Incredible. I walked in Walmart for a printer after spending 30 minutes here and talking to a lot of various employees, I had more than one tell me they don’t have any of the various items in stock like a printer cable and to buy off Amazon. At the end of the day, I didn’t purchase a single thing. I couldn’t even purchase the $200 printer because they didn’t have the supplies for it work. I will order everything off Amazon as the employees suggested. I would strongly advise management to train their employees to not send customers to their competitors. Or if it is your point to be a showcase for other stores, please simply state.

Walmart is Walmart as I always say. Brought a nice charcoal grill. Forgot to buy a cover for the thing ! Ladies Tee shirts were $3.68 not cheap looking either. Brought myself a few. 😊💜 I also brought acrylic paint to do add to the resin pours that I do. I make handmade "Afro head coasters and key chains for fun and sale and the majority of my supplies are purchased at Walmart. Pics to follow.

I really love this store. Even though I'm unable to communicate with most of them they're always friendly and courteous It was the first time in my life other than the military no one spoke English in the whole store. Kind of blew my mind. It what it did you showed me something. About how you feel like an outsider in that situation. Most of my life I live in Texas and I had a about 29 employees and about half were Mexican. Now I understand.

Keisha the manager was very rude five employees standing around on their phones. No registers open have to do all the work every single time I come they close all the registers early as they choose to so they can leave early. Makes it highly inconvenient for shoppers. Walmart is just getting more and more trash by the day. Smh Spending 150$ PLUSSSS AND still can’t get good customer service smh I hate even having to come here ruins my day 9/10 smh need more Publix and Whole Foods!!

I hate going to this place. Very few speak English. I returned an ac yesterday with only 2 people in line in front of me at customer service. I was there for 30 minutes. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that she had to help her customers and took her time. She had to scan the ac and complained that she had 3 ac returns today so far and she had to lift the unit. I offered to help and she looked at me as if I ask for her first born. The only reason I go there is because it's 1 mile from my home. I called today to find out when my return would be credited to my ATM card, but there was no answer from the operator. I called 4 times. This place needs a surprise visit from corporate because there are too many slackers at this location. SHAPE UP OR SHIP THEM OUT!

Stopped here to kill time while I waited for my daughter to get t of tutoring. I noticed two older shoppers with 3 items in line. One of them used a walking stick. The shoppers before me had buggies filled with items, it looked the same in the next lane over. The older couple asked the cashier on the 3rd lane over and the cashier sad no multiple times with a disgusting look on her face. That cashier would later go to self-checkout to chitchat with her coworkers. The older gentleman took rest on the bagging stand. I was extremely disappointed that she found her conversation to be more important than helping two older customers with 3 items. Wal-mart you’re hiring people that lack compassion do better!!

Came in to Purchase a 65” TCL smartv full price. Was talked into buying an open box ( same model) one , because it was on discount due to “ missing satnd and screws” . Accepted the offer , went home only to find out ( after hours on the phone with customer service ) that the tv’s screen was faulty and would not turn on. Called back the same store to exchange the product was told to come un with the receipt. Got in the car drove to wallmart only to be told to come back in the morning because the proper staff to handle the exchange was not there. At this point and time I have wasted several trips to wallmart and time off of my job to get this done and I am now looking for an exchange of the same product without having to cover the difference of 92$ because of the inconvenience Fast forward the following morning , manager on duty by the name of “Zory” told me multiple times that the only thing she can do is return the money that I paid . And a simple “sorry” you’re going to have to pay for a new one full price. This is not acceptable and no a way to treat customers.

I purchased raw chicken wings and boneless chicken breast from Walmart on waters and Dale Mabry on December 23rd. When I arrived home the chicken was spoiled and I vomited everywhere. I went back the next day and all the employees spoke Spanish and couldn’t understand me. I didn’t get my money back and I’m so upset with Walmart. I will never purchase food from them again. Very angry 😡 customer.

