Spotless , spik, and span environment, very courteous staff and management. Appreciate the upkeep and maintenance of rooms. Rooms are back by generator. There was a shutdown in Multan yesterday, but at the hotel, everything remained smooth 😎 👌. Room service is quick. Breakfast is a buffet 😋, all itmes fresh and neatly served. Recommended

Rooms, Washrooms are clean & hygienic. However, bedding needs to be more tidy. Food & dinning area is clean. Lifts are fully operational. Staff is cordial & helpful.

I was really impressed with the hospitality of the banqueting staff. A special mention has to be made of Waqas Khan. I observed him while having breakfast. He went that extra mile to handle and take care of the guests. The room service staff was also good and cordial. Great service!

Rooms 9/10 Hot water No (Firstly they clamed , Hot water is available in taps, but when they also experienced and they claimed that they were lying and Gysers are off). Breakfast 8/10 After 10:30 pm, they will not accomodate to serve food as they claimed that serving staff duty is till 10:30 pm. Even, If you reached hotel after that time, in any case they will not entertained in serving of food, you have to manage yourself.

I stayed at Hotel One Tariq Road Multan for the purpose of business. Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was curtious specially the front office staff was very polite, professional and well mannered. Highly recommend.

My Boss review is : Hotel One (Tariq Road, Multan) employees/ staff (seniors & juniors) were exceptionally competent and courteous. However, some of the mandatory fittings / fixtures in the room and in bathroom as well were not operational. Recommended for ongoing hygienic maintenance/ cleanliness in rooms’/ bathrooms’ fittings and fixtures please.

Overall ambiance of hotel was good. Washroom ventilation was not good it was suffocating. Hot water was not operative on auto neither it worked after request even. LCD remote was not compatible and not working properly. Kindly replace room door metal keys with card keys as metal keys are obsoleted. Mentioned Internet PW inside room. Hope hotel will fix above mentioned points for better services.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all. They were passively hostile and asked for a nikkah nama which is absolutely absurd considering that it is not the hotel policy and I haven't faced this issue in any other Hotel One location. Upon providing them with a digital copy of my nikkah nama, they calmed down a bit. Horrible experience! Made us feel like criminals. Moreover, cleanliness is subpar for a hotel supposedly managed by PC. Or maybe they gave us their worst room available.

The reception staff were not welcoming at all and rude. They had their own agendas and wanted to cause trouble and unsettle their guest. The cleaners eft their dirty bedding in my room once finished cleaning. Didn’t give me towel and had to wait long. After numerous calls to reception, I went to the corridor my self and the cleaning staff was on his phone not caring at all. Breakfast was the same every day and nothing new was to eat. Even the only thing I ate was finished they didn’t even refill it for over 3 days. I had read great reviews about hotel one but sadly, they let me down and I will not be coming back.

Excellent stay; room was good; staff was courteous; a complementary pressing of one suit each day. The rooms were tidy and linen seem to be fresh. Breakfast was average; the channa and aalu bhujia were almost taste less. First day the coffee machine was also not working; and a simple tea cake was the only thing available in dessert

I had a confirmed booking, booked through their uan number and got confirmation number. I reached the hotel around 9.00pm and got a shock at the reception being informed that we have no reservation and no availability of rooms. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I just loved it. Excellent location, friendly and courteous service. Young guys at the reception are very helpful. Room services are satisfactory. Reasonable breakfast but value for money. Very clean rooms.

Overall, it is good place to stay in Multan. But as it is in PC hotels chain so expectation level is upto that standards which they are not able to meet. Rooms are small in size.

Better Hotel in Multan, even better than Faletti's Multan. I would prefer it over Faletti's Multan. Rooms are great, Breakfast is excellent. The best thing is the small Gym it has along with one of the latest Treadmill.

Certainly one of - of not the - best Hotel Ones. The location is great. The staff is great. The decor is tastefully done. Rooms are of decent quality and maintenance is good. The breakfast they serve is pretty great too. All in all, a very satisfying experience staying with them!

Quite a nice place to stay. Very clean, but there were neighbors room quite noisy. Hotel should ensure its peaceful for everyone inside. Breakfast was good and had variety.

It was an excellent experience last weekend. I have stayed there with my husband for 2 nights. Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and has every thing that we need. Their room service was also good. Food quality was also high and spices were apt. Taste was also excellent. Their complimentary buffet breakfast was also a highlight during the stay.

It is a reasonably good hotel in budget. The rooms are good and spacious. They also have some halls for meetings and small events. The parking is also good so overall it is a good value to your money.

Helpful and responsive staff. Clean rooms. Ideal location. Reserved the suite over phone, the reservation was smooth and I got a confirmation message within minutes. The suite was well furnished and maintained. Front desk and other staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasent. Highly recommended.
