And he told me no one ever asked him that asked before. I asked him what mental health assessments do you guys help with?

I love this clinic. They take as much time as possible to answer all my questions, follow up with calls to see how I'm doing, give great gift bags for doing a woman wellness checkup, and have tons of native staff and art on the walls, so I feel right at home. (Anyone can go to this, you don't need to be native.) Great clinic with really helpful staff.

NARA Indian Health Clinic has a welcoming atmosphere which includes coffee and an immediate greeting, even if one of the receptionists is on the phone. The entire staff was extremely kind and allowed me to feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire visit! I struggled to fill out my paperwork, which had been problematic for myself previously, but they didn't bat an eyelash when I asked for assistance. My doctor was attentive and appropriately responsive when listening to my concerns and apprehensions! She guaged my needs perfectly and thanked me for being there each time she left the room, even went as far as to be express how proud she was too see me doing better today than I was doing recently! So, one again a NARA office has gained another family member in me!

The care i received was excellent! In the past ive always shy'd away from being open and honest with health care professionals. My nervous tendencies washed away and i was comfortable immediately. My health concerns were addressed and i am thrilled to have had the opportunity to be seen there.

Compassionate employees, Dr. Amy was very pleasant and took the time to actually listen to me and be present not just rush in rush out like most people are. Helped in all areas, physical, mental, spiritual. Highly recommend and appreciated.

Love my folks at Nara, stellar service, genuine care, family type relationships. Over the years I've come to love My Dr.s the Tichners, so dedicated, they seldom have time for their selves. We indians were blessed w these 2 Doctors, Ruth Ann is great to. Front, my Fav is Erika, helped my vet. brother in 2 minutes flat. Love Susan and Thursday too! Thanks Nara!

Love this place! It’s easy to get scheduled for an appointment, even if you’re brand new to NARA. Staff go above and beyond for clients because they genuinely care. Christy, Matthew, and Meredith at the front desk are incredibly helpful and caring. Be sure to schedule a telehealth appointment instead of an in-person appointment if you’re having any COVID symptoms at all, NARA takes COVID precautions very seriously to ensure that everyone stays healthy and safe! 🫶

Rotating staff will not answer medical questions referrals an actual inability to be human. I've been trying with this organization for the last couple of years. And they just continuously make mistakes make mistakes make mistakes. While in pain thdy make you feel unsafe. I have tried to fill in out their grievance forms but. They don't even follow up on those. This organization lost all of my detailed information social security and private information as well as creating multiple profiles for me making it impossible to get accurate medical information.

I'm seriously considering getting a Dr. Here My sister and my daughter are both patrons and I like these people. They really care. They're also willing to work with Integrative Health approaches like Acupuncture, Massage, Chiropractic and Nutrition Innovation therapy.

I gave my friend a ride to this place, never having heard of it before, I can't say enough about my experience! Initially, I was skeptical, as I had a hard time finding a parking spot. That is up until the friendly staff members went out of their way to help me. They all seemed very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, &is ¹one of the FEW places that still has WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Customer Service! It's NØT EXTINCT AFTER-ALL!?

NARA Staff has always been caring and supportive in my health. I also know they take the time to discuss any concerns that I may have, which I find lacks in many health care providers.

Great place and people. Got an appointment easy. The Dr and Nurses were helpful, friendly, and fast at their jobs. Took more time at the pharmacy than with other parts of the clinic.
