    don’t waste your time because they don’t care about yours!! I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only FOUR cars ahead of me. It’s like this EVERY.TIME. And then after having to wait for so long this is how my coffee looked…. This was a celebratory getting myself coffee this morning and now I’m adding my own cream and sugar to what was supposed to be a sweet cold foam cold brew. I’ve been to this location multiple times since moving to the area and it’s sad to say the inside service is just as bad. Sad but I’m gonna have to find another coffee stop because I can’t support the lack of care for what they try to sell. If the food lacks and the service lacks… what’s left?

    I went in and ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I was told to park and they would bring out my sandwich. 20 minutes later and they still hadn't taken out my sandwich. I went inside to ask if my sandwich was ready. There was about 8 emoyees working and about 5 other customers. As soon as I got in someone was complaining because they has been waiting for 15 min to get 2 dozen donuts that they had already paid for. The guy making the sandwiches didn't look like he even wanted to be there and wasn't even making anything. When someone asked him about their food he just threw the bag with his food at him. When I asked the girl at the drive thru about my sandwich she told that she wasn't the one making the sandwiches therefore it wasn't her problem. Finely I saw another girl just clock in and asked her if she could please check on my sandwich. I got it 5 minutes later so I probably waited about 30 min to get a sandwich. When I get home this is what I got! A sandwich with no top to it smh. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time coming here

    The most consistently slow Dunkin' Donuts location. There is a line practically out the door and I've been standing here for 14 minutes and the employees haven't managed to accept one additional order during this 10 minute period. Frustratingly slow and unapologetic. I'm 12th in line, do the math. Completely mismanaged. Thanks for wasting our time. **Update** my family of six just walked out.

    They had us wait at the speaker for 10 minutes, pulled up to the window at 9:55. Told us they weren't going to service us cuz it's too close to closing. We said we were at the speaker for ten minute, saying "hello." We were told "oh well I closed my register, have a good night." What lovely staff 🤓. We will just go to the Dunkin up the road some more, just a 3 minute drive. There is also a Starbucks across the street, and up the road by the Costco. Go bring your money else where, we are.

    I can't even begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced this morning from this establishment. I frequent this location on Hillsborough and Memorial every day, well until this mornings experience. At 7:25am I sat at the ordering intercom and waited for over 10 mins while cars lined up behind me. No one came on the mic as I tried to communicate with no response. With the line behind me getting extremely frustrated because people have places to be in the morning I decided it was best if I go to the window and let them know the intercom system wasn't responsive. The girl at the window whom was RUDE to say the least proceeded to tell me we don't take orders at the window, I don't care that it didn't work for you get back in line and made circle motion with her fingers to go back around and get in line. I explained again I wasn't about to get back in a line that I just sat in for too long. She again made the circle motion with her finger (ridiculing me and smiling) like it was funny than told me again it's not my fault just go back around. This is the most disrespectful act from an employee I have seen in a long time. This employee should be fired and never work in customer service ever again. You have surely lost me a customer and I will be assured to make sure everyone knows what kind of business this is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to. No sense of urgency whatsoever. No one is even inside and the drive thru takes 20+ minutes every time I have come by. The young lady working the drive thru was extremely nice and that was the only upside. Don’t come unless you have plenty of time to wait.

    This dukin is terrible. I asked for a large Matcha Latte, when I drove up to the window they handed me medium. I told them I didn’t order medium I ordered large the woman at the window told me she couldn’t take off the medium and replace it with a large because she already charged my card. Her attitude was coming through the window.I was so upset because the customer is always right and I would’ve payed the difference and even offered to. I was so upset I drove off without getting my hash browns that I payed for. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. I will not be coming back instead I will go to the Dunkin’ on Sheldon better service. I suggest management teach their staff what customer service is if ultimately I was paying more money for the large which is more money for them. Messed up my whole morning!

    I've travel a lot and have been to MANY DD stores. This is By Far the WORSE. I live near this one so we have gone here a lot over the last 7 years. It doesnt seem to get any better with new staff. I've gotten so many cold sandwiches that I started ordering them asking for it to be cooked. Throughout 2022 it has definitely hit its peak. You will be asked over and over to repeat your order and I promise you, it will still be wrong.🤦‍♀️ Its like no one is communicating inside there. And the people at the drive threw have never done it before. And they are always out of items. We now go out of our way to go to another location because I just cant take it anymore.

