We went there for a Sunday lunch and the place was jam packed! Make sure you have a prior reservation as they are mostly full. They had live music which added to the vibe. The staff is great and the service is quick! The food options are a bit narrow but they are really good. They could work a bit on the portion size…a must visit with friends…

A great place for coffee by the beach! Food: We were their for a brief time so had an appetiser, mocktail and wine. It was good but slightly oily. Ambience: Overall the vibe is lovely! We got a place at a bar as the place near the beach was occupied but you could feel the breeze and it was great! Highly recommend for a chilled out evening for coffee

A Goa feel in the heart of Mumbai ! While u sit, by the window seat, overlooking the sea , u are immediately transported to a beach resort . The cool wind blowing and the lovely Italian food made my day !

Very nice place to try out delicious Italian foods. Great location inside Soho House with the view of setting 🌞 🏖️ and Arabian sea. Basically Italian and European food with fresh pizza base, veggies, meat, cheese, spices ... Price on little higher side, service is poor - staff takes long time to attend. Ambience is great, but lighting very poor.

Cecconi's Mumbai is an exquisite dining establishment that effortlessly combines classic Italian cuisine with modern elegance. Located in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers an enchanting atmosphere with its sophisticated decor and warm ambiance. The menu at Cecconi's is a delightful fusion of traditional Italian dishes and innovative creations, prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients. Their pasta dishes are a true standout, boasting impeccable flavors and textures. Whether you opt for their velvety carbonara or perfectly al dente gnocchi, each bite is a burst of culinary delight. The restaurant's impeccable service adds to the overall experience, with attentive staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and eager to cater to every diner's needs. However, dining at Cecconi's comes at a premium cost, which might be a deterrent for some budget-conscious diners. Additionally, during peak hours, the noise level can become quite high, slightly affecting the overall dining experience. Overall, Cecconi's Mumbai is a haven for Italian cuisine enthusiasts who seek a memorable dining experience. The combination of delectable dishes, elegant ambiance, and attentive service make it an ideal choice for special occasions and intimate gatherings, where indulgence is embraced and savored.

Food was ok not so great .. ambience was also good but they hold a lot of tables in the name of reservation even when there is no one coming for hours. Service was a bit slow, we had to keep looking for the waiters even when our orders were placed or needed water. Overall it was an okay experience

This place is perfect for the romantic date night. This is located in juhu and it is beach facing. As this place is beach facing you can enjoy the sunset and continuous sound of ocean waves. They serve an Italian food and I really liked their woodfried pizza. This place has definitely great ambiance and service but it is little overpriced.fr

The Place Where You Can Enjoy Calm Sea Breeze, Subtle music, Candles and Earthy decor with your partner giving it the whole date vibes is none other than Cecconi at Soho House We Fell In Love with this place the moment we entered, just felt a complete pause from the busy life as this place gives that kind of vibe For the food part on our first visit we just stuck to desserts that is Tiramisu, heaven on earth to least say it, a must have also we tried Iced Latte which wasn't to our liking and finally Vanilla Gelato again top notch no compromise on quality Since we loved our first visit we decided to go again this time to try Main Course. We began with ordering Linguine Basil Pesto Pasta which was bland to my liking but overall taste was decent , to go with it we ordered Rose Wine and Virgin Watermelon Mojito which was a great accompany it paired perfectly with the dishes, we also called for Chicken Milanese (Crumb Fried Chicken ) it was great though if they would have given some side sauce it would taste better Now for desserts again the best part we tried their Lemon Cheesecake it was the best we had , a perfect melt in mouth moment. Also we tried Profiteroles which is basically icecream with biscuit cover which was okaish, and because we loved Tiramisu the first time we went again and ordered and again fell in love no words can do justice to this dessert Now talking about the pricing it roughly cost 5k for 2 pax its a little over priced but if I had to come back again it would be desserts only as we thoroughly enjoyed it the mains were ok! Lastly talking about their hospitality the one element where they could definitely work on On our very first visit we met a super rude manager, despite telling him that we would empty the sea side table if any guest had come, he just ended up telling us no while making faces which was a total disappointment but the staff on first visit was kind and helped us choose On our second visit our server had the same reaction despite reserving this time and had weird faces right from start of the order it didn't feel welcoming at all So Guys Heads-up just go for the experience of the place , ignore the rude staff and enjoy your meal !

