Absolutely love the staff here. The doctor I had prior to Dr. Frew was retiring and recommended First Care Walk-In Coinic in order to continue my ZubSolv treatment—I hate change so I was very hesitant about switching doctors—but I honestly couldn’t be happier now and have been going here for well over a year. They’re super quick and efficient (I hardly ever have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen without an appointment) and they are always willing to make sure my Prior Authorization paperwork gets submitted on time. The girls that work in the office are extremely nice and have always gone above and beyond for me. The doctors are also very nice and I feel completely comfortable with them. Overall, this is a great office and highly recommended!

Dr. Frew is one of the best Dr I have ever seen. He is very patient and understanding. I have been going to him since 2014 for suboxone treatment and I trust him completely and I feel he is there because he really cares and wants to see people get better and succeed in their life. He is never judgmental but will make sure you take proper care of yourself the best he can. He always takes time to listen and does not rush you out. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The staff ladies are also so wonderful and welcoming. They are very nice and ask about how you have been when they see you again. They treally care for their patients. The whole clinic is great. It's a walk in clinic and their is usually a very short wait. I’ve been going to this office for almost 2 years for a service they provide and all I can say is ‘Thank the Universe’ for this office and the people that keep it running! Dr.Frew is quick and to the point- which I’m VERY grateful for bc I drive almost an hour from Port Richey to come here. All the front desk ladies are so helpful and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that whatever issues I have are resolved quickly and without hassle. Again, I’m more grateful than I can express for this office and the people who work here!

I have been coming here for over 2 years and I couldn't ask for a better experience. They treat you with respect and empathy. I even moved about an hour away and won't switch because I really like it here. Dr. Frew is amazing and compassionate. The ladies in the office are friendly and I always feel welcome. They do their best to accommodate any requests and I have never had any miscommunication or problemsini my whole time seeing Dr. Frew. The price is competitive and I just can't say enough positive things about this place.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to in my life I was treated so poorly because I'm an epileptic and the type of insurace i have i was willing to pay ... they didn't want to take the chance to help me i went there to seek attention not to be turned away !!!!! I needed to make sure i was OK and also get a referral to see my neurologist but they said there was nothing they could do what kind of clinic doesn't help I'm definitely going to be reporting them !! So unprofessional They Pick and choose who they want to help like dude yall are so lazy

First Care walk-in clinic has been my primary care doctor for years. The level of service that I received from Dr. Frew and his staff is amazing they treat you like family. My first visit I had all kinds of issue with blood pressure Dr. Frew figured everything out got me on the right doses of blood pressure medication and now I feel 100% better. Thanks You Dr. Frew and Staff!!!

I visited the clinic for a service which they advertised, after waiting an hour the nurse took my vitals and sent me to another office only to find out from the doctor that the lab wasn’t on site. I was given the lab address which is approximately 20 minutes for their office, surprisingly when I got there they were already closed. The service offered at This facility is displeasing I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issues but they don’t seem to mind because they already took my payment for an incomplete service.

I’ve used First Care Walk In many times when needed since moving to Tampa. The doctors and nurses are amazing! You can tell they love their patients & care deeply about your concerns. Dr. Frew & all the doctors, PA’s and nurses truly take a genuine interest in making sure you leave with the best possible treatment plan & I’ve always felt comfortable to express all my concerns. I’ve never left the office without feeling better! I have other locations closer I could visit, but since the have such amazing service, 5 stars for an amazing, amazing staff! Thank you for help!

Absolutely terrible medical services I’m a pharmacist and went here to get tested for Covid basically and get a few scripts. I’m a pharmacist and don’t like to make it known to gauge the level of care I’m getting. This was absolutely awful I went to this location since my insurance company stated it was covered. When I get there they stated their billing system was down and I had to pay cash. And there was no way to retroactively bill insurance. Should have ran but it was only $60 and I felt awful. The assistant took my vitals and then I was waiting in the exam room for the doc. After examining me doc said I didn’t have a fever I said “are you sure it was 103 at home” and he said no the assistant didn’t inform me. Again… skeptical but okay. He then proceeds to tell me I most likely don’t have Covid and that Covid “isn’t a big deal, overblown and people coughed in his face and he never got it”. Alarm bells ringing again. He then prescribed me a cocktail of meds and to drink garlic tea with no clinical rational besides “a feeling”. And sent me on my way. UNTIL he called me as I was leaving the parking lot and told me WAIT you do have a fever I need to add another med…. Okay. And then as I’m leaving AGAIN he calls me back, doesn’t confirm who I am and starts speaking about VERY SENSITIVE DATA while I was on speaker. He tried to confirm after but damage was done. Hipaa violation Do not go here. If you are Spanish speaking translate this review. It is a shame this is the best that can be provided to the latino community considering minority patients are also historically the most vulnerable medically. Also surprise surprise I do have Covid and following this guys advice I probably would have infected god knows how many people

Very good service

When I lived down in lakeland fl I would go to dr frew . Best suboxone dr around .Doesn't take insurance. But when I was going it was 100 cash. I live in nw louisiana now and there aren't any that have a low price. Most are 300.00 a visit and you pay for the suboxone 60 strips 272.00 each 30 .. I wish I still had this doctor

The staff are wonderful and the doctors are very knowledgeable. You cant be the price for such wonderful care. Highly recommended

you may want to know this place was fast efficient and affordable out of pocket. The walk in policy is honestly smart for all doctor offices. they do what they do with compassion and understanding. The doc was approachable and likeable from the start and had really good manner. I trust him and thats what i want in a physician no matter what i go in there for. They were there for me when i needed help and i only wish i could say the same for someone else some day.

After searching and reading reviews for the different walk in clinics in my area. I decided to go with this one. I'm so happy I did. It was a wonderful experience. The service was amazing. From the beautiful ladies up front to the visit with Dr. Frew. Just amazing. As a new patient with no insurance, I was in and out in no time but yet I felt like I was in good hands. One of the best clinics service I ever visited. It was quick, friendly and affordable (I am surprised with test prices) for general health checkup. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I've never written a review that wasn't asked of me. This is the first time I've felt compelled to just because of how good my experience was. My doctor was caring, I was seen promptly, and you can't beat the prices. I'm getting emotional knowing theres actually a place someone who cant afford insurance, like me, can go. I would have gone to the doctor so much sooner had I known about this place, and I'll be recommending it to everybody I know.

I went to my primary doctor twice for health issues, but obviously it was not resolved. I had to go to see the PA Jose de la Rocha, as a walk-in emergency and I am truly thankful for him because he was extremely concerned and managed to find the overall solution that I have been dealing with for years! If you need a physician who who listens, cares, and provides a resolution this is the right place! Not to mention, the receptionist are wonderful and willing to answer any questions! 5 stars plus!