I just had a really nasty encounter with an associate. I was at the register, about to pay for my items when I dropped a box of yogurt by accident. I called for help and asked her to cancel the item, and apologized for the mess. She gave me the nastiest side eye ever! I proceeded to pay for the remainder of my order. I couldn't pay for the bananas bc the scale wasn't working. She was still by me cleaning up something else. I politely asked her for a little assistance. She told me to go to another register, and turned away. I gathered my belongings and started walking by her. I said "excuse me, can i get out really quick" several times before this person had the nerve to turn around, stare at me up and down and asked me to wait. she refused to let me thru, even though she was already done cleaning! Nastiest thing ever!!! P.S. Walmart should require their staff to speak English properly, so they can communicate with customers when needed. No offense, not everyone speaks another language here.

Having a project in mind, I went to the arts & crafts paints and was met by THE MOST HELPFUL employee that I've ever met in a Walmart. (Short, thin woman with short white hair -I wish that I had gotten her name!) She listened to the idea about what I wanted to do, thought about it, and led me to the paint department to introduce me to flex seal - which turned out to be the exact product that I needed. She should be in a management position, teaching how to promote good customer service!

Maria, the one who checks your receipt as you leave seems to be a bit biased on who she wants to check and who she doesn't. Seems to me she lets Hispanics go without checking but stops the gringos and takes her ever loving time checking your purchase.

This is the perfect spot to do your whole groceries and shop for house wares at the same time too. Plus anything you need at home. Large parking space. Also convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

January 22nd, 2023 12:30ish This review is in regard to the self checkout area. I left my wallet in the car and realized at checkout. My mistake, and I understand that. I tried to call out to two employees standing together monitoring the self checkout area. One was a young heavyset light skinned woman with long blond hair. The other woman was older, slimmer and of darker skin tone and wearing a mask. I don’t want to assume any races. Both of them saw me clearly calling out to them. They both ignored me. I called out to them that I forgot my wallet and they still, looking dead at me, ignored me. You can check the cameras on that Walmart. I grabbed my child and walked out, took no more than 3 minutes to get my wallet and came back in. My two items were missing and someone was using the register. That’s, fine. I walked away, that’s not an issue. The issue arose when I asked the older lady WHERE was the stuff. She said “the manager put them away because stuff was not allowed to be left at the register.” I told her that I would understand if they set it ASIDE because of the policy and I understand that it was in the way of another customer. I reminded her that I tried calling out to both of them and they ignored me, and I specifically told the both of them that I was coming right back. She then blamed it on the other associate, stated that the manager told that woman put it away. There were TWO cart fulls of stuff set aside directly in front of the checkout area. I would understand if they set the items aside, but put it away? After I told them not even 5 minutes prior that I would be right back? There was also zero empathy, the light skinned woman just stood aside like she could care less. Again, I didn’t mind if it was set aside. I didn’t mind redoing the line. My issue is that the two associates didn’t care to even listen to me in the first place, put my stuff AWAY, and then acted like it was an inconvenience for me to ask where did they put it, than began immediately become defensive and attempted to argue with me. I understand that the initial point where this could have been avoided was for me to have had my wallet, but the entire altercation could have been avoided if they had just listened to me in the first place and had come over when I called out them to come over to me. They could have set the items aside, following with me redoing the line to pay for the items. Their attitude was unacceptable for people who decided to work in the customer service industry.

I was in the area and decided to stop at this Walmart for a change. The Walmart was very crowded and they had pallets squeezed in between some of the aisles that the shopping cart couldn’t fit through. After paying, one or the 3 employees by the exit asked for my receipt to verify the water was payer for. She then counted the few cardboard boxes in my cart to make sure i didn’t steal any. I wouldn’t risk stealing a 68 cents cardboard box. So low They aren’t friendly and don’t have the decency to say have a good day or happy holidays. I don’t know why they get payed so much.

I went to pick up a Christmas gift for my daughter today and she was in the car. The gift was a Minnie Mouse car and was too large to fit in a bag. To distract her one of the staff came out dressed as a gingerbread man and brought her a candy cane. It was great and so kind. Everyone there was so nice at what must be a very stressful time for them. Thanks Walmart!

