    Good food, good customer service, nothing wrong with Chick-fil-A, the only reason I gave it a two was because, it is the most unsafe drive-thru I have ever seen. I didn't even go through the drive-thru, I tried turning into Sam's, but was held 15 minutes because of people trying to get to this Chick-fil-A. Please work on and fix on how you direct traffic. It is literally coming out to the main street!

    Staff is always courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Customer service is excellent and the food preparation turnaround time is very commendable. This is my granddaughter's favorite fast food place.

    I spent over 60$ and order was all messed up. The cashier was talking to much to get order correct and then I felt as one of the employees was accusing me of lying over an ice cream cone because she couldn't clearly see it on the receipt. Very disappointed!

    Very good chick fil a. The customer service was very good and the place was clean. We ordered and chiken sandwich chiken nuggets and fries. We also got sweet tea with was so goood! Overall very good!

    Horrible location and horrible customer service. On January 7. My drink was incorrect. I went online and made a comment was told I would be contacted by someone never heard anything today I went through the drive-through again drink was messed up again. I went into the restaurant to get a correct one. The manager made me feel like I was lying and had not just gone through the drive-through. Extremely rude.

    Today 2/15/2023 I went to order my breakfast at this location as I have been doing for more than 5 years and when an employee named Jeremy served me in a very bad way, he took my order wrong and went viral to ask if he could He refused to change for the food I ordered and in a very bad way he only refunded me the money. I just want to ask how a company hires a worker named Jeremy who treats customers in a very bad and aggressive way and yet he says that he is the manager of the place. very unprofessional the way to treat customers Jeremy

    Luv the nuggets, the salad and soups. I now find it pricey so I don't go as often as I did at one time. Service is very good and staff is friendly and courteous.

    We always enjoy coming to this location. The staff is always friendly, they keep the restaurant super clean. One of their employees Rolando is amazing and always professional. My husband and I try to come for breakfast dates at least once a week.

    Voted on. by our 'inner & outer' circles, Chick-fil-A is not only the best "fastfood" restaurant, but still holds the Gold medal, 🏅, for chicken sandwiches. Don't forget to ask for the condiments of condiments, "The Chick-fil-A sauce," *Still closed every Sunday, as it has been since the doors 1st opened. Amen.

    Great location that was recently renovated! Can get very busy especially in the drive through! We routinely drive around the back (near Sam’s Club) and on the side of CFA and park behind the Sam’s fueling station to bypass the traffic! Routinely use Chick-fil-A app to order ahead especially on Saturday for breakfast as it saves a lot of time! Mike is a super nice employee! Love the tortilla soup! A+ location.

    Great food. Good quality. The only issue I have had is accuracy of orders. They have messed up our orders 50% of the times for drive thru as well as delivery.

    It was 30 minutes before closing but thats still no excuse to serve old food. The driest sandwiches, cold fries, watered down tea. Will not go to this location again

    Always a great experience! Chick-fil-A is the only place I never have to check my order before I leave....it's always right! And they don't skimp on the sauces either...like some McRestaurants....

    I am extremely disappointed by the customer service here. You are more focused on your conversation then to making sure our order is correct. please hire better employees, we wait inline for a long time, which Is understandable because of the brand, however, this is not the first, second, or third time I have been missing items from my order. Unacceptable! I will be driving to a further location moving forward.

    Chick-fil-A has a great system in place, however unless they can assure me that their bags can keep the food warm, I think just keeping the food on a shelf for 10 minutes sometimes might not be the best idea - Little Caesars uses a food warmer delivery system some of these other restaurants might want to check into that

    As always, Chick-fil-A has terrific food and attentive staff. Early morning to avoid traffic. If you want lunch, order ahead and pick up inside. Lines tend to be long around lunch time on weekdays.

    This is the second busiest chickfila I have been to. It is always packed when I go with a line that stretches around the building and into dale mabry. It's uncanny how you can be in the back of the line and 15-20 minutes later being handed your food when it is so ridiculously busy.

    Service here is always top-notch and everyone is friendly. Food is always fantastic. I know you guys worked on the drive through, but it is still pretty rough trying to navigate through there. Make sure those mobile air conditioners are pulled out of the way, it hit my mirror in the drive through a couple of weeks ago.

    Tim the assistant manager, helped me out so much with my order. He was incredible and all smiles ready to help. Definitely will return to this location just because of his incredible customer service and kindness. Our order was cold when we got to eat it and he just handled it so well and I’m really impressed by their professional and helpful service :) thanks so much again Tim!!!

    I ordered in the drive through, 2 meals and 2 ice cream cones. I sat in line and got my meals and she said ok have a great day your all set! So I drove up ans my daughter said what about my ice cream?? So I parked and went inside. Once I entered the atmosphere was nothing like the other chick fil a I've been to. There were 2 ladies standing at the counter waiting to be served while one girl was literally in front of them not even looking and about 4 others passed and finally someone asked if they had been helped, which she said NO. All this time I am standing st the end of the counter with what looked to be a supervisor in front of me messing with the cash register and loudly yelling with the other team members about age and breaks and laughing whole guests are just standing there.....not a great experience. I watched as about 6 people passed me before I stopped someone and informed her I didn't get my ice cream, so she told someone else and then that person told a manager and he he passed the buck to a team member. I will definitely never return to this location, seemed like a high school party with no customer service support

    Faster, more professional service than other local Chick-fil-A's I have visited. Staff is extremely friendly and have never made any mistakes with my orders. The only downside is trying to get into the place when it's busy. Traffic can be backed up quite a way during the busiest hours. Definitely a treat to visit.

    My boyfriend and I came to Chick-fil-A after church (Wednesday) on the Dale Mandy location. We were so pleased and thankful for our service (I mean it’s always amazing it’s Chick-fil-A) Faith went above and beyond on everything. My boyfriend and I had a strange request to mix drinks and surprise us with them and gave us guess what she mixed. She did two one for me and one for him. She also seemed just as excited as we were which made it even better. I appreciate her so much and I hope she’s here every time I come. Thank you again Faith for everything your smile is contagious!

    Came here for lunch during work. Normally it’s great but today I get half full fries and as you can see it’s a McDonald’s coke because I got a flat coke from them not even full... very disappointed

    I eat at Chick-fil-a a lot lately, not sure why, well, it might be because it is very tasty. This one was fine, food was great and the line went super fast. The line was out to Dale Mabry, I was in and out within 8 minutes. That is crazy fast.

    The order taker and at the window were sweet. They did well managing the long line. I always buy the original CF sandwich and kale. Those are good, but this time I got the macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. I topped it all off with a chocolate cookie.
