They are providing very basic services.jazcash is a plus point. But When ever i had an issue they reffer me to main branch kachehri , i asked for SIM card blocking they direct me to main branch that's not fair.

Poor Service, misguiding staff, Do not trust what they say, go to main branch rather than this poor service facility. Went to buy prepaid E-Sim. They said it’s Jazz policy E-Sim is only post-paid. Liars- lying to meet target. Now I am stuck with this service I Didn’t want. Never go here.

There are only time pass people, there is absolutely no tendency to talk or listen to each other, they can understand what will happen to the visitor.
