The pics and the rooms are poles a part, if you are looking the pictures and than making your booking please think twice, staff is not trained even they have not enough staff to look after, if you ordering a breakfast it will be served at lunch time

Booked and when reached they asked double price with excuses that one u booked wasn't in order and the one alternative available is price 75% higher.

We people didn't understand the level of their Services. Actually they tried to minimize customers expense. Let see ! They started making breakfast at 8:00 am but unfortunately the highly trained chef didn't complete their order until 11:45am because they believed if the customer spent money on breakfast then he should skip the lunch and save money. If anyone wants adventure in multan then it must be recommended. Otherwise stay away.

Nothing went well here except it's location. Smell in rooms, dirty floors, garbage below the beds & side tables. Felt bad with my family here. Not recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serena Hotel Multan and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel's staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Service was pathetic, overcharged 500 extra after the commitment on the phone. Washroom zero star.. Smelly rooms Ac was not working well, Colling stage was like it's on 30. Ac remote control was not available. 30 rupees chilled local water bottle priced at 200. Tea ☕ is like the worst of lifetime 😭 Parking was available only on the road . No security check or security person available.

Hi, i am stay one night in Hotel Serena Palace Multan. i am happy for this hotel room, service & specially counter services. he is cheapest and easily affordable for all the people.

Rooms are just okay if you wish to spend a night or two. The washroom was not up to the mark as the sanitary had stains on it and shower had water leakage. Fan was also not up to the mark. It was working slow and was very dirty. The air conditioner was working well. They asked for 4k per room but we negotiated for 3k per room for 02 rooms. However since we only had to spend the night; we did not look for other options. But these kind of rooms are not worth more than 2-2.5k imo. Thanks

Such a nonsense mis committed staff. I did a booking via booking.com and they refused to provide the room as mentioned on booking.com. Although the room was available and he was asking for additional money. Such a shameless management who are destroying hotel industry. Please avoid this hotel as max.
