's in everyone's business

The la Vista inn has one of the most caring staff members I've ever encountered in my life. Millie is not only highly professional she is also extremely caring concerning and most of all has a heart. My husband and I stumbled upon the la Vista inn through the means of having two other hotels giveaway our room after calling in to hold the rooms Millie open up a room and her heart and also helped us out with food for the night she is one of the most patient and understanding people I've ever encountered my dad told me once before as a young kid you never know you could be entertaining an angel and I truly today believe that I give the LaVista in five stars on a review but 10 stars from my heart thanks guys. Millie you are the best .