    I ordered a chocolate shake and I received big chunks of blended ice with chocolate milk. I thought a Shake was Ice Cream and Milk? Not sure where the big chunks of ice came from. The people working here don’t know how to make a shake. I would give zero stars if I could.

    The store runs out of almost everything including straws, avocado toast, donuts, even coffee at times, almost every time I've been there. The staff is excellent but they can only do it they can do with no product to sell.

    For the manager and general manager... customer service for this location is horrible..I'm not a Karen but I'm pretty sure everyone else get the same vibes...I have to comeback to pick up part of my order after waiting for 20 minutes ..the kid dint even apologize 🤦treating clients with bad attitude won't help anyways have a better day 😔

    By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to, they are slow and haven’t gotten my order correct not once. I keep going back because they are the closet DD to me. I actually drove past a Starbucks to get here!! I usually don’t write reviews but something needs to change at this location. If you want to spend your money spend a little more and go to Starbucks just 1 minute down the street. This location is not worth it.

    The younger guys were super helpful one of the times we went and they were nice. But, aside from that, it's been bad experience after bad experience. The last time we went, there was literally ONE single person working the entire store "because the next guy didn't come in yet". I was frustrated after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the line that I couldn't leave because it traps you, but she still got our order wrong. I didn't complain because I felt bad for her. I probably won't be back because there are other options nearby. I've literally been told before multiple times that this BASKIN ROBBINS was out of anything with the word "chocolate" in it. But, this isn't uncommon in that area. The one in Oldsmar is almost always out of chocolate too. Once, I was told they were out of ice cream entirely after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru. The management of this store is atrocious, clearly. If you can't serve your customers, just save money on electricity and shut down.

    Probably the slowest Drive thru in Tampa. Always a 10-15 minute drive thru wait even if its just a few cars. Dont come here if youre in a rush. You could literally get your order faster by driving to another Dunkin Donuts.

    The customer service is trash. Complete attitude when taking my order and poor body behavior. My suggestion is if you don’t like what u do get another job that she can enjoy. Negative soul needs some cleansing. I feel sorry for person like that. I will not be spending my money there. I rather take the extra miles to go down Hillsborough or Sheldon.

    Seems a little under staffed. I arrived 20+ minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and then still waited about 15 minutes for it to be made while I was told that they had to make sandwiches first and were really busy. I didn't have a sandwich. What's the point of ordering ahead?

    Why is this company still around? Never have anything available! Donuts is in the NAME ! Sorry, out of that. Sorry, out of this also. Guess if desperate you just get leftovers! It's not just Hillsborough Ave location, Sheldon Rd as well! They need to rethink how things are done !

    My coffee order is slightly wrong in one way or another almost every time I visit here. Not huge mistakes, just lack of attention to detail I guess. Good promotions on the app though, makes it worth it.

    Worst DD experience ever. No one in the store and took 30 minutes to complete the order of three simple dishes of ice cream. Kept waiting on drive through customers after taking our payment. If you can't staff your restaurants, then close them. Very disappointing and a stain on the good DD name.

    I and my family come here for glazed donuts and Boston creme three different times. First time a dozen glazed came out ice cold. Second time around 9:30 am out of glazed. How does a donut shop run out of the most popular donut so early? Third time this morning at 9:00 am and only have 6 glazed donuts. Again how does a donut shop run out so early? Will NEVER give them my business again !!!!!!

    2nd time to this location. I go very early around 5am. Both times I've tried to place 2 separate orders. They absolutely refuse. No line waiting. No one inside which I tried first but doors were locked. Rude, no customer service. You'd rather lose a sale then take a simple order. I understand during rush hours that may be difficult, but there should be some flexibility to those rules. After reading the rest of the reviews I'll take my business somewhere else.

    I don’t know what’s going on with customer service but you don’t need to qualify at this DD. The lady that took my order yelled at me when I asked to repeat please and then I need to pull forward and wait……guess what? It was still wrong. I just won’t return or recommend.
