There’s Nothing Persian @Persian Darbar Quality of Mutton is the gold standard in any cuisine for a diehard Non vegetarian. Balloon of our high expectations burst @Persian Darbar Marol this week. Even after prior instructions Mutton Nalli Barra was too bland for us. It was followed by Mutton Raan Banjar Masala which is touted as their signature dish. Exorbitantly expensive dish was a punishment to the taste buds. The Mutton was third grade, it had a sour smell.  How could they goof up their signature dish so badly?. Upon confrontation, they didn’t really agree however gave feeble justifications & offered a 15% discount on the total bill. Chicken Jalandhari was a half cooked, tasteless dish. Chicken Kabsa Rice was too dry and had to be gulped with water to avoid chocking. When we requested hot n spicy food we were served with 50gms of green chilly. We left with an impression, there’s nothing’s hot n spicy in Persian Food. The only respite to this ordeal was the desert Kunafa. Gyan@Mahesh Patil – Eat anyplace where you can get good non veg food & go to Perisan Darbar ONLY for Kunafa.

If you have never left Mumbai and never taste Authentic Persian or Mughlai cuisine then surely you can eat there pathetic taste. And for those who knows the real taste you don't need to taste their dishes as your taste buds will cry for help. Just for the ambiance i gave 1star if it was possible to rate them below is would have done that too. Staff is unskilled and plates were not properly cleaned either. Staff wear the mask on the chin

The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, with hints of Mughal-inspired elements. The seating was comfortable, and the overall ambiance created a pleasant dining experience. The flavors were rich, aromatic, and true to authentic Mughlai cuisine. The chicken and mutton were cooked to perfection, tender, and succulent. The spices and marinades used in the dishes were well-balanced and added a delightful taste to every bite. The food was served with reasonable speed, and the staff ensured that we had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to any lover of Mughlai cuisine.

Amazing Ambience, you will get full arabic vibes with the interior of this place. The food here is amazing, Kebsa Rice and Kebsa Biryani are the two must try dishes. The starter platter tasted very good but the price was a bit high. For dessert we ordered pudding which was again a super hit.

There is no Persian in Persian Darbar. Mutton had a raw punjent smell in their signature Mutton Raan dish. When confronted, they didn't accept fully, but offered a 15% discount. Some chicken starters were good. But again, nothing extraordinary. You can get better quality and taste in many other smaller restaurants in Mumbai. One thing which was actually good was their desert- Kunafa.

One of the highly rated biriyani restaurants in mumbai. If you like Mughal style biriyani, it’s a must visit, but for me, after having South Indian style biriyani like Malabar, Hyderabadi and Donne Biriyani. I wasn’t a big fan of it. They have a lavish interiors and you will feel the royalty in the experience. I went there alone and actually felt like a misfit as the menu there has a quantity which minimum is a serve for 2. Else you will feel it expensive as well as might waste some food. Experience was nice, but just that biriyani to me wasn’t as expected. But Mumbaikars will love it I think

Actual Rating - 4.5 First of all, this place has class. The ambience inside gives you a feeling that you've actually entered a Mahal or Darbar. The colours and decor is very Mughal or rather Persian. The restaurant is located on the busiest road. Placed inside Times Square where several other restaurants and workplaces are around. Location : 3 Ambience : 4.5 Food : 4.5 Staff : 4.5 Must Try : Mutton Soup Mutton Rogan Josh Raan Biryani Mutton It is expensive. But it's worth.

I loved this place. The ambience was 10/10, the staff was amazing, polite and hospitable. We ordered the following drinks: Virgin Mojito, Kiwi Pirozka and Coconut Colada. The drinks were great. Kiwi Pirozka was yummy and refreshing. The presentation was great. Coconut Colada was also be considered an option for dessert. In the main course, we ordered Paneer Tikka Masala and veg lajawab. The paneer tikka melted in the mouth while Veg Lajawab had a unique taste but tasted so good. We ordered veg butter kulcha and garlic naan. The garlic naan was loaded with garlic and delicious. We ordered a veg Persian biryani. The biryani was filling and yummy.

