I've been to this store twice so far and I am extremely impressed. It is very classy, clean and just beautiful. It's an upscale boutique but the prices are reasonable and the selection is amazing. There is something for everyone. The customer service is fantastic. I loved it so much that I started telling my girlfriends about it and found out everyone already goes and loves it too. I'm so happy to find this little gem in Palm Harbor.

We went in for the first time today and wow where me and my wife impressed and pleased not only by the class of the store but the wonderful good quality products. We must have spent a good 30 min with the owner what a stand up classy person she's great. Both me and my wife have never been more comfortable and pleased with a couples store that is truly a couples store not a trashy run down creepy dump. Me and my wife will be returning to make all of our couples purchases from this very fine establishment.

Great little store and certainly not the normal adult oriented store. From the moment you walk in the beautifully decorated store is warm and inviting to all. Penny the owner is always there to greet everyone and make you feel comfortable. Her knowledge is beyond compare especially with the huge selection of items she has in stock. If you are looking for some adult items you MUST go check out this store you won't be disappointed.

If you liked the discrete and classy vibe of this little boutique before you will love it now in the hands of its new owners. It easily feels like it's twice as big. The toy selection is much broader with many top of the line brands. The intimate wear is also wide and varied with something for everyone. The new owners are very friendly engaging and helpful while putting you immediately at ease when you walk through the door. Definitely our new favorite place.

Her goal when creating this shop was to be the antithesis of the seedy, disreputable store one may imagine when considering these sorts of purchases, and she has gone above and beyond in doing so. I love this store! The new owners are super friendly and helped me find the perfect toy. They have outfits and all kinds of cute stuff ❤️ lubes, costumes, jewelry you name it! But this toy! Love it! I give Intimate desires 10 stars!!!!

Dropped in here last minute for a bathing suite because I flew here from nyc and my place here didn't have one. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Luckily this cute little store was on the way home and had a lot more than bathing suites! 😍 Definitely giving it 5 stars for polite, discreet customer service, the high quality of their merchandise, and of course their soft opening discounts! I would highly recommend everyone take a peek just to take advantage of that soft opening discount! I enquired regarding that and was told it is under new management recently so now hours are kept true. Let's try to keep this "new" business open !

Not open. It says on Google that they're open till 5:00. On the door it says that you might have to make an appointment cuz Miss Penny can't always be there. A store that's not open? No business hours? Too bad I drove out here. What a waste of time.

I can not tell you how much I love Intimate Desires and Penny! This is a completely female friendly environment. If you want to feel comfortable shopping for beautiful lingerie, clothing and toys you need to visit Penny. She also have gift certificates available, as I love you give those to my girlfriends.I appreciate that she does not cater to just the "little girls". She has products that will make every woman feel beautiful.

I cannot give a review of the actual store, since, I did not get the opportunity to even go in. I arrived at this store on Tues, 3/21, at 1:45, only to fund the store closed. There was a note on the window, stating, to ring the doorbell, and, Penny will answer to let customers in. I did just that, and, nobody answered. I called the store, and, no answer. The store hours are from 11am. What a waste of a drive to find a closed store. How do they stay in business?

Stopped by for the first time last week. Very clean and upscale store. Nice outfits/costumes and the adult novelties are of good quality. Penny was very pleasant and helpful. Her knowledge of the products she sells was very helpful in helping us decide what to get. Will definitely be coming back.