There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SEEVICE ANYWHERE IN THIS STORE... You are totally on your own if you need help with any purchase... That goes for trying to call them too... I spent ONE ENTIRE DAY just trying to get customer service on the phone... And never did reach them

Empty bread shelves among other empty shelves. Employees either speak no English or just don't care. I could not get any answers from anyone there. I bet in third world countries stores are not consistently out of bread products and are stocked better.

Awful experience. Placed an online pick up order and followed the signs in their parking lot that lead to apparently the “old pick up” and wasted over 30 minutes of my time waiting. When I went inside, the employee rudely redirected me to the opposite side of the building. They then took another 30 minutes to bring my groceries. I would have been better off shopping inside elsewhere.

The machine was bugged and I was sitting there waiting for a long time after payed bc I couldn't get a received!!! If I can rate this with negative stars !! I would do it!!

Well stocked and pretty clean but the parking lot is like the Wild West. Could have better markings and entrances. Almost was hit 3 times by other drivers while just trying to park.

Does not price match their own website. If it was $1-$2… i get that. But it was a $6 difference and it was not on a sale online.the crazy thing is I was fine with it, like it is what it is. But what made me write this review is the lady was very rude to me when just inquiring about the price. She didn’t speak English well and said “ONLINE, THIS IS NOT ONLINE, THIS IS IN STORE.” She did not have to be rude.

  • 1/5 Justin 2 years ago on Google
If you place an online pickup order with this store, be prepared to wait beyond the estimated timeframe for items they are too lazy to look for or to have your entire order "cancelled". Don't bother calling the store, either -- it doesn't matter what department you try to reach: nobody will pick up the phone and they will hang up on you. This is hands down the worst Wal-mart in this area.

I went with my 81-year-old mother to this Walmart where we shop, and one of the employees rudely told my mother to move it as my mother was trying to get something from the shelf. Unfortunately I wasn’t there when this happened as I was in another aisle, or I would’ve said something. I think they need to have better training on how to treat customers more than how important it is for an employee to be vaccinated than being unvaccinated. Ridiculous! I couldn’t even call to complain because nobody answers the phone no matter what department you call!

  • 1/5 Sean C. 9 months ago on Google
One of thee WORST WALMARTS EVER and that’s SAYING A LOT!!!!! Never answer the phones employees are beyond rude and manager is nowhere to be found!!!! This place sucks. Don’t ever do an online order especially if there are medical items you desperately need. The online department either doesn’t answer or picks and hangs up saying nothing. Main line no answers so you can never reach a manager. Disgusted by this place.

They just called me wait and someone will take the key and come to open for me, but end up, no body come to help me. They just ignore me.

No employees here speaks English. Actually, about half DO, but they refuse to so they can avoid helping you. If you're not Hispanic, the employees frown and turn their nose up at you. They smile and are helpful to hispanics though. They are always out of, or simply don't carry, the most common items and instead stock mostly brands like Goya and "bimbo", whatever that is. It's hard to even find Sam's Choice Soda Varieties. This location is closest to me, but I try to avoid it entirely if I'm able.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. All the product is in the wrong location and they do not honor the price. Pauline the manager told me the people that stock the shelves can not read English and she is tried of this situation happening. She had to rearrange all the products in the aisle and take and remove labels. She only offered me 10% off. I will never come back. The lady at self check out couldn't even understand or speak Spanish. That's how I got Pauline the manager for the error.

I’ve been going to this location for 20 years and with certainty I can say that CUSTOMER SERVICE here has gotten worse with time. I only go if I need one or two items, but for a big shopping I rather drive to St Pete.

  • 1/5 Rita B. 8 months ago on Google
The customer service line is absolutely atrocious. I have been to this store before and it was long. I decided to come back and give it another opportunity however it took us 45 minutes to wait for a money order. One lady behind the counter for a line that was 16 people deep. That is not customer service. Poor service.