Wonderful place for moghlai food! Not to miss the mutton seekh kebabs…they just melt in your mouth…all dishes cooked to perfection! We had lahori chicken, tandoori, mutton seekh kebab and mutton bhuna with hot rotis! The steam rice was awesome! The ambience was amazing, giving the feel of Gulf countries here in India …the shiny mirror walls, the palace paintings etc. The location in andheri is also at a prime location! I highly recommend this place to all! A must try one!

This restaurant in Marol very spacious and very well design... give you a very good ambience, more than that food is very very delicious. All the starters kebabs was very well cooked and very tasty, we tried their chicken tikka kespa, and it is of Huge quantity was sufficient for five people and also very good and settled in taste. The major highlight is there Mutton Korma one must try it because of it test and it was very well cooked the meat was melting in the mouth and along with it one should try their roti, unlike other hotels their rotis where thin not very chewy very fresh we enjoyed a lot. Coming to the desert one must try there Arabian pudding, Firni and Baklava, you can't miss there Arabian pudding one must try it. moreover their service staff was very helpful selecting the menu and quick enough to serve the dishes only things Spice level is not very high here, so if you are a spicy lover you will have to tell them to make the dishes spicy otherwise overall experience is very great I would recommend every meat lover to visit this place

Persian Darbar is a fabulous family restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and attentive staff. The interior decor, with its elegant pieces, transports diners to a royal era. Every corner of the restaurant is beautifully decorated making it a photogenic spot. The food presentation is also enticing, with each dish tasting just as good as it looks making it a delightful dining experience for the whole family.

I visited the amazing restaurant, Persian Darbar BKC Outlet ✨ the name itself has a royal vibe to it, showcasing kaalins, handcrafted decor, colorful walls, yellow lights, and an Lebanese food is amazing along with Mughlai & North Indian food to try out. There are many frozen fruit drinks, try from the ones recommended below. The staff is very courteous and prompt service. They help you decide the best food too. Pictures of some of the dishes ordered: 1. Chicken malai kebab 2. Mutton Seekh kebab 3. Mutton Afgani with Rumali roti 4. Caramel custard 5. Special Falooda 6. Frozen Mango 7. Musk Mush 8. Berry Drink Kebabs, afghani chicken and the chicken starters! 😋🤤 Check @thatfoodiegirlie on Instagram for more updates and reviews. ❤️✨

Everything was good about this place except the atmosphere was a bit noisy like kids running here and there no-one to stop, few times kids accidently walked into the waiters but no one was stopping them. Food was great and service was good too.

Nice restaurant yo have Arabian dishes. The taste is good. Ambience is good. Interior designs and overall appearance is great. The varieties of veg and non veg grilled foods are available. A calm and quiet restaurant offers delicious foods. One of the nice restaurants in Time square building near Marol Naka restaurant. Food suggestion: Try Kabsa Biriyani here.. One half is more than enough for 2-3 people.

Second visit to this place for roomali roti and chicken seekh kebab. Was served cold kebabs this time and absolutely rude behaviour of the staff when asked to pack the leftover items. The food was decent. However they need to improve on the hospitality front. Have also had their mutton curry and were served worse pieces with little to no flesh.

Delicious food. The chicken is juicy and well marinated in every dish. The kunafa was perfect, just as I make it at home. My only suggestion would be to provide hot sugar syrup separately.

Food was exceptional even for vegetarians. Veg lajawab is a must order. The servers were extremely cordial and polite. The ambience was a bit too gaudy and heavy on the eye. The music aggravated the heaviness of the air. The space could do with a little bit of opening up and some lighter lively music.

From the outside I was impressed by the beautiful decor and when I walked in I was greeted warmly. I asked to be seated where I could watch the cricket and was promptly given a great table in front of the big screen. The restaurant was buzzing (IPL and Legends League India vs World Giants was on!) The manager was able to recommend something delicious from the menu and he and the wait staff regularly checked to make sure I was ok. Food was tasty and portions generous. Overall a wonderful dining experience and I would love to come again one day. Thank you!

