Jyoti Pure Veg Restaurant in JB Nagar is walking distance from Chakala Metro Station. It is newly renovated. Has an indoor and outdoor section. Serves snacks, Chinese and Indian food. Pav Bhaji was super tasty. Loved it. Quantity was incredible. Staff is friendly. Service is a bit slow. Parking of cars is an issue as it is on main road. Accept all cards.

Food was tasty but service was very slow and poor too. I had paneer pav bhaji and that bhaji was tasty and rates were little high as compared to service standard. I ordered for paneer pav bhaji and after waiting for 15-20 minutes that waiter gave me normal pav bhaji and he was saying that I forgot to give order for paneer pav bhaji nd then again I send him back nd told to get paneer pav bhaji only and again he took 20-25 minutes for that paneer pav bhaji🤦🏻‍♂️

Jyoti restaurant is one of the old and famed restaurant in the locality J B nagar and accorss Marol Area. I have been visiting here since from childhood and enjoying the food and taste. The best you should try is paw bhaji and authentic thali. No doubt you can try other food dishes as well. Chat and brunch items are also available with good options. This restaurant is quite pricey and costly but one can manage. Staff is polite and they behaviour is good and understandable. They close their kitchen at 10 pm night. Small sitting area without AC and AC section is divided into Family and non family room. They refurb every year no idea what's the motto behind this.

Food is great. We went around 5:45pm. Around this time there is very few waiter available. After lot of time someone gave menu. Need to wait for long to place a order as only 1-2 waiter were available. Pricing is ok & food along with the quantity is good. Chats were amazing. AC is available. Good atmosphere. Butter milk was also amazing.

Do not serve stale and poor quality food. Never expected this at Jyoti restaurant Reputed hotel shouldn't have compromised on food quality. We do pay a good amount to have food so the owners should ensure that quality and consistency should be maintained.

Food Quality was not good compared to our past visit. All food was okay to eat but taste is not really upto the mark. Do not prefer to these days chef might have changed so. Our past visit was very good experience in the food specially potato crispy and the daal khichadi.

Pav bhaji used to be our all time favourite at Jyoti. So we ordered it. But not up to the mark. But the Executive Thali was perfect. Sevice and ambience were good as usual. Had a good n relaxing meal.

We had really bad experience.. we ordered A1 thali meal and pav bahi meal the quantity is too less.. mini bowl like for kids... And the worst I'd dessert gulabjab it's pathetic taste I ever had.. and we complain about gulabjam taste the staff was not interested in listening.. the staff is really rude and upto that they not serve water to us till end and every table he(waiter) serve water but not to us bcoz we complain about gulabjam.. price is higher than quantity..one star also not recommended..

I recently ordered one plate meduwada as a take away. Unfortunately I was actually taken away by the extremely pathetic dish they call Meduwada as my wife had stomach infection followed by continuous vomitting. Also, it was highly overpriced for a spoilt dish. Never expected this from Jyoti restraurant. Never gonna eat again .... ever.

Food is awesome, I had gone with my wife and friends, while we were waiting for our order to come, manager offered Kurmura amd Sev to my one year daughter, it was so nice of him.. Some renovation work was going on in the hotel and hence there was a bit dely in getting the order ready... i hope the service will be quick after the renovation job is done and I am waiting to visit again.. you must try chholey bhature..

It was really a lousy experience here. I went for lunch with my friends here and service is super slow. We had to ask for our orders again and again to bring it to our table. The waiter took the order and forgot to bring it. Very bad management. -Made a confusion on the price of extra chapati as well. -Customers on Every other table were complaining about food and service and they were so angry with the service, we were not the only one. -The flow was broken and I was not hungry anymore.

I loved the tomato bharta. I could eat that everyday for the rest of my life. I found the place doing justice to the curries. South Indian cuisine is decent, still fails to hit the South Indian's mark. The open to sit out and the ambience is underrated for that location.

Hi This is my first visit to Jyoti. My family wanted to have pani puri, while walking saw this place Ambience in good. But but but eating pani puri and other snacks is big "NO" Extra charges if seated. Very much time consuming, taste not up to the expectation. Was expecting nice rounded and non dripping puri at this price but gone in vain Also tried tokri chaat (in short papdi chaat with tokri worth 120), tokri made up of potato. Again failed in taste. Better try pani puri and chaat on streets. Also gst added. No idea of veg food. Ok to try first time

This place is not for everyone.. It's a little congested, the tables are small,the whole dining area inside and outdoors is under 800 sq m But the ambiance is good well maintained and even elegant like a star hotel You can definitely take someone special here on a date or have a client's meeting if of course they are a Veg lover... The chat corner is my favorite we can have almost all local chaat dishes here and you don't have to worry about your stomach health. And of course the price is a little on the higher side Hope it helps..