“Italian fine dining restaurant at Soho House -overlooking Juhu Beach .” Cecconi's is the Italian restaurant at Soho House ,an elite members' only club at Juhu, part of a worldwide chain . This restaurant is open for all visitors ,rest of the property is members only access . It's on Juhu beach ,but no direct access to the beach is there . We had visited this restaurant on a Wednesday ,for dinner . We tried calling on their landline for reservation ,but after repeated attempts there was no response . As it was early evening approx 7 pm,we decided to walk in . We were lucky to get a table indoors . Outdoor seating area was a bit too humid for our liking in Mid April ,though it offers a picturesque view of the Arabian Sea . It might be a better option during monsoons or august to feb. The ambiance is lovely , dim lights all around (so much that we had to use our phone torch to read the menu). We ordered the following- Drinks Sangria Blanc- Rs 750- Good Heineken - Rs 400 Kingfisher Ultra Rs 350 Soho Mule -Rs 850- Very Good Food ( Starters and Mains ) -Calamari Fritti ( Squids ) - Rs 475- for me ,this dish was star of the night! Squids is quite a tricky dish to nail ,I have seen many restaurants fumble with it. However the squids here were crunchy and juicy, balanced in terms of spices and cooked to perfection . Chicken Paillard - Rs 525-was thinly sliced and too oily for my liking .Avoidable. Chicken Milanese- Rs575 - excellent ,fried and tender ,good portion too . Grilled Prawns - Rs 1050- excellent ,fresh jumbo prawns. Red Snapper- Rs 950- Excellent . Baked Gnocchi Romana- Rs 525- excellent ,in close competition to the squids . Mushroom Pizza- Rs 990 -very good ( we would have preferred chicken but they did not have any chicken option in pizza which was surprising ). Linguine Pasta - Rs 675- Very good .Again veg as no pasta option in poultry. Angel Hair Prawns Pasta- Rs 1200 - excellent . Dessert- Profiteroles ,vanilla gelato - Rs 475 -excellent and fabulous presentation . Taxes additional.Service was all right ,could have been better . Our attendant was not able to explain the dishes too well , Menu had no description which didn't help either . Luckily most of what we ordered was liked by us. The place was packed around 8 pm , prior reservation highly advisable.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Compares favorably to many restaurants in Rome. The location near the beach is also a plus. Service is courteous and fast. The fried sqids were crunchy on the outside and so tender on the inside. Mushrooms cannelonies were a masterpiece. Was there for professional purpose for lunch but would like to go back for a romantic evening dinner.

I think the food and ambiance was great. The service was not as good as I had expected. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. Perhaps they were understaffed- even on a very late weekday evening.

I just LOVE this place. My trip to Mumbai starts and ends with a meal at Cecconi, right at Juhu beach. There is an amazing vibe attached with this place which pulls you back each time you visit Mumbai.. Try their cocktauls, salads and desserts....amazing food and enjoy all this with even more amazing and beautiful and serene views. I love Mumbai and this place definitely has a special place in my heart

As much as I love this place for the vibe and view, I dislike the place for being so careless in terms of handling COVID. The staff never has a smile. Only the pizza and spaghetti is good. The pinacolada is a huge miss. The rosemary potatoes are sad. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was so blah. Don’t order it. The chocolate fondant was average. I have had better. Everything is so over priced for no good reason except the view. Being such a high end restaurant: they have handled COVID in the worse way. No social distancing Zero sanitisation except cleaning tables. Nothing about knobs and chairs Further what’s even worse the waiter is serving cutlery : touching it and serving us. The pizza plate moved and his fingers almost touched the pizza. The prices are super hiked now and service is unmatched to that Pretty disappointed

I would say place is amazing, the vibe the atmosphere and aesthetics, are so bomb 🔥 I wish the food and waiter were nice. Like food is good but not that amazing, it’s definitely lil expensive but it’s an experience. But only thing they should work on is to have more polite staff.

