I
have
been
at
this
facility
for
TWO
days
just
trying
to
get
my
birth
control
shot.
The
first
day
they
told
me
that
my
provider
was
out
of
net
work
so
I
couldn’t
get
the
shot
that
day.
So
they
turned
me
away
and
rescheduled
for
the
next
day
at
10
AM.
Now
today
I
am
here
at
the
rescheduled
appointment
time
and
it
is
now
11:20
and
I
have
not
yet
received
the
shot.
I
ended
up
going
to
counter
and
asking
when
I
would
be
seen
after
waiting
for
well
over
an
hour.
They
finally
took
me
back
at
11:23
(obviously
only
because
I
complained)
to
give
me
the
shot
and
it
only
took
one
second!
For
starters,
if
my
insurance
isn’t
being
accepted
on
a
certain
day
why
do
I
have
to
travel
all
the
way
to
the
office
to
find
that
out?
Second
of
all,
why
have
anyone
make
an
appointment
if
it
won’t
be
kept?
I
can
understand
a
15-20
minute
wait,
but
an
hour
and
20
minutes??
Why?
A
few
months
back
when
I
went
in
for
my
shot
I
waited
over
an
hour
then
as
well.
My
boyfriend
had
to
call
off
of
work
since
he
was
the
one
who
drove
me.
The
point
that
could
be
argued
is
“Why
didn’t
you
schedule
on
your
day
off?”
Well,
I
did
and
got
turned
away.
I
had
no
choice
but
to
schedule
on
a
work
day.
I
need
birth
control.
Needless
to
say
I
figured
if
my
appointment
was
at
10,
surely
I’d
make
it
to
work
on
time
at
12.
NOPE.
It’s
a
25
minute
drive
from
my
home
and
after
waiting
so
long
to
be
seen
I
had
almost
no
time
to
go
home
and
get
ready.
Other
than
the
extensive
wait
times
I
have
no
issues
with
this
facility.
The
staff
is
friendly,
etc,
but
I
had
to
write
a
review
to
let
other
people
know
that
they
better
not
have
anything
to
do
on
the
day
of
an
appointment.
