I went to this Pawn Shop earlier this month to buy a Nintendo Switch and not only did I get a great deal, but everything was there, everything worked and the Customer Service was beyond my expectations! I had so many questions and ladies who worked there that day (Can't recall their names) but one was an older White woman and the other a Plus sized Latina with glasses. She had very great knowledge on a lot of the things that I needed to know and the ladies were very friendly. I usually go to the Pawn Shops near my area but after my experience there, I will be back for future purchases. I've had my switch for almost 2 weeks and it works like Brand New!

Was searching for Wedding ring for my 10yr anniversary and Jennifer was so polite and so helpful... I would recommend you check this store they have many items great layaway plans and other options... I give this store an A+

Honestly this store is one of the most exceptional stores out there, Jenn was great at helping me out with what I needed and everyone working there were so positive and active on everyone’s needs keep up the great work, I recommend for people to come to this store on hillsborough and 15th. Also every woman there is remarkably beautiful.

Will worked with me for about 2 hours to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did he test damn near every laptop in the store to make sure I could get back up and running he went to the back to find items that could possibly be there. I don't shop at pawn shops often, but this is my new store.

Sabrina with her nasty attitude called me about a payment I had already made...she argued with me about it and then hung up....she stopped taking phone calls on Saturday early and closed the store early....funny if the system was down she have left when it was time to go at 6 when the store close....I asked where was the home office located and was lied to.....she doesn't need to work with public... Where ate the skills????? ( customer service @)
