I stood in line today at the deli counter waiting for help. Some employee from behind the counter yelled at me stating they were short staffed. I never said anything to this employee. I was patiently waiting like everyone else. She keep staring at me and made some stupid remark. I left and went to the Publix at booker creek where all the employees are nice there.

I had a poor experience here around 8:30 PM at the deli. Short story is that it took literally 40 minutes to get 4 subs. When my friends and I went at this time they were already closing shop and put all the hot food away and all the sub ingredients in bags. We were waiting in line and workers were only focused on cleaning and didn't help the person doing subs. The younger workers were literally making loud noises..meowing like cats. I wouldn't care about that if they weren't ignoring us to focus on shutting down and making 4 simple subs take so dang long. I like Publix but never coming to this location again at night for subs.

Really annoyed with this publix and won't be back. Their food quality is so inconsistent. My sub tasted like it wad 3 days old. I don't understand what happened but they really need to rethink their practices.

This Publix location never disappoints, with excelled customer service and products carefully crafted for its customers. I recommend the subs and soups! An easy dinner for sure.

Publix has definitely gone down hill. There’s never enough workers at the sub station during lunch hour and had trouble checking out in ten items or less lane today when the cashier (an older lady) is on her phone ignoring us. She was a bit rude as well.

Large, immaculate, organized, well stocked, modern store in the heart of East Lake. Very popular store. The store is extremely clean and always well organized. There is never any clutter nor debris in the aisles. Well stocked and organized inventory. It is unlikely you'll ever find a cleaner grocery store. This store is larger than the average Publix store location. In fact, I've been told this is the largest store in the entire Publix chain (not 100% sure about this fact). Due to its large size, you will find everything you need and expect from a Publix store. This location also includes a full service bakery ( I highly recommend the Carmel icing for birthday cakes!), deli, butcher, and floweral department. The checkout staff is always very friendly and efficient. Bakery associates extremely nice and helpful. Stocking personnel are somewhat indifferent and aloof. The parking is plentiful, with very easy access to East Lake Road and Tampa Road. Consistent with the Publix brand, pricing is higher than local competitors. If you desire a pleasant, safe, organized and clean shopping experience, you will love this Publix location!

I've been shopping at Publix on 19 & Curlew Rd & one in Pinellas Park for years and I'm so sick & tired of my groceries being bagged like ****... Bread, fresh fruits & eggs under heavy items & the bags are so heavy its ridiculous! So I ventured to a different Publix this evening at Boot Ranch & I was happy when I saw a manager bagging my groceries... NOPE, too happy too soon...My salad mixes & fresh fruit were UNDER raw hamburger, chicken, pork & bacon. Are you kidding me?!? So tomorrow I have to make another expensive gas trip to return the blood soaked fruits & veggies. Top dollar for food but Publix apparently is going downhill because they're making way too much money.

I tried to make a purchase with part cash and part card. The transaction only charged my card and spit the cash back. When I wanted this resolved, the manager tried to fix it, and said that they weren't able to put it back on my card because it was a debit card. This is ridiculous. Every other store would put it back on the card, and the manager kept on grabbing my card from me instead of letting me use MY OWN CARD MYSELF. Very disappointed with this Publix and will NOT be coming any time soon. I would give it 0 stars if I could. IT WAS NOT A PLEASURE SHOPPING AT PUBLIX.

They have some of the best subs you can get. Always friendly employees. A little pricey unless you're going for the bogo's.

Public cannot be beat for excellent customer service, superior quality of produce and bakery products. So clean, the workers are so nice and helpful, an amazing place to shop. Cannot say enough. Their prices may be higher, but for quality and service, it is totally worth it! ten stars if I could!!

I am at the Boot Ranch Publix at least every other day. It's clean, comfortable and friendly. I do miss the days when there was more merchandise, however that's not a reflection of the friendly service!

Went to the Pharmacy today and worked with Gloria. She was so nice to work with trying to get me the best price on my medication and taking time helping after I told her I only had so much to spend. Hope she has a great day.

Always fresh produce. Store is always clean. Meat and Aprons foods are decent price.

They have great food from personal experience the eggs are not as great but the chips vegetables and almost anything I’ll recommend to anyone

This is one of the larger Publix in the area, and offers an expanded selection over its smaller store companions. They tend to have harder to find items, but is also very busy. It is typical Publix clean and organized. I shop there frequently and would recommend it to others.

Ashley the manager is extremely nice. She helped with issue I had with a card. Very clean store. A bit pricey but in today's world everything is high. I'd rather go here because they bag your groceries and help you out to car if needed.

Another very clean, well stocked store. The staff here, as well are always very friendly and helpful. I can't say anything bad about Publix!

Hot Deli looks class. Great selection of wings etc. One member of staff is always particularly helpful..Alexa..very pleasant to deal with..if the workplace was like her, everything would work like clockwork.

Worst deli ever. The last two times I’ve done an online sub order they either “forgot” to make it or “lost” my order. That’s after I waited for 15 minutes at the hotbox for help and no one offered any assistance when they weren’t helping a single person. Literally the most frustrating place ever.

The publix here holds up to the standards set throughout all the public around the affluent areas of Tampa. They even have sushi options! It is very quiet at night yet they still manage to have enough staff at checkout to not feel like you are at a Walmart with one cashier and regretful about the shopping experience. Used the men's rest room, lowest commodes I have ever seen. The handicapped bathroom was occupied. I was unable to lower myself onto this commode. I left publix very uncomfortable and disappointed that their commodes are very antiquated.