They are disrespectful about everything electronics, today they bring out a batch of TVs with a Black Friday price and we as customers stand in a long line to buy it when there are only 3 TVs left to be billed, the manager snatches it out of my hands when they had already scanned the TV telling me that he is not going to sell it to me because it is sold…. And he also tells me that in a tone that disrespects me but that you lost, you didn't lose anything as if my time was not worth it! He is rude and I went to where the coach and his assistant resolved me by offering me a smaller TV at the same price... they simply do not value me as a customer, they are clueless and rude just to keep the TV for themselves... the offers are lie, don't believe that, after we saw it online at double the price, they play with our money…. It was a bad moment, I felt offended, it's a shame that I have employees like that...

For one they have nobody in there who knows how speak English and if you do find one worker who do well you got lucky, they don’t hire any other race other than their kind ( Hispanic ) it’s never ever no register open so we as customer have no choice but scan our items ourself. Which is funny because half the workers either on their phone or talking with one another. I will not come back here it’s overcrowded, you can never get help because nobody can understand you. I get is Hispanic area but this Walmart not a private own place.

Customer service is horrible still I was there before 8:00 p.m. and the deli was already closed according to the guy in the hot food section who could hardly speak English. When I asked him to get the manager he mumbled something to the effect that he wasn't able to

I'm really disgusted at what I seen last night this young dude named FABIO working at the customer service desk with a "BLOOD Bandana" partially out his back pocket, it was enough to know he's gang affiliate. This what walmart is doing now? I will NOT return.

Love this Walmart, everything is always in stock for the most part unless it's like a holiday then they run low on the more popular items. Store is always clean and well organized. Every time I've done a curb side ask my items are correct or substitutes are the exact same just diff brand. Will not shop at any other super Walmart.

Juan was awesome!! Thank you for the great help you provided switching my phone. Super easy and affordable. Walmart has a hidden secret back there. I got my phone at a better price than my own company offered me. No change of plan required. Also best part still on Verizon same account. Thank you Juan for the awesome help.

Pros: had what I wanted, fair prices for these days, and no long lines. Found a particularly helpful associate to point me in the right direction in electronics. Con: Compared to other Walmarts I have been in, the shopping aisles seem very, very close together. Even in a non-crowded store this morning, if someone stopped to look at a shelf, got very awkward, because the aisle was so narrow. In several parts of the store.

The manager Pauline was the only person to go above on helping me locate an old receipt for a TV that I purchased with warranty. Every other walmart and associate said there were no options since pass 90 days, she was informative and knowledgeable. Thank you Pauline!!!!!

Customer service at this Walmart is HORRIBLE. EVERYTIME we come here only one person is working in the customer service center while the line continues to wrap around the building.

Not one of the nicest Walmart in town. It has very limited organic veggies compared to most. Ot has a very heavy Spanish clientele which is good if you are looking for ethnic foods. I would go back if needed.

Very bad service, there is never cashier. Everything is with selftchecout. I have a very large purchase and it is impossible to do it myself. "Prices go up and to top it off I have to do all the work myself" walmart earns more having fewer workers. Very bad

  • 3/5 rob M. 1 year ago on Google
Much nicer than most. Except every staff member I tried to get help from pulled the no habla English game. I doubt it was true but if it was that's bad form to have workers on the floor who are useless for helping customers

Store closes at 11pm, right?? Or am I wrong?? I get off late and rarely get to shop early. If you get here after 10pm they’ve already closed the entrance and you gatta enter through the exit. If you get here in the last 30 minutes they’ll have even the exit doors closed. This is why Target is better. They don’t treat customers this way. So many things will also be out of stock at this location. I constantly gatta drive to other stores just to get certain things.

Feels super cramp and has many lights out making it dim in some areas. Very inconvenient layout and "anti-theft" system has you needing to go around the whole facility to simply to to customer services and the mo ey service systems seem to just be faulty at best. The staff is sincere and understanding but the store itself is simply the worst Wal-Mart I have ever had the displeasure of having to go to......
