Decent architecture but sour experience. It was my first visit to Multan and my husband and i chose this hotel for our stay on google's recommendation. We have booked for 4 nights but on arrival we were informed that the hotel is fully booked from next day so we have to leave. However they offered us to shift into nearby hotel but this behavior was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The room was decent but there is no complimentary water available. Room and washroom didn't have geyser or any other heating source. Room service rate list is very costly. Though their breakfast was adequate. Their staff was also very unprofessional.

Hotel is beautifully constructed but Poorly managed. »Parking is low-highted. Parking ramp is so steep that it seems more like an amusement park slide. »Food is costly in hotel. »Contrary to the name, there was no hot water in bathroom. On asking, manager asked to on phone to keep hot water tap open for Half an Hour. And then after wasting Gallons of Water. Hotel Manager hit me with the "Good News that your bathroom has no hot water and i was "awarded" with bath of another room to take shower and then rush back to my original room. This attitude of this hotel reminds me of "Garam Hamam" at remote place in ancient era.

Best hotel in Multan I will recommend for families specially bcz they have strict rules for family stay.They just give a room to original couple with original documents. Best wishes for this great team.

Stayed here for 5 days. My money came up missing from my room while my family and I went to breakfast one day. Power kept going out...but it did soon quickly come back on. The housekeepers cleaned only what is seen.. ill not stay here again

Rooms are well decorated, stuff is of good quality. Staff is humble and courteous. Breakfast was superb. Parking facility is great.

Services need to improve much. No warm water in the bath. Had to wait for electricity for some time since the generator was out or order. Bed sheet and towel always need proper cleaning before giving the room to next customer. Food is also too costly.

Stayed in Room # 7 and their a/c was leaking. Water tipping from a/c. Had to change room at midnight. Fridge was not working!!! Please check I am sure they didn't fix it as yet.

They charge more than 6000 even though they have mentioned 2500 online this is insane this is a complete scam to bring guest at your hotel and then asking them to pay triple of what you have mentioned online.

Good hotel but wash rooms were not up to standard

Unmemorable hotel except for the fact that I couldn’t turn the shower off. I had to leave so I pa led up my room and informed the staff at the front desk. They were good about so maybe I got the room with the dodgy shower. Otherwise this is much like many other mid to low range Pakistan hotels.

A very nice ,compfy , state of art place with extraordinary facilities. The prices are budgeted and above all staff is very very helpful. From check in till check out the process is very smooth . Breakfast buffet was amazing . Room cleaning is excellent specially. Every thing is picture perfect .highly recommended for every body who are facing fog these days and also Wana have a secure family stay . This place is the best in whole Multan. I felt this is totaly family hotel becz they was asking documents of family. So main thing was hot water which was very hot but my wifs's priority were washroom so she was agree that rooms are clean. I would mention their staff specially all were cooprative.Parking is secure but hotel is on road so you have to choose room other side of road.

Staff were nice. Towels and bed sheets were dirty. I stayed there from 26th to 28th of May,2022. At first day I found out towels were used. I found a live electric wire in my bathroom and water was leaking right on the top of the wires. Staff were nice but not trained professionally. They tried to show as they are personal workers. Bathroom, shower and toilet seat were very dirty. Food was good but prices were ripped off as compared with the local restaurants. Remote of air conditioning was not working at all. No blanket was available on the bed. Just think twice before you book. Thanks.

Hotel was beautiful,i stayed with family they ask me matching documents of couple.they cencelled my booking bcz of documents.i fully tryied but the officer on duty said i can't allow any room without documents.afterthat i call my family ask for documents by watsapp then we can check in.It was amazing experiance,i will recommend families specially.
