One of the only three existing gates of Multan old City Wall (Faseel e Multan). Other two are Delhi gate and Bohar gate. This gate is good in conditiona and look but convance is a big problem .Reaching there or photographing gate on a very busy and congested road is also a problem. So I can say gate is good but needs attention to facilitate tourists.

It has been mentioned by all historians that from the beginning there were six gates in the city proper and four in the fort of Multan. Haram Gate has always been there. If the interpretation of name Haram Gate is accepted i.e. inside this gate was the Haram or women quarters of the Saint Hazrat Musa Pak Shaheed then the name must post-date the times of this saint i.e. 16th century. Word Haram is associated with Wife Woman etc.

Haram Gate is old one of the old gate of Faseel e Multan. It is located on Akbar Road Multan. It is famous as Haram Gate because of a Saint Musa Pak Shaheed's women quarter. There are total six gates in Multan named as Lohari Gate, Bohar Gate, Haram Gate, Pak Gate, Delhi Gate, and Gate of Multan Qila Kuhna Qasim. Only 04 Gates are present in their original form which are Bohar Gate, Haram Gate , Delhi Gate and Multan Fort Gate. Haram Gate is one of four gates which are present in proper form. This Gate also has a Bazar which is called Haram Gate Bazar. You can shop crockery, Watches, Sunglasses, Hosiery, Shoes and Clothes from this Bazar.

This gate of walled city Multan is present in original shape. So visiting it may give you a good idea about the life being lived just two hundred years ago.

Not recommended at all. NO LADY DOCTOR for ladies seeking medical test. Very poor experience. Rude and unprofessional staff INCLUDING DOCTOR. No sense of respect. This medical center should be revoked for gamca approval

Whole sale market. Went there to purchase cutlery item. Excellent place with huge variety of items at reasonable price. Rush hours mostly in evening with parking issues. Difficult to take vehicle inside haram gate. Better park outside and go on foot.

. It was built and rebuilt many times as it was destroyed in battles. The original construction time is unknown but it was present during the Siege of Multan and damaged badly. Part of this wall near Haram Gate was destroyed and was used by British troops to enter into the city. The present wall was constructed in 1756 AD. These walls are now rehabilitated under The Multan Walled City Project

I used to visit this place whenever to taste fish rich taste towards Delhi gate and Khuni Burj. Must take proper action to run traffic in well planned flow.

One of the remnant of historical architecture and heirarchy. One of the most difficult roads for car drivers especially during the day. The place is the heart of whole sale market w.r.t plastic crockery and dinner sets water sets and various home appliances. Spend a full whole day on foot if you intend to do any shopping from here. Area remains the hub for whole sellers and distributors.
