I had purchased a donut, rusk, pine apple cake and a sandwich. Prior to leave I produced my ATM card and asked the cashier to detect the amount. He replied that ur pin has been declined whereas I had not entered any pin. Then he replied that sorry sir actually machine is indicating that u have insufficient balance. I enquired that show my system message where it is indicating the insufficient balance. He argued rudely that they accept cash only. We don't accept any online payments....... The incident was quite embarrassing for me.... Management should look around the staff's behavior for better service

Since past few months there is always shortage of food and stuff in this specific outlet. Diet drinks are usually unavailable. Limited icecreams and frozen food. Fast food sandwiches are not filled well with stuff like Jalapenos, mushrooms and olives. Despite this scarcity the rates are high.

You can get Fresh, healthy & a good variety here. They have presence in all major markets/ commercial areas in Multan. Staff is not well trained to be customer oriented, customer friendly. They have maintained good ambience at all outlets.
