Am giving two star less as I saw an elderly person taking a box of ice cream and asking if the shop person could just cut it in pieces within the box. The staff person refused to do it and gave some bulls#it reason of the ice cream being very hard. The elderly person took a small wooden ice cream spoon and started doing it himself. It was obvious that they were a group and rather than buying individual cups, wanted to save costs and share an ice cream. Otherwise helpful staff and always willing to give tasters. Ice cream there are just great and as Natural as it can get.. if you know what I mean :)

Naturals is famous for its genuine flavours. Tender coconut is my all time favourite. But in season of mango Naturals surprised us with the icecream with fresh cut fruits. The mango one was the best. I will miss that freshly cut mango chunks after summer. The scoop of the icecream was not fascinating but with the mango chunks the right amount sweetness, right amount of sourness made it a real heaven. And thank you Naturals for making so many flavours and varieties of fruits which is a blessing for a not so lover of chocolate flavour .

Nice place for ice cream, many natural flavors to choose from, my favorite is tender coconut.. This outlet is open till late in night. We went there at 0100 am.

Had a very disappointing evening here. Cashier was busy in his own world Paid for something and got something else Then i tried paying again for what i actually wanted then again what i got was disappointment And few smirks which i received from staff while leaving encouraged me to share my experience.

I recently visited this ice cream store and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The selection of flavors was extensive, and the quality of the ice cream was outstanding. Had all new orange pistachio ice-cream. Just some ice and sugar with pista and no orange at all, not even flavour, found its real place thatis trash bin. 😑 really upset about the way people promise to deliver and then happens the exact opposite of that. Will never go again.

Always the best Ice Cream Brand. Good and quick service. One must try Seasonal ice creams like Sitaphal, Jamun etc. Just a suggestion, Naturals can look for some different flavours like Caranda (Karvand), Indian Wood Apple (Bel), Kokum etc!

You will find the goodness and taste of naturals ice cream here....though all the seasonal flavours are not available ....some space outside to sit and enjoy ice cream over chit chat....one can also enjoy ice cream over a walk on the road from diamond garden to ambedkar garden.

My all time favourite ice cream store. Quality and taste is unmatchable with other competitors in market. Store is well maintained and quick response. Only issue is area inside is quiet small, no place for sitting inside and outside the store there are too many kids approaching for money while having ice cream.

We ordered choco almond, choco bite and mango icecream. Both the chocolate flavours vere good. It had pieces of almond and chocolate in it. Mango icecream tasted like mango flavoured shrikhand. The taste was good and fresh. But the place is a bit crowded in the evening also found it overpriced as per scoop is 70/-

Worst experience while visiting this Outlet. The person on the counter doesn't have the sense how to speak with the customer. Since we are Cyclists we wanted to have some cold beverages. The counter person started saying you can't park the cycle inside. We had an argument for 2mins later we went to Apsara Icecreams. The counter guy tone was not very harsh.

Good ice creams n shakes...wish they had a lil more chairs to sit and eat comfortably...but still we enjoy.

The service at this Naturals outlet is a dark patch on the brand name. They take so long to give you the tiniest possible scoop possible, that the icecream has already started melting by the time it's in your hands. Don't ever think of ordering the "Malai icecream with Mangoes" , by the time they assemble the tasteless mangoes with the icrecream, it's just a milkshake. One day's service levels hit rock bottom, with the way they handled an issue raised. On being reminded that the customer had asked for a cone, not a cup, they roughly threw the icrecream from the cup into a cone, leaving half of it behindin the cup and throwing it into the dustbin. They could have just given a fresh scoop to the customer and emptied the cup into their holder. and itvwas done pretty blatantly. Wish they had somewerrh a complaint could be lodged.

Tender coconut ice cream is a must try ❤️ They serve ice creams in cones and cups too. The cones are freshly made as and when you order. They maintain hygiene. Overall a great experience. The shop is open late at night too.
