During our recent stay at The Signature Hotel, we were really looking forward to having a good time, but things turned out to be quite the opposite. Even though we had booked our room ahead of time, when we arrived, we ended up waiting for almost an hour, which was really frustrating and made our start pretty bad. When we finally got our room, we were even more disappointed because it wasn't ready yet. The furniture was missing, and the room looked more like a place that was still being worked on rather than a comfy space for guests. It was pretty clear that they didn't care much about how comfortable we'd be, giving us a room that clearly wasn't ready and seemed like it was still under construction. And it didn't stop there – the way the staff acted was unprofessional and added to our problems. They knocked on our door and told us they needed to put up mirrors in the room and bathroom. We were really tired from our journey and asked if they could do it later, but they insisted on doing it right then because they were worried about the mirrors breaking. This meant a bunch of workers came into our room, invading our privacy and taking up a lot of our time. To make things worse, our room was set apart from the rest of the hotel rooms by a dark, empty alleyway. This not only made us uncomfortable but also made the whole stay kind of spooky and uneasy. After a few arguments, we did manage to secure a discount. However, even with the discount, the overall experience remained unsatisfactory, and the discount did little to improve the situation. When we think back, our time at The Signature Hotel was nothing like what we expected. The room wasn't ready with missing furniture, the staff acted unprofessional, and the layout of the hotel was just uncomfortable. On top of that, there were no curtains on the windows, the cupboard was filled with construction stuff, the TV didn't work, and they didn't even give us a phone to call the front desk. We think it's important to tell others about our experience so they know what to expect. Based on what we went through, we really don't recommend staying at this hotel. Our stay was full of problems and left us feeling really disappointed.

Checked in for two nights, came from Karachi, The Hotel is new and rooms are spacious, we were three adults and we booked Signature executive suite, they provided us two double bed, there is smart TV also available. Also not far from main city for us. Near from metro bus station too. The staff is so friendly enough to help us during our stay, Thank you Saima and Shahzad and the rest of the team. Will recommend this place for stay.

Newly build, well maintained, clean and very specious rooms with brand new decor. Stay for a night with my family while returning from ISB. Had good relaxed sleep here. Staff is humble and nice. Gated parking is available. They are charging very reasonable rental. Will visit again in coming winters.

Room and food quality is super Staff service is good Very supportive n professional staff Specially i want to mention service guy Shazad who is working very hard but always ready to help In reception there is Lady Ms Saima she is very professional n hardworking lady nicely she deals with guest i must say if u have staff like these u will have long journey.wish u all best of luck n thanks again for make our trip relaxing

Disappointing Experience at The Signature Hotel We booked rooms for our guests, but it didn't go well. The staff didn't care, and our guests waited for two hours to get their rooms. When they got the rooms, it wasn't what we were shown before, and the air conditioning wasn't good. The staff wasn't friendly, and there were extra charges on the bill. It took a lot of arguing with the receptionist to fix it. This was disappointing in front of our important guests. Hope things get better for others.

worst hotel and fraud managment .kindly do not book it from booking. com they didnt accept that booking and will kick you out from hotel .worst staff and manager .dont go there even if they offer you free room . so rude and pathetic behaviour worst service

It's a very nice guest house/hotel with properly guarded parking and nice clean bedrooms. The staff was very nice and cooperative. They have their kitchen from where I ordered a chicken karahi for dinner, which quality was very good in terms of taste and quantity (not included in rent). The room rent includes a breakfast where you can order either Pakistani or English food. I ordered Pakistani, which included paratha, egg omelets, Chana, and tea. The food was very delicious. I would prefer to stay here again whenever I visit Multan in the future.

No wardrobe for clothes, no fridge, no slippers, no smart TV available in the rooms. TV is fixed on side wall which bends your neck when watch. Staff is inexperienced and under 25 age. No proper kitchen. No proper breakfast. Location is good.

My stay was joyful with signature hotel, staff at reception is very cooperative, surely Mrs Saima is doing a great and leading her team in a professional way, everything was as per promise, it's better for guests to pre-book the facilities that you required during your stay, Parking is a bit messy but they are managing, may in near future this issue be resolved..
