Interesting
and
unassuming
place.
Not
a
fan
of
the
environment
as
it
just
feels
like
a
combination
dive-bar
and
old
worn
out
restaurant
in
an
old
office
building
that
seen
better
days.
This
vibe
though
is
not
reflective
of
the
food
though.
As
the
food
is
a
step
above
the
vibe.
Once
arriving,
sat
ourself
per
the
sign.
It
took
about
25
minutes
for
anyone
to
acknowledge
us,
yet
we
were
only
1
of
3
tables
there
at
the
time.
We
were
about
to
leave,
but
then
got
acknowledged
just
in
time
and
our
order
was
taken.
30
minutes
later
with
empty
drinks
and
no
food
arriving
yet
we
were
about
to
just
leave
again.
It
appeared
there
was
no
saving
this
experience.
That's
when
things
finally
got
better.
A
different
server
apologized
and
took
our
order
since
somehow
our
order
was
never
sent
to
the
kitchen.
That
saved
the
day
with
great
service
from
that
point
onward.
So
now,
onto
the
food...
All
the
food
from
the
salad
to
the
jambalaya
was
made
fresh.
The
food
overall
is
definitely
a
step
above
the
sub-par
feel
of
the
restaurant
itself.
This
place
is
worth
a
try
if
in
the
area
and
seeking
fresh
food.
And
to
my
surprise.
The
crab
cakes.
Those
were
the
highlight.
Simply
the
best
crab
cakes
I
had
in
Pinellas
County.
