On March 17th, I made an appointment with Dr. Valenti. The earliest I could make an appointment was May 18th, but I could call back to check on cancelations and possibly be seen sooner. After a few weeks of calling, I was able to move my appointment up to May 4th. On May 3rd, Dr. Valenti canceled my appointment due to a family emergency, and I was told to reschedule my appointment. The earliest available appointment was in October. I asked if Dr. Valenti would make an exception since I had already waited 6 weeks. My options were to wait until October, call to check on cancellations or see another doctor if I didn't want to wait. Dr. Valenti and her staff do not appreciate their patients or their patient's time.

She is incredibly warm and kind, listens carefully to my symptoms without dismissing them. I feel a strong sense of trust with her as my provider. I recommend her to family and friends all the time.

I was quite nervous to switch to a new PCP when we moved to Tampa from Colorado Springs because of my extensive health history but my concerns were quickly relieved when I first met with Dr Valenti. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She exceeds my expectations each time I meet with her and the specialists she has referred me to are also excellent doctors. She has my health history at her fingertips and never fails to answer all my questions. She is one of the best Primary Care Physicians I have ever had.

Dr. Valenti has been my doctor for about four years. I find her extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She always takes the time to listen and thoroughly explore whatever medical issues I may have. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good general practitioner.

Worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. My mom and I have been patients here for several years, but because I hadn’t been here in awhile they made me schedule as a new patient and I waited seven months for my appointment. Because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes early (as instructed in a voicemail but not the three texts they sent me) they refused to see me and since she’s not scheduling new patients they said they couldn’t reschedule me either.

Dr. Valenti takes the time to listen to questions, answer them and then address a plan for care. I’m never rushed and my appointments have always run on time.

Dr Valenti’s professionalism, knowledge, and determination is the best in the business. She is always willing to answer questions and takes the time to educate me and discuss all options. Thank you Dr Valenti!

I have been going to Dr. Valenti for years. She’s amazing she takes time she listens to you she explains things she’s very patient she’s very personable and she’s very concerned about your welfare. I enjoy going to see her it’s like going to see a friend who is able to help you with any of your medical problems.

I love Dr. Valenti, she is a very smart Dr., very respectful, and every time I have an appt with her she listen to my concerns and I never feel like I am been rush out of the room. She has been my Dr. for over 3 years, I moved almost 30 minutes away but I still come out of my way to continue my care with her. What I like the most about her is that regardless that she is a Dr. she is very humble and caring, she is not like the typical cold, I just want your money and move on type of Doctor, she still very connected with her heart and it defenatelly shows in her care.

There was a 10 minute grace period and I was stuck in traffic. I was in the office 10 minutes late. The front desk decided to say I was 11 so they wouldn’t have to see me. I have been so kind with them because they have had to reschedule me multiple times. Do not go here do not see Dr. Jessica Valenti. I have had to work around her schedule for cancellations but she would not even honor her 10 minute window. The front desk worker was inconsiderate and did not inform the doctor I walked in at the 10 minute mark as well.

I love love my doctor. Jessica Valenti, I have been with her for more than 8 years and she is truly the best, she is a compassionate doctor with her patients, she respectfully explains your laboratories in a very explicit way, she listens to your concerns and opinions.
