WATCH YOUR BILLS! l had a consultation. I ended up canceling my procedure 12 days before the procedure was to take place. I received a bill for almost $700. ARObills for the procedure before you have the procedure and if you cancel the procedure they still get the money. If you do not bring this matter to their attention, they are not going tell you or refund your insurance.

My wife and I were in Florida to visit family and friends, I saw the ad for AROmotion on social media. I called the number, spoke to the coordinator (Matt), set up a consultation and met with Dr. Dean. I explained we were leaving in two days to return to Michigan. Dr. Dean spoke with Dr. Denato and was able to squeeze me in for treatment. All I can say is WOW! I walked in wearing my TCO Knee Brace, walked out wondering where mount that brace on the wall. The science makes perfect sense, I am 6 days post-op, I recommend this treatment wholeheartedly. Cannot say thank you enough!

From my first conversation throughout the procedure it has be a very good experience, Dr. Genato and staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. As far as the procedure itself I’m only about 5 days in and so far it has been on target with what and how I should be feeling (or not feeling). I had my knee done in January. I’ve had no pain. I did experience pain afterwards but it’s because I walked 2 miles 2 days after procedure which was too much too soon.

Dr. Genato and his assistant were extremely professional and competent throughout the procedure. Every step was explained in very clear terms and there were no surprises. When I first saw the information for this procedure I was skeptical at first. After reading the reviews and talking to Dr. Dean it all made sense. Dr. Dean went over the x-rays I brought with me, he explained to me why I was having trouble with my knee and were the pain was coming from. He went into deep detail what ARO was about and the healing process. The patient coordinator (Matt) was very helpful and friendly from start to finish of the procedure. Michele (RN) answered all my medication questions before the procedure. On the day of the procedure the receptionists were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Genato did my procedure, he explained every step as he was doing it, asked if I had any questions. Both he and the receptionists explained my after care. Dr. Genato and staff were amazing and kind which helped tremendously to calm my nerves. Dr. Genato explained what was happening every step of the procedure which I so appreciated. Fingers crossed that the stem cell brings relief of my pain.

I had both shoulders and both knees treated by Aromotion. It's now about 1-1/2 years since the treatments were completed. I cannot give enough praise for how good I now feel at 77 years old. After working 50 plus years in the construction industry and always having the attitude that I did not need help completing heavy projects ended with worn out parts. I suggest you try to repair the joint before you replace it. Without question if the opportunity arises again, Aromotion will be my 1st choice.
