The indoor seating is neat and tidy, food is average. We ordered butter chicken and it came in less than 5 minutes. It was definitely precooked and just heated before serving but the service was excellent.

Very rude staff. I wanted to use their washroom. So as I entered the restaurant the man stopped me and said that the restrooms are closed. Just then someone exited the restroom in front of me. As I tried to open the door, the staff member while trying to close it was pressing my hand against the door. Upon asking the guy (who stopped me from entering the restaurant) his name so I could add to this review, he took me to the owner, saying speak with him as he asked me to stop people. While the owner heard my issue, he completely ignored the fact that my hand was being pressed against the door by his staff, saying "uska kya aukad hai, aap usko thappad maar sakte ho". As though hitting someone is the solution for everything. He further shared that everyone tries to use their washroom and so he has a problem. There is a way of saying things instead of being so aggressive and rude about it. In the photo, the Mini-Punjab manager/owner is sitting on the lower left side and the staff member who hurt me is standing on the right.

We tried Rawa Koliwada which was very tender. Then we tried Chicken Patiala with Rumali roti and Naan. The Rumali roti was so soft. The food was excellent and I will highly recommended it for a family dinner.

As few of the earlier reviewers have mentioned, food is good, staff is not. Small place, ambiance is ok. Staff reminded me while paying the bill, that I can tip them in cash as service charge is not included in the bill. I had paneer bhuna, it was tasty but oily.

Called for food from Mini Punjab after long, but, the like always the food was ao oily and full of masala's. . Dal Makhani looked and tasted like eating masala dal. Chicken tikka masala was also very oily. One can't differentiate between makhani dal or masala chicken, they both look same . And that bad burps that follow....the food felt so heavy on stomach.

The food is good - value for money. The location is easy to find on maps. It's a small restaurant, can accommodate around 16 people at a time.

Nice n popular cafe in Mumbai. I am really impressed in my first time visit to this cafe.. i always used to hear about this cafe from my friends, and finally i got chance to experience this. I must say it is really unique one. Food was really delicious and they have variety in their menu. I am definitely going to visit next time to try something new and different. Ambience is not wow like but place is happening so overall experience is very good.

The food was pretty decent. It's a small restaurant with a sitting of around 20 people. It's too cold in there. We got spring rolls as an appetizer, and the amount and quality were both satisfactory. Then for the main course we ordered Paneer lababdar, stuffed kulcha and a naan. The naan wasn't properly cooked and it was chilled at the time of serving. Overall, the experience was fair. The cost for two persons may range from 1000 to 1200rs.

Awesome food. The place is nice and clean. Ambience is great. Food was served hot and fresh. Place is open till late night upto 1.30 am. Very good quick service. Typical Punjabi restaurant. Famous for it's butter chicken and all varieties of paneer. Some parking available right outside. Owners take personal interest. Definitely worth the hype. I will suggest you must try any dish because they put their heart while making it.

We came here as we were craving for good Indian food. We ordered butter paneer and let me tell you, It tasted nothing like it. It was bland and weird. Was ridiculously expensive and with the amount of money we had paid, I expected it to be at least good even if not authentic. You could get better food at local dhabas at quarter the price we had paid. Please do not bother coming here. Plus after paying online, we walked out thinking they must’ve checked from their side. But no, the guy literally chased us down the road outside screaming and yelling to show proof of payment. Not to mention the very rude tone and annoyed face of his. I have never experienced such kind of behaviour in my life. People are coming there to have a good time with good food and if you can’t provide neither then why even bother?

We ordered tandoori chicken but it was ok not as expected, but Dilli style butter chicken was awesome. Order taking guy i.e. we need to call him every time for order. We ordered cheese naan and he gave us plain naan. Again we gave order for cheese naan. Cheese garlic naan was awesome

Food quality and taste have fallen drastically. Had to send back a veg starter (corn - cheese balls) as the insides had very little cheese and corn. Chicken Reshmi Tikka was a 2/5 in taste, Paneer tikka 1/5. The Chicken Biryani was a disaster, basically a bland chicken curry/gravy mixed with plain pulao rice. Taste 1/5 - Avoid. Desert was caramel custard 2/5. Drink selection was pathetic, lassi, chaas or soft drinks. No fresh lime or fruit juices. Service 3/5. Will avoid!!

Late night craving for a good filling roll? Mini Punjab, Bandra, is your spot then! I love their tandoori mushroom / mushroom bhuma rolls! Go grab yours and let everyone know which one do you like? Costs around 500 for two.

I had been to mini Punjab bandra for dinner, it small but good. We had ordered for tamato soup, like the worst soup without any taste in it. The chicken we ordered was tasteless. Trust me we just ate because we din want to waste it. We had gone for dinner but on the 2 dish I had to change my plan and skip the main course. The presentation was good enough but they really need to work on the taste.

