Overall a very good experience at the grand hotel multan really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable and slept really good here. I stayed here with my family and they provided me extra mattress. Breakfast was served in the room on request.everything was good according to the price they offered which was very affordable. The location was a busy in the morning there was noise otherwise it was a good stay !

A nice and comfortable experience. Easy access to hotel. Ample parking. Neat clean rooms with working air conditioning. Staff was courteous and ready to assist. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a lot of choices. They even obliged me by serving omelette which was not in buffet. Keep up the good work.

They deserve minus stars. No Room Prepration. No Even Clean. No Light on Reception. There is stairs to go up with your heavy luggage bag. Full smelly hotel. I read their review they are all fake reviews.

The room was very cold and there was no heating. There was warm water in the loo but overall it was an okay place to crash for a night but not for a longer stay. It's cash-only and the people were kind. Most landmarks were a 5min drive away so that was a plus.

The staff was very helpful they were always there to help us ! The room was clean and simple the bathroom was clean and the water was hot and powerful. The price that they are offering is really reasonable. The only reason i have given it 5 star is that this is a perfect place for the families to stay .

I visited there back in july. It is a great value for money. Staff was very friendly, everything was good and clean. My room was vacant, spacious and clean. It was air conditioned. Washrooms were clean and everything was working fine. It was really a nice experience.

Second time staying in a hotel outside city. Fearful at first, but thi was definitely a good shot. Saw them on Google and came in to check the room. Worth the price. Hot water from 5am onwards. Heater was given to us separately with unlimited usage. All in all we had a peaceful night with family.

I stayed here for a couple of days and honestly, I have yet to find a better hotel in Multan. I loved interacting with the staff as well, they have a very friendly atmosphere and they made me feel right at home. Top notch facilities, friendly and warm staff, and very well maintained rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Multan.

Good things first: A good central location in Multan city. Slightly cheaper than the hotels of same category. Good cable connection on tv. Spacious room. Fridge available but (check the end of review). Not so good things: Parking available but it is across a main road outside the hotel building. Noisy from inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast available but not good. Tea was good. Staff is less and very slow. There was no towel, soap, shampoo, tissue or drinking water in the room. Had to ask them to bring it. Bed dipped in the middle. Mattress and pillows were fine. Room and bathroom cleanliness can definitely be improved, a lot! Really bad things: No hot water and exhaust in the bathroom. Fridge was disgusting.

The hotel was just fine. We were staying on our way back from Islamabad to Karachi. The rooms were small and smelly. The flush wasn't working, we asked the receptionist to fix it but he forgot. Had to ask again after midnight. They asked us to use another room's washroom.

There were a lot of problems with this hotel, highlighting a few here: 1. Bedding and Comforter were untidy 2. No soap or shampoo was available 3. Limited window for hot water 4. Staff was good but I'd have to call for everything 5. The toilet was the same way the last user left.

A very nice, comfy, state of art place with extraordinary facilities. The prices budgeted & above all staff very very helpful. Room cleaning is excellent specially. This place is the best in whole Multan. I felt this is totally family hotel because they are asking documents of family.

The room was nice but average size I really loved the paintings that they had in there lobby completely depicted the history of Multan same goes with the ambience of the room I really enjoyed my stay here . They should improve there morning breakfast service which was a bit slow and increase quantity of the breakfast that they serve.

I have stayed for three days for business trip. 1-The Room was neat and Clean. 2-The Staff was Nice and Cooperated. 3- Aircondioning was good. 4- Sehri and Aftari were complimentary and well managed. 5- Location is Excellent.

Have been their twice with family for a night stay. Though all was good but the room condition wasn't so good: 1. Ac blankets weren't provided 2. Bed sheet wasn't clean 3. Washroom commode wasn't working properly 4. Towel was too hard and left scratches on skin. Service and breakfast was upto mark. A comfortable place to stay if the room condition gets improved.

Stayed here last week with my Family , It was a quite Affordable place with very decent rooms . Stayed for 2 nights , I was charged 2500 rupees for it and that included breakfast and pressing. The place was quite and relaxing , But they need to work on there service like there was only 2 waiters available all the time and they had there hotel packed so it took them a while getting us our order. Breakfast was delicious but the quantity was not enough . It was a decent stay here , I would recommend Families to stay here because it's quite safe and easy .

