In Multan if u feel royal visit this place but i think they increase their Pakistani menu because very less dishes in Pakistani food so increase the menu so we can enjoy it overall experience is good

It is a good value for money hotel. Cleanliness standards were very high. Staff was very Cooperative and supportive. Rooms are well kept. Food is also good and with taste. Swimming pool was not operational and Hotel outside area is too less which is a downside of the location.

The hotel is beautiful centrally located with quite cozy rooms. Cleanliness is upto the mark and room services and House keeping is very good. Food is quite Decent. Staff is very Cooperative and professional. The best thing about their executive floor is that they are offering high tea complimentary from 8 am to 10 pm which makes the hotel different from the rest of their competitors. One thing which i am fond of Swimming pools and allied facilities. That is big negative on their side as the pool is so small for Swimming and the changing rooms are congested. Don't sure about Spa and hot jacuzzi facilities. Rest recommended to have a nice stay at this hotel.

Faletti's Grand is a good place to stay. Rooms are very well maintained. The food quality is also good. I faced a couple of problems during my stay here number 1 they didn't allow the McDonald's deliver guy to bring food to my room and I had to walk all the way from my room on 3rd floor to their main gate to pick my food it felt really embarrassing 2 their valet parking driver was not available 3 their breakfast buffet is not even close to that offered my PC and other hotels in the same league. Overall the experience was good but will definitely try out other hotels too on my next visit to Multan.

Went for hi tea. The reception and staff behaviour was good. The quality of food was just ok including sweet corner. The dishes mentioned in their advertisements were not there and a few dishes were missing. There was no refill and the dishes which were empty, you have to request them time and again to refill it. Welcome drink was not served as well. Overall not an encouraging visit.

**This review and rating is of their Buffet** Well they have a variety of dishes but don't expect anything good, as the taste is mostly bland plus food is cold. Some of their desserts are very good like coffee pastry other than that average pastry with dry bases. Salads were also average and both cabbage and russian salads were full of cabbage. Ambiance was good. All in all buffet is not recommended. You can spend your Rs.1700 elsewhere and eat very good food.

Stayed there for 1st time and found it good. Although its not that big in terms of size but Property is newly built so everything is clean and rooms are comfortable. Their rooms are spacious, give them 4 star from rooms perspective but cannot give more than 3 stats due to their breakfast. It needs a lot of improvement to reach 4 star level. Cleanliness is good as well. Hospitality is great, but room services needs to be improved more as they were slow! 3rd time visited this place for stay. Other things are OK but service became more slow and breakfast needs a lot of improvement. 4th time visited this place and this time reserved their suite room but not impressed 😗

After being rejected from another hotel in Multan because I was a foreigner, I found this one. The staff and workers are very friendly and are always checking to see if you need anything. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed since I am not originally from Pakistan. My room was incredibly clean and the food was great. hi tea was not so good and was not worth the hype. chicken was not properly cooked of chicken handi. they served pineapple tang as welcome drink that was not even chilled. there were onions in white sauce pasta and it was giving it bad taste. chicken nuggets were too hard and too crunchy that it was difficult to eat. pizza was also of not good taste. salad section was worst. russian salad had alot of cabbage in it. although fish and sweet section was good

It's good in It's category. Safe, quite, very well decorated. Nice staff, good service. Meals are good. A little costly in its class as well. But nice experience. Staff cooperative. Very close to saddar bazar and also famous ghanta ghar. It has a small park with walking track across the road.

A very well designed Hi-Tea buffet by Faletti's Grand Hotel Multan just in Rs. 1699/= instead of 1899/=. From starters to main course to dessert section everything was excellent, already fan of their Food presentation. If you are looking for a good Hi-Tea with an out-class ambience do try it out once. This is highly recommended for party and family gathering and other functions.

Best hotel in Multan. The hotel gas a gym with mechanized treadmill and cycling machine. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool from where you can have the complete view of the city. Additionally, there is a variety in the items of the breakfast ranging from traditional to local foods. Overall it's the best hotel in the city of saints. Recommended

A comfortable stay in Multan, Location is perfect, Parking is a bit issue outside guest, but no problem for in-house guest. . Managers are very courteous. Rooms are comfy and mattress are very soft. All rooms are equipped with Smart TV and Mini Bar. Hotel offers Hi Tea to executive customers. We stayed in Executive Family Suite in March 2022. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

Hotel location is good and rooms are well furnished but Pathetic service staff Staff lacks customer centric approach They never accept their mistakes rather always makes the customer feel that they're are wrong . No hotel can run with such approach I don't see them in next 5 year.

Nicely built small boutique hotel, over priced for the size and brand, breakfast is great, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean and nicely done, restaurant and reception lacks coordination about prices, located in busy area, overall a good stay over point between Karachi and Islamabad

Rooms are equipped with fridge, AC, intercom, LED TV, lights, attached washroom (English commode, wash basin, soaps, mirror, towels, separate bath cabin), cupboard, table, Kettle, Mini Bar, table lamps, and dressing table. Food is of average quality by taste, therefore needs improvement. However, some food items are of great taste such as vegetable rice, gola kabab, Lahori channay, trifle, lab-e-shereen, kheer, and Lassi. Location of the hotel is easy, and in the center of Multan City. Room service needs some improvement and quick response. Recommended!

Very poor service. We arrange 4 days meeting, they are charging food like Ramada Multan around 2000 with tax but only one dish menu was provided. During meeting time they allow another function in same hall with disco music. I parked my vehicle in hotel and it was surprised for me that they shifted my car out side hotel and parked on street. Strongly not recommended for any function and meeting due to their poor management.