This is the one of famous celebrity places where you can see many Bollywood celebrities in the restaurant. It's a beach facing restaurant and highly expensive. The vibe is totally amazing the ambiance gives you a Pinterest feeling. There is indoor and outdoor sitting area. The best time to visit this place is either earling morning or in the afternoon so you can enjoy the beach view with the shore. Late evening is also amazing if you really don't care about the beach view. The music is soothing and beautiful lantern lights with a sip of wine make your evening beautiful. Vegetarian options over here are very few so if you planning a full course dinner you will just end up with few appetizers. If you planning to visit please make the reservation in very advance. The places is book before a week especially for weekends. We ordered fried tomato mozzarella dip, wooden fried pizza, 2 round of hard drinks. Wheelchair accessible entrance ✅ Wheelchair accessible washroom ✅ Wheelchair accessible parking ❌

Anniversary date. Reservation does not guarantee any seat and it is by default first come first serve and so we were placed in corner seat. We ordered the basil tomato cheese Pizza and the pizza was a 4 piece one.there was only one basil , decent amount of cheese and close to 2 pieces of tomato in the entire pizza .. . The restaurant did not have jalapenos nor green olives as addon toppings and we only got one or two pieces of black olives in the pizza which was requested as add on toppings. Baked gnocchi was a small serving which was mediocre in taste .. service was quick .. decor is nice but if u respect food and are willing to pay price for the food , it's a complete avoid.

DOESNT RESPECT INDIAN DRESSING AND KIDS !! (Didn allow us to sit outdoors saying whole place is reserved !!) Watch pictures attached to know how empty it was ! Ambience -10/10 Food - we didn try Coffee - good Staff - very very rude, arrogant We were a group of 3 adults and 2 kids As we entered their outdoor ,seating was 1/2 full and had many tables empty with NO SIGNS OF RESERVED !! still they asked us to sit inside (that place is meant specially for outdoor seating) we siad we have come to sit here outdoors all your tables are empty , he siad they are reserved, no table had a reserved sign board. My sil requested that we will just have coffee, will sit for 15-20 mins and leave, we are in a hurry. Still the guy didn agree and kept on arguing at the same time welcoming all other guests !! So then we went to sit at the other end of the cafe, they again denied (another staff member) said we have a party to arrange and then they said u can sit at that table ( it was at outdoors only ) so clearly they had free tables but didn wanted to allot 1 to us !! REASON - My sil was wearing an indian co-ord set and we had kids along with us !! SO IF INDIAN DRESSING AND KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED KINDLY WRITE THIS AT YOUR ENTRANCE. THE STAFF IS SO PATHETIC , THEY DONT EVEN APOLOGIZE, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN ATTITUDE AND WALK AWAY AFTER ARGUING !! THEN later when we had coffee , the manager came , we narrated whole matter to him, he said we are sorry and asked for free bill !! Sir , we just wanted HOSPITALITY and not FREE FOOD ! WE LEFT THE PLACE WITH A BAD MOOD !

My recent dining experience at Cecconi's was nothing short of spectacular. Situated by the sea, this restaurant offers an awe-inspiring view of the ocean that adds an extra dimension to the dining experience. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal with the calming sound of the waves in the background. The seating arrangement allows nearly every table to have a breathtaking view of the sea, creating a serene atmosphere.

For me this is the perfect setting to do my weekend work from homes. Sitting by the sea, listening to the sound of the waves and sipping on the soothing Pinacolada - A must try for all the non-alcoholics. A mix of coconut and pineapple rushing down your throat while you're sitting by the beach and enjoying the scenic view like in the Hollywood movies. Cecconis has a completely different vibe, quiet and relaxing 😎

Lovely ambience, beautiful beach view, staff is cold and service standards are pretty low! A good place to spend some quality time but dont expect much on the service aspect!

  • 4/5 Aditi G. 2 years ago on Google
Such a beautiful place for a brunch or even an evening dinner. The view from the seating area is breathtaking as the beach is right on the side. The only reason for taking away one star is that the vegetarian menu is very limited. Other than that, everything about this place deserves a 5-star rating!