Persian Darbar - one of the best spot for all the mughalai cuisine lovers in the city. The interior gives royal vibe and the place is spacious. What’s on my table - Ename Shan Thaal -10/10 ⭐️ Kunafa - 8/10⭐️ All the chicken starters were nicely cooked and the kebabs were juicy and full of flavours. Each dish in the thaal is different from the other and that will give an amazing ride to your taste buds. Cost - This one thaal is enough for 6 or 7 people. Total cost is 7k approx. Quantity is amazing and the taste is worth every penny! Highly recommended to family and group dinner or lunch. Happy Eatings!

It was a very nice place for satisfying your food needs. And it comes with a great ambience, not to forget the personal dinein room that they offer for a group of 10-12 peeps. Service speed can be improved a little bit. When it comes to food, the taste buds will do a nice dance after getting in touch with great flavours of the dishes. Truly a paradise for non-vegetarians but nonetheless for vegetarians.

Went to this place as it was recommended by neighbours, however, from the beginning I wasn't keen on going to any similar joint to celebrate. Anyway the place was almost empty as it was weekday. The seating arrangements " Sofa" were filthy. The food however was surprisingly good. Speciality the Malai Tikkas.

One of the best place to try Non Veg Food in Mumbai and Pune. We tried Mutton Chilli Korma which was best in the world, also Mutton Burrah Chaap and Kunafa. All dishes have perfect mix of spices and showed lots of experience from the cooks.

Ambience - Goood Service - Gooood Food - Goooood Cost - Goooooood Starters are just too damn good, kya texture🤤, kya flavour 🤤, 6 pieces but pretty big cubes😍 Kabsa chicken chilly biryani- 🤤❤️😍 Enough for 3-4 heavy Eaters Enough for 5-6 medium to light Eaters (Only if you order biryani) Butter roti , Chicken Lawabdar & Tikka gravy🤤❤️❤️❤️🤤 Very soft rotis, gravy was thick and tasty AF. PS- If you like it spicy you have to ask because the authentic taste is very less spicy! But the taste, quality of food, even after it being crowded remained unchanged! Arabic Custard - my mouth just got watery reminiscing this oh so delicious dessert🤤 So good I couldn't take a picture 🤣 Firni or Phirni- very flavourful PPS- Please open up in Navi Mumbai, Vashi side!🌚

Such great hospitality is something that every restaurant should possess And Persian darbar surely does I had ordered food from here from airport And informed them that I had no plates or any equipment to have my meal So they sent along paper plates and spoons along to look after our need to the fullest . The food was so well packed . And it was too tasty also Recommending to order : Lebanese chicken starter , the lip smacking chicken kadaa gravy along with garlic naan and to add on zeera rice with Dal Tadka . It’s a bit on the expensive side but worth every penny. Highly appreciate the extra effort they took for us and sent the food

The biryani was soooooo spicy it was barely edible. This place is all about quantity, not quality. Sure the portions might be generous, but the food taste and quality are just not there... The mutton in the biryani was hard and not at all tender. I would avoid this place. It's a waste of money.

The new location in andheri is really prime with ample car parking and valet. The food is good but quite expensive. Food for 2 would cost anything ranging from 2k to 2.5k. Waiting period is much more then other restaurants and no pre booking of tables allowed. Rates don't justify the food out here.

The Royal Taste of Parsian Darbar. Great Darbar for Non Veg Eaters. Tasty, Delicious, Mouthwatering Dishes. The ambience look as typical Mughlai Darbar. They stand by their royal dishes and positing of restaurants. Staff is highly cooperative & trained to serve best. Large variety of Non Veg Dishes. All types of food items available. The cost of the dish is higher but the catch is the quantity of each dish is also more. Complete Worth of Money. I would love having food here with friends & family. I enjoyed having Non Veg Mughlai food with such a great ambience. Avoid the weekend for more rush & waiting. Must Try Dishes: Veg : Starter: Manchurian Main course: Veg Dum Biryani Non Veg: Starter: Special Murg Main Course: Mutton Gravy & Garlic Naan 1 Full Biryani is sufficient for 2 people. 1 starter dish is sufficient for 3-4 people. 1 starter 1 main course dish of non veg was more than sufficient for 3 people.

We were very well received by the staff. The recommendations were good and the food great. Chapli kababs, khepsa was excellent. The recommendations are on higher side quantity wise, so one can tone down the order accordingly It's good value for money. The only sad part is that they do not cover the parking charges.
