This
review
is
in
regard
to
the
self
checkout
area.
I
left
my
wallet
in
the
car
and
realized
at
checkout.
My
mistake,
and
I
understand
that.
I
tried
to
call
out
to
two
employees
standing
together
monitoring
the
self
checkout
area.
One
was
a
young
heavyset
light
skinned
woman
with
long
blond
hair.
The
other
woman
was
older,
slimmer
and
of
darker
skin
tone
and
wearing
a
mask.
I
don’t
want
to
assume
any
races.
Both
of
them
saw
me
clearly
calling
out
to
them.
They
both
ignored
me.
I
called
out
to
them
that
I
forgot
my
wallet
and
they
still,
looking
dead
at
me,
ignored
me.
You
can
check
the
cameras
on
that
Walmart.
I
grabbed
my
child
and
walked
out,
took
no
more
than
3
minutes
to
get
my
wallet
and
came
back
in.
My
two
items
were
missing
and
someone
was
using
the
register.
That’s,
fine.
I
walked
away,
that’s
not
an
issue.
The
issue
arose
when
I
asked
the
older
lady
WHERE
was
the
stuff.
She
said
“the
manager
put
them
away
because
stuff
was
not
allowed
to
be
left
at
the
register.”
I
told
her
that
I
would
understand
if
they
set
it
ASIDE
because
of
the
policy
and
I
understand
that
it
was
in
the
way
of
another
customer.
I
reminded
her
that
I
tried
calling
out
to
both
of
them
and
they
ignored
me,
and
I
specifically
told
the
both
of
them
that
I
was
coming
right
back.
She
then
blamed
it
on
the
other
associate,
stated
that
the
manager
told
that
woman
put
it
away.
There
were
TWO
cart
fulls
of
stuff
set
aside
directly
in
front
of
the
checkout
area.
I
would
understand
if
they
set
the
items
aside,
but
put
it
away?
After
I
told
them
not
even
5
minutes
prior
that
I
would
be
right
back?
There
was
also
zero
empathy,
the
light
skinned
woman
just
stood
aside
like
she
could
care
less.
Again,
I
didn’t
mind
if
it
was
set
aside.
I
didn’t
mind
redoing
the
line.
My
issue
is
that
the
two
associates
didn’t
care
to
even
listen
to
me
in
the
first
place,
put
my
stuff
AWAY,
and
then
acted
like
it
was
an
inconvenience
for
me
to
ask
where
did
they
put
it,
than
began
immediately
become
defensive
and
attempted
to
argue
with
me.
I
understand
that
the
initial
point
where
this
could
have
been
avoided
was
for
me
to
have
had
my
wallet,
but
the
entire
altercation
could
have
been
avoided
if
they
had
just
listened
to
me
in
the
first
place
and
had
come
over
when
I
called
out
them
to
come
over
to
me.
They
could
have
set
the
items
aside,
following
with
me
redoing
the
line
to
pay
for
the
items.
Their
attitude
was
unacceptable
for
people
who
decided
to
work
in
the
customer
service
industry.
