Rooms are spacious but bed sheets were stained, towel was smelling foul. Insects were roaming around in room. Bathroom was full of insects. My experience was bad with them because even on several requests they didnt changed the room. So dont make advance payments, before finalizing inspect your room.

Worst staff and service, rooms are unhygienic, appliances not working, staff is very rude and badtameez. Also, at time of check in they said breakfast is complementary but in the morning they asked for money for breakfast. Literally had to switch the place. Strongly not recommended.

Stayed there for night, I had excellent experience, very professional and courteous staff of hotel. Absolutely neat and clean room and washroom. The best part was that I had to go somewhere early in the morning and I couldn't find careem or Uber at that time, the manager arranged me a ride and helped me in going there. I would recommend this place for sure and with confidence that you too will second me once you go and see their hospitality.

Parking was good but no Warm water, No extra Blanket, No heater, No exhaust, cheap soap and antique electronics lol. I mean very old.

All things are good in Shelton palace and good hotel in Multan All staff are well mannered and cooperative And owner is also good person and helpful person He is a person who works for humanity as well without any reason . Hospitality is good and we stay in that hotel for 21 days and there service is too much good and amazing . Hotel environment is also a good and amazing we live there without any tension