The quality of food keeps changing a bit, even for the same dish. I went for their Mutton Kadhai and Butter Naan a second time today and I seriously did not get the taste that I got last week. Service is adequate, not great.

We went to have chole bhature, as it is an iconic Punjabi dish. But they did not have it. Slightly disappointed, we ordered stuffed mushroom. I loved it. The stuff was cordial, the service was quick.

The place was good in atmosphere, but too congested. The prices are too much hiked for the abysmal taste of food. We ordered Manchurian dry and soup with other dishes, both were bad at taste, us along with another customer complained about the soup, waiter went and bought the same soup just by boiling it with soya sauce, and told to adjust the taste by adding the given sauces. Masala papad they served, we had to make it tastier by adding salt. All in all the taste of food was not justified for the prices they are asking.

It was pleasant experience however we didn't get chance to sit inside rather sat in their open area which was quite hot & humid. In start of September due to rain you may also find troubles from mosquito side. The food was delicious which made us not regret the site. Regards, Jaipurite

I visited the place for a team lunch. Location right opposite Haji Ali juice centre in bandra. Had very high hopes looking at the reviews. But the Food was strictly ok. We ordered chicken kalimiri and a tandoori starter both were ok. Mutton biryani was totally bland. Will definitely avoid.

The first thing that caught my attention was the quick service. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that the food arrived promptly. In terms of taste, the food was quite decent. However, I must mention that the prices felt slightly on the higher side. While the food was enjoyable, the overall cost left me feeling a bit overpriced. That being said, it's worth noting that this seemed to be in line with the pricing at other hotels in Bandra, which are known for being on the expensive side. One aspect that could be improved is the seating arrangement. The seating area felt a bit cramped, and it would have been more comfortable if the space was more spacious. However, this didn't significantly affect my dining experience, as the focus was primarily on the food.

The food is incredibly creative and delicious, and the service is impeccable. The tasting menu changes seasonally, but you can always expect to be blown away by the dishes. If you're looking for a truly special dining experience, Mini Punjab's Bandra is the place to go.

Worst experience with this useless restaurant they don’t respect women at all! Yesterday I visited this place I asked owner for washroom used he denied said we can’t allowed outsiders and then I updated him the government rules for toilets used for women’s in any restaurant all over Maharashtra. So he suddenly realised is washroom is not working i mean shameless guys and such an idiot act I ever seen! Shameless !

Had a fab array of home cooked side dishes packed with us.. just needed some Indian breads as accompaniment. Chanced upon Mini Punjab on the way.. saw a lot of crowd waiting outside too. So stopped and ordered.. a variety of breads. Some Lachha Parathas.. a regular Tandoori Roti.. and Missi Roti. The Paratha.. will rate 2 out of 10. It was raw oily dough inside. Under done outside. No crust.. no crunch. Tandoori Roti was sad too. Both were definitely not whole wheat as they assured. Maida used.. I am pretty sure. And the Missi.. was no mixed flour.. but tasted simply Besan. But atleast it tasted good. All that raw maida.. gave me terrible acidity that night. So that made me decide.. no more Mini Punjab for me. But its kind of famous for its food in Bandra.. so you check it out for yourself and make your own opinion. Happy Binging..!

Lovely place. The ambiance is good. The food is superb. It's worth the money. The staff is good too. Helpful in choosing the dish. Do try malai kabab. Paneer dishes are best too. All in all the place is very nice. Only thing is the table is too small.

30+ years of experience translates into extremely mouth watering food. What a place. Always packed to the last seat, but you can always have a go at their parcel counter and eat out of your car parked outside. There's ample parking around.

5 star for Food, but service n cleanness was very poor today will rate it -2⭐⭐, Although on Sunday's I never expect quick service but this was even poor, we had waited for nore than 1 hour to get the table, (Captain who was taking orders seems was under the influence of alcohol). But yes Food was superb, there were too many people eating outaide in cars & take away counter was busy, so for Food I will surely admit THE BEST 5 OUT OF 5.

Don't let the name and the size of the place fool you, because taste wise this place is full of flavor and taste. The inside is very cramped up but that is understandable because all the other places here also equally small. So they have done a good job with the space part of it, to accommodate the most of whatever they can. The menu has veg and non veg,and Indian and Chinese cuisine. The food is good and was tasty and flavourful. The mutton and the chicken pieces were quite tender and well cooked. For a place this small, the food definitely has to be the highlight right... And mini punjab ticks all the right boxes for both food and taste. So I had a very good lunch here with mutton and chicken dishes. I don't have any pictures of the place as I was too busy eating, but don't worry, the food is good and you won't be disappointed. In the end that's all that matters right. Cheers :-)
