We had the misfortune of holding two of our events here. both were very badly handled by the management. The first was a smaller birthday party, during which the service was terrible, food was distributed unevenly, the service was very slow to refill any finished items and did not hand out the cold drinks to all attendees. The bathrooms were unclean and when we complained they brushed it off. We then complained to the owner and asked him to ensure that our second event, a wedding reception, should not have these shortcomings. He gathered the managers and the relevant staff to his office and questioned them about the poor service in the birthday party. He gave them a stern warning about the quality of service and assured us that the wedding reception will have no complaints. This, however, turned out to be a show put on for our sake as the wedding reception was even worse. For the wedding we asked about stage set up for bride and groom. The options they had were not to our liking so they said that we could get an external organiser to come in and do it for us. 2 days before the reception the decoration manager calls us to tell us that the venue doesn't allow external companies. We reminded him of the original agreement. The owner then assured us that no such policy exists so we went ahead with the external company for stage set up. However when they turned up the management turned them away, we called them and told them of the original agreement and after much deliberation they let them in at 5.30PM. The event was supposed to start at 7PM. With a start time of 7PM, when we arrived at 6.30PM we found that the lights were off and the ACs were off. It was a very hot day and yet the ACs were turned off. The management was nowhere to be found. I talked to a worked and at 6.45PM the ACs were turned on in the hall. The Lobby ACs remained off. Now the event hall is very large and it took around 3 hours to cool properly by which time the event was finished. The whole event took place in 30 degrees Celsius. This was measured by the staff at The Arena, not us. The stage was very hot and when we raised this with the manager he said he will arrange for some fans. 30 minutes later there is no fan. When we raised this the manager said that it's an AC hall so there isn't a fan available. Why were we promised one when it wasn't available in the first place? The food service was terrible. The staff took ages to replenish finished items. we had to ask several times before it was done. The staff would rather stand and do nothing as each time we asked for something they would react negatively to it. The food was mediocre at best and the menu wasn't what we were promised by the owner. Overall it was a very negative experience and definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

Basically it is a very welcoming place. Place was neat and clean with some extra ordinary luxury setting for marriages. The Arena, Multan's first of its kind event complex, seats 3500 people and includes a flower shop, beauty salon, and coffee shop. Also open is The Arena Hotel, which has 27 guest rooms (8 executive suites and 19 deluxe rooms) and a fine dining establishment. Here, you can enrol in a body-specific workout programme at the fitness facility under the direction of a qualified trainer. Youngsters will love exploring the on-site aquapark. The hotel features a cutting-edge banquet and meeting room. You can use the Internet for work, school, and fun. Near the hotel is a welcoming restaurant. You can take the airport shuttle to and from the airport. A parking area would be appreciated by visitors who arrive by car. The hotel offers food and drink delivery to rooms among its other amenities. Only nonsmokers are permitted in the rooms. Visa and UnionPay credit cards are two examples of bank cards that can be used to pay for services. You can pick one of the hotel's 2 rooms for a cosy place to stay. Suites and double rooms are only a couple of the options available to visitors. Minibar, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, and ironing facilities are among the amenities. You won't be bothered by any noise thanks to the soundproofing. Several of the rooms available here have views of gardens, buildings, or the city. A fireplace is one of the distinctive amenities offered to visitors. The hotel staff speaks English well.

Have a Enough space for parking

Restaurant of The Arena DHA is not good at all. First and foremost the restaurant staff was very arrogant and rude. We sat on a table and even after waiting 15 mins They didn't provide a menu. Then we asked a waiter and no waiter was available. The waiter came later on and gave menu amd left. Never returned. Although we could see 5-6 waiters hoarding over the counter. And then we had to physically go over to the counter and bring a waiter to counter, and the waiter as very rude again "main pehlay aya tha ap ne kuch btaya ni" (lied to our face). We didn't order anything just a tea and bill wasn't brought to the table again. When I gave rs 500 note the cashier said " mere pas change ni hai". Plus unreasonable prices, although I know fairly rich people go to DHA " obviously who can afford but, if we look into the fact that one Mineral water bottle was rs. 150 for no reason. That doesn't sit right. I felt like they are just trying to rob you, no service no manners just "paise do aur jao" behaviour

It was a vry bad experience to visit in this place the food nd service was also bad. I suggest to all dont go this place it is jxt a wastage of tym; wastage of petrol nd wastage of money. And at the last i want to say that ( uchiyan dukaana day phikay pakwan hondain)

The place is good but the food is pathetic. I have never eaten that bad food in my whole life.

Good option but far away from city, in under developing residential area named DHAM.

Beautiful addition in Hotels

The Arena DHA Multan is an excellent place. I visited the Arena hall on an event and enjoyed a lot. Parking, location each and everything is perfect.

Very rubbish management and bad food, the fish had a bad smell and the taste of the chicken jalfrizi was absolutely disgusting and bad.

Long delay in service, If you miss any thing don't order it during eating your food, because you got it after finish. Very Expensive

Arena is very good. Rooms are big and well maintained having all amenities Service is a bit slow but that's adjustable A bit far away from centre of the city but due to carpeted roads, its not a big issue. Suitable for families

Medium sized exhibition hall but airy and neat look

A comfortably nice place for a gathering be it professional or family one. The parking is spacious which is a plus. The halls are just ok average with pretty plain decor. Food has variety but taste was way too low for a place like this. One expects some taste and flavour but most of it felt like a walima dinner menu items. Service was very slow and rather poor.