We planned on going to Cecconi's and the place had table for three. When we arrived it took some time but we got our table in the balcony and we had a great dinner with the sea right infront of me. It was a beautiful experience.

Went here for drinks while visiting India! Recommend reserving in advance for a nice table outside. Ours was an impromptu plan, inside tables were available but the hostess was nice enough to get us a table when she found out we were visiting from NY! Great place for weekend brunch! Lovely place with good atmosphere! Drinks are Expensive here (more than elsewhere in Mumbai) but they were not watered down! The serving staff was really nice and polite. Outside area is a smoking zone so if you are like me and hate the smell or are allergic, this would be an issue.

  • 3/5 Dushyant S. 2 years ago on Google
5 stars for ambience however the hype is not justified by the quality of food. We ordered risotto and pasta, the sauce in both tasted the same. The bread basket was much better than the main course but they are not very generous with butter or olive oil, not very Italian! Tiramisu was a tad too sweet but still good enough. They seem to present themselves as being busier than they really are. We didn't get the reservation at the time we wanted because they were apparently overbooked. But we decided to take a chance and walk in earlier, many tables were available. All in all an OK OK experience.

  • 2/5 Yashank B. 9 months ago on Google
We were visiting Mumbai for two days and were looking for a good restaurant with romantic setting. When we looked up for a good restaurant, Cecconi's name came up as one of the best. Therefore, we decided to give it a try. The booking process was smooth. Also the staff were very helpful and even when we could not make it in time, they were ok with it. Mostly because there were many tables still available. We are grateful to them for letting us dine even when we were not there on time. Ambience: It is very good. Clean. Gives an oppotunity to have lunch on the sea side. However the humidity can get to you if you are there for lunch. The people: They were very courteous, active and attentive. Therefore I would give a four-star to them for service. The food preparation also did not take too long. However, when we ordered some crackers with mascarpone dip, they should have informed us that the dip would be sweet due to the mascarpone. We had ordered: 1. Mascarpone cheese dip, truffle, crostini (2/5 stars) 2. Iced Mocha served with a cookie (3.5/5 stars) 3. Wild mushroom, provolone wood fired pizzette (4/5 stars) 4. Aubergine parmigiana (3.5/5 stars) 5. Healthy Colada (3/5 stars) 6. Vanilla Ice Cream (2/5 stars) Details as per the above numbers: 1. Dip was too sweet for us. Crackers were burnt in some places. Not sure if it is like this authentically. 2. It was good. Good consistency, good coffee and chocolate cookie. 3. The best thing from our order. It was perfevtly baked, good cheese and topped with generous amount of mushrooms, olives. 4. It was ok, an average. Nothing special though. 5. It may have sounded like a good idea to create a healthier version, but for us it kind of ruined the whole Piña Colada scene. At least keep the original version available. 6. Too sweet. I could not finish it. Washroom: It is quite luxurious-looking, especially when you get hot towels. The toilet though, needs help. The water jet faucet was leaking a lot. A lot.

Amazing ambience. Sea side restaurant. Staff is well behaved. At night it is proper candle light dinner. But the food is core Italian. There is no chicken pasta, so if you dont take lambs, you may need to stick to Veg. Good restaurant overall.

  • 5/5 Minoti M. 1 year ago on Google
This place is a vibe! The location is stunning, right inside Soho House and with the view of the sea. The sunsets and dinner time are perfect for this place. The decor of Soho house should also have been translated in their cutlery which was quite basic. The food is mostly authentic italian/european with fresh pizza base with fresh veggies and meat, drizzle of spices and fresh cheese. They are delicious. The wine list is long if you can enjoy the bottle. By the glass the options are comparatively few. We had two desserts and both were super delicious. I enjoyed the meal totally. The prices are on the higher side so you can go here for special occasions or simply land in for a coffee and dessert.