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Grand Hotel.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Lemme firstly write about the staff... One room boy serves all the rooms... Non professional staff including administrative members. Order something in the morning and you have to keep requesting until you checkout from the hotel. Let's talk about room condition? Cheaper bed and pillows casing. I guess they got no idea of cleanliness. Wall paint is distorted. Good to look at the spiders 😉. I directly complained to the owner but he didn't pay the attention. Actually Pakistani hotel industry took this service slogan "customer/client is always right" totally wrong. They misinterpret this slogan and behave like what client is saying possible be right but it's not important to address the matter what he complains about. Though I got no time really to write a review about such expensive but 3rd class hotels. But I do this for public welfare. Be aware please 🥺

affordability was the best thing about this hotel. as i entered the hotel the reception girl welcomed us and took us to the room that we booked. the room was average size but was quite acceptable breakfast was incuded in the price .

The rooms looked better in photographs than in real. Their counter staff seems to have been trained by a Drill Seargent. Keeping in view the room rent, the facilities were just fine to leave early the next morning

My stay was very nice I had booked myself a queen size room which was very clean and spacious the staff was very king and polite . They were very helpful as well , I would love to mention the FMB manager Hania she was incredible , it really felt like home. The bed was so comfy had a great sleep and the location was just so perfect , located in the center of the city and was near to almost everything in the city. Recommended !

I stayed here with my husband and we really loved our stay ! The room were simple but they smelled nice ! Plus we had a comfortable sleep and the bathroom was so clean which really made me comfortable to stay at this hotel and the staff was really sweet and helpful and I would really thank Miss Hania from the front desk she guided us with some amazing restaurants around the hotel and some historical places of Multan to visit as well . We really enjoyed staying I would definitely recommend this hotel to my siblings and friends !

Very friendly staff, The rooms were nice but the staff very really good. Breakfast was average but the tea was fantastic. Slept well here the pillow was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Great location took only 5 minutes from the airport

First look of hotel was ok, but as I lived I came to know that there is no any chair in room, door knob was broken, door stopper was broken, light in washroom was broken, seepage can be found on walls which suffocate room. Intercom was broken and you have to go to reception for anything you want. The blanket was not clean at all and thus needed to change it. Most of all, there is a factory behind this hotel, in which heavy machinery works at night and there will be so much noice that you can not sleep for a single minute. Very bad experience.

The place is very different from what it looks on the outside, it's neat and well built. Central location to all markets and shrines, yes it's noisy honestly but location is in the middle of everything. Staff is courteous and cooperative, Rooms are spacious and light flows in perfectly (if the curtains can be moved up that is), Spacious washrooms and good warm water was available for shower, However some things need to be worked on: - disinfecting a room before customers check in and changing sheets (had to get it done after my check in when I saw a bug) - dusting of the furniture - chai was really bad in breakfast With few other smooth changes, this is a great place to stay given the price and other qualities of the hotel. 👍

Hotel is located at the center of the city which made it easier for us to travel. The room was cool it had a window and a city view, the staff was cooperative and the food was fine. At night room was quite and comfortable. Wifi worked extremely well. They need to add lift since my mom faced trouble.

The location wa perfectly fine for me because it was very near to the district court and I didn't had to get careem or Uber for that. The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel. It was within easy reach of several landmarks and Bazaars. Staff were very helpful and efficient and always on hand to help. The team on the front desk were helpful & friendly. We particularly enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel and last but not least the breakfast was very good.

Stayed here with my father we got ourselves a twin bed and the room was fine like if we look at the price it was good . The bed was comfortable but the reading light near the bed wasn’t working. They took a bit longer to get our breakfast but the food was delicious so we didn’t complain about it on the front desk overall a nice experience.

The suite room was very nice and spacious. Good hospitality provided the only reason im giving them 4 stars is because the breakfast was very average but other than that everything was good i really like the charges as they were very affordable and the room was really nice as well !

Considering the price, the room was ok. However the room could have been cleaner. Had to ask the room service to replace the pillow covers and bedsheet. The hotel kitchen is available for breakfast only. All other items are ordered from outside during other timings, even tea. My stay was not planned due to fog so wasnt expecting much from hotel.
