Absolutely terrible. We were there to check into a rental. The manager told us that she would return in a half hour to show the property. We waited in the heat for an hour, she never returned. Very inconsiderate and poor business skills. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband recently reached out to these people to see about renting one of there run down trailer's. He recently had back surgery not to long ago and is in recovery. He offered to pay almost 12000.00$ for a whole year lease so he could recover from surgery for about a month and then get a job. But then all of a sudden they approve someone else when he was first. But it is what it is. Long story short I will be contacting the BBB. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! HAVE A GOOD AND BLESSED DAY!!!

This is a last resort trailer park...off Florida ave in Tampa. Everyone there is on something or trying to get on something... Neighbors go from trailer to trailer smoking anything and sharing pills. Perfect place for someone with bad credit and does drugs...

I live in the trailer park beside Holiday Village and the three trailers behind my house are disgusting trash leaves pine needles Lems telephone poles laying on the ground you have to see it it is the three worst yards I've ever seen

Roach infested, dirty and run down trailers. Overpriced and run by a slum lord who will show up at your door if you are even a day late or a dollar short. Conveniently located near a bus stop. Anyone that gives this place more than a 2 star rating is full of shhhhhhiiid.

I’m kind of confused where all of these negative reviews are coming from…. It seems pretty simple if you pay your rent then you get to stay if you don’t then you have to leave…. Anyways the unit I’m renting is beautiful and clean and the leasing staff at the office are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I appreciate them helping me in my time of need. And I also appreciate them for not gouging the rent pricing like everywhere else. If you need a place I would highly recommend Halliday mobile home community

Not a resident yet, fingers crossed but i have to say those working in the office (sorry i forgot their names) beautiful lady and very nice gentlemen..they were very professional and kind! thank you! The mobile home we viewed was also very well kept from what i saw. And by the looks of most reviews we picked a great option!

I've been here 3 times maybe 4 and never had a problem getting in or out as the usual during rush hour at little more but nothing any average driver could handle with ease I found the people I met there or that I didn't know where nice and responded to high and hello and today the usual seemed friendly and I was visiting a trailer near the back so I had a pretty big lot other than the trailers are or manufactured homes are a little close for my comfort but would do well I think good of the place I've had no bad experiences and actually had directions given to me to a person's house the first time I was there so seemed helpful I give the place for stars would be 5 if it was easier in and out I like it and would move if one of the corner trailers were available for the privacy nothing but good things for me my experience my opinion judge for yourself from what I understand the person there said he is ever, bothered or had any problems the whole time he's lived there which is I think 4 years now so good luck and let me know what you think are your experiences thanks have a great day