The dining experience exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, the food was delightful, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing a blend of flavors that truly delighted the senses. Moreover, the ambience of the restaurant created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal with loved ones. While it is true that the restaurant had a policy of reserving tables, I found it to be a thoughtful approach that ensured a smooth dining experience for all patrons. Despite the seemingly high number of reserved tables, the staff efficiently managed the seating arrangements, allowing guests to be seated promptly upon arrival. In terms of service, although there were occasional delays, the waitstaff remained attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu and readily provided recommendations, enhancing our dining experience. Even during peak hours, the staff remained composed and focused, ensuring that our needs were met. Overall, my dining experience was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to the delectable food, welcoming ambience, and attentive service. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience.

With a major part of our city bounded by the sea, there are very few good options for waterfront restaurants that we get to choose from. Juhu beach, one of the main attractions in Mumbai, has got a handful of good sea-facing restaurants that provides a combination of both - pleasant ambience & delicious food. Adding to this list of serene restaurants is the beautiful Cecconi's - a modern day classic Italian restaurant boasting space for 150 seaters with its major part providing an unrestricted view of Juhu beach. Open for dinner every day, with lunch on weekends and brunch on Sundays, at Cecconi's you get to enjoy the authentic Italian food with a dash of a modern touch. Expect some lip-smacking lobster spaghetti, crab ravioli and meatballs or when on a diet, some healthy salads too are part of the menu. Some of our highly recommended food dishes at Cecconi's are mentioned as below- Appetizers: Calamari Fritti Roast Potatoes Lamb Meatballs Mains: Chicken Milanese Spaghetti Lobster Desserts: Lemon Cheese Cake Chocolate Fondant Enjoy your food in an ambience where you are surrounded by soothing music, natural wind waves, potted plants & beautiful sea view. We experienced a little slow service which by little more efforts can be fixed too. Happy Meal! :)

While I am here @ Cecconi's Mumbai situated at Soho House - Juhu celebrating my wife’s birthday, this Italian resturant place turned out to be a huge disaster. The hype is all uncalled for, i believe. Right from reserved table allocation for the evening 9.00pm, brunch menu was presented instead of the evening one. Lolz 😂 lolz 😂 Service was late and not up to the mark. Instead of helping the client with proper suggestions, we were confused by the attendant who took the order. The food except for the mashed potatoes, rest was not edible. While all this and we are still awaiting the final bill clearance. The quality of food was a total let down.

Cecconis, a perfect place for a lovely date or getaway ! This is by far one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve visited in Mumbai. The ambiance is just soo soothing and relaxing, especially the lovely view over the arabian sea. They have seating indoors as well as outdoors, we preferred the outdoors as the weather was really nice and breezy. The servers are really well mannerand suggessted some great items. We tried few items from Chef Luca’s menu and some from the regular menu. Everything we tried was so soo good. What we tried Burrata Sicilian Caponata 5/5 Pizza Marinara Parmesan 5/5 Bucatini Cacio & Pepe 4/5 Italian Rice pie 4/5 Strawberry Tiramisu 5/5 Cocktails Cecconis spritz 5/5 Soho mule 5/5 Picante de la casa 5/5

One of the best decor and location right on Juhu Beach next to Hotel Sea Princess. Beautifully done up interiors. The food too is good. We had (all veg) Pizza, Aubergine item, and few other dishes. Prices Slightly on premium side, but so is the overall experience... One the finest open air restaurants I have visited in Mumbai. It's a good sundowner, so If possible visit before Sunset and enjoy the view. Must visit if in that area.

Cecconi’s is a restaurant in Soho with an Italian food in the menu. It has limited food options. As it’s located in Juhu , it has an amazing sea view and the ambiance is great. One can go around 5 pm to enjoy the sunset as well as night dining. If you want to have a relaxed time & just wanna sip some wine, cecconi is the perfect place. Also, the ambiance is just perfect for a romantic dinner date!

2 stars for beautiful location plus ambience. Everything else was mediocre. One more restaurant where they don't serve ThumsUp or Schweppes. Wood fired small pizza had to be veg as they only had salami in non veg.(the chickens had left, perhaps they didn't like the place either). Even veg pizza was below average. Add 2 small pegs of Bacardi Blanca, a tonic , then get a bill of Rs 1400, so that clearly , you don't need to ever go back. Sad.
