If You Are Also Going To Passport Office For Your Passport First Time Then Keep Following Points In Your Mind; 1) First You Will Get A Form From Outside Passport Office Which Is National Bank Form (A Lot Of People Out There Are Selling It) Worth 50Rs Only. 2) Then You Will Pay Your Fee In NBP Branch, That Is Located Outside Passport Office And They Will Charge Extra 30Rs Only (No Other NBP Branch Accepts That Challan Other Than This Branch). 3) After That You Will Go Inside The Office. You Must Have Your Original I'd Card, Along With (2 Copies Of Your I'd Card, 1 Copy Of Your Recent Degree You Completed, 1 Copy Of Your COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate, 1 Copy Of Your Father And 1 Copy Of Your Mother's I'd Card) And They Will Give You Further Guidance. 4) Then After All Process Is Done, Within 15 Days The Passport Will Be Given To You. Well it's a life saving service from government of Pakistan, but unfortunately the office environment is as usual as you can think of any other government facility, people get ripped off due to lack of knowledge and awareness of the process/procedures. Official staff usually playing with their cell phones during office hours. We request the higher authorities to take notice of such employees and take necessary steps to address these issues

The timing is from 8 am to 1 pm. This is rediculous. It should be atleast till 5 pm

Here are some people who traps newbies, charges some extra money and help them to complete their process in minutes. These people have ground to top connections and settlements... That's all. On the other hand. If you are vigilant and do not want to give any single paisa to any one. Here are tips. For fresh passport; 1. You should have own 2-CNIC copies and original id card 2.Educational certificate photocopy. 3.Mother ID card photocopy. 4.Fathers ID card photocopy 5.COVID-19 vaccination card photocopy. Now your documentation is complete. 6.Ball point for filling chalan. 1.Now get Bank chalan form from bank branch( which is located near office gate) 2.See fee details inside office on chart pasted on wall. 3.Fill that chalan accordings that. And pay that at NBL branch (fee+30Rs bank charges) 4. After that, submit all documents and Original id card inside office and wait in waiting hall.. And follow their instructions. Note: If you have some documents missing. Then contact outside sitting negotiators . They will make things easier without any hustle. Overall they all are appreciate-able .

Good service available for the people. Public awareness about passport processing pumflut may help them. Or at least 2 govt employees serve and guide ti public for passport processing system.

You will probably get the job done in one or two days. Beware you must give bribery to National Bank Officials for each payment submitted, also bring ample photocopies of all documents because the shop outside the facility will charge you three time the normal price. Fill up your deposit slip yourself or ready to pay the agents big money. Inside the facility it is wait and see game, every official will try to delay you a bit, keep up your composure, lastly they will want to have you the documents "attested" from a government employee so be prepared for this attestation too.

Now a day's due to Flyover made in front of Passport office, it is very difficult to reach there.

It,s located at approachable place in Multan.Working environment is good and have good sitting and waiting arrangments.Staff behavior is also good and cooperative .

Apart from few negatives, work is being done quite quickly and efficiently. It takes less than half hour once you have done passport fee deposit. Going early morning highly recommended, than you can finish early in few minutes. Bring all originals related to ID documents and their copies. Photo copiers charge alot than normal and agents will be every where to get your passport form deposit with a little fee. NBP branch needs correction.
