I was so excited to visit this place. A much hyped place for me. 1. The waiting is not worth it. We waited almost an hour to get a table for 2 2. The manager was so rude. Someone needs to give him ethical lessons. Customer experience was ruined just because he spoilt our mood soon as we got there. 3. The food is good. Not worth waiting an hour. I heard this placed used to be so good and it doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Ambience is very nice open seating under fan and well decorated Complete hands free experience Ordered through their barcode on table through my phone Then paid through my phone online No physical menu ! The food was tasty And pricing is moderate , things here are not priced according to the food but priced according to the location and the ambience The place is located inside a gated premise Parking is not available at all this is a huge headache Tip - Park near Novotel hotel then come walking here If there's rush waiting can go upto 1-2 hours Final verdict The place is good to go don't avoid going by personal vehicle and be ready to wait if there is rush there Is this place good for date ? That's something not really commentable !!! Lovely place to visit, quick service is there. Also no manual intervention for booking of table as its through a process of scanning a QR code. You automatically receive a call from the manager once your table is ready. Taste of food is quite manageable also the waiting period is too large to have your number in the queue. Nachos are very delicious and quantity is enough for two people. Sitting arrangement is disappointing as even in the covid times you need to share your table with another person.

A very beautiful place pleasant ambience! The food was really good, especiallythe nachos. The crowd here is huge, so you'll have to wait for a while to get the table. The table is booked through scanning a QR code when entering and we are called accordingly. Overall, amazing experience. A must visit with friends or family.

This place is crowded almost all the time. Also, they do not accept reservations here, & that might be a problem. The food arrived after 30-40 mins on the table. The service was very slow. But the wait was worth it. The food here is quite affordable & quantity wise sufficient for one. We tried the chicken kheema pav, amritsari chole kulche which are quite famous here, but the taste was quite average & not that great. We also ordered chicken cheese nachos & brownie shake, & both the items were really good & delicious. *Overall experience:- Ambience-5/5 Food-3/5 Service-3/5

Cafe is great and is well managed, you might have to wait for some time during the weekends. It is the problem with all famous cafes, that it's always crowded. But I will assure you that the wait is worth it, it's outdoor seating makes it worth it. The food is delicious and is served fast and hot. You must visit this place if you are in the are and have around 1 hour to kill. This place is worth the name

Best place, EVER! And the staff is FANTASTIC. It's like a second home to me. 😍🤩👍👍 I always have a bit to eat or something to drink here, when passing by or when I'm here for a play at Prithvi Theatre. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dropped by for brunch on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded. Ordering and payment process was online and convenient. No hassle of waiting in queues. The server was attentive. Food was quite good. Did not exactly enjoy the system of sharing tables. However, overall, the vibes were immaculate esp. with a cute cat hanging around.

Best place to hangout. Ambience is lovely, food is yummy and service is best. Recently they have a system of placing order directly from online menu. Payment is also through the same. Their shorma sandwich is must try. Pastas are perfect and the music suits the mood. Must visit!!! On weekends, you will need to be in waiting as it is always crowded so prepare in advance

What amazing vibes here 💯. The whole area is located in peaceful lane parallel to the beach. You can hear birds chirping here, very lively atmosphere, no forceful music. Coming to food - it was honestly average, not very wow , or unique. The teas were also good but not exceptional. I guess this place is more for the vibe than the food.

Prithvi Cafe is not just a cafe; it's a rendezvous point where art, coffee, and community come together. Whether you're here to indulge in your favorite brew, immerse in the world of theater, or simply soak up the creative vibes, this cafe is a must-visit. It's a testament to the beauty of art and a perfect place to unwind.

Prithvi Cafe Restaurant offers an inviting ambiance that complements its delicious menu. The standout dishes like the kulcha aloopyaaz and paneer are certainly the stars here, with their exceptional taste and quality. The veggie delight pizza was satisfactory, and the white sauce penne pasta was quite enjoyable. Although the food's worth the wait, the typical 30-minute wait time might be a downside for some. The restaurant seems to attract a diverse crowd, primarily college students, but you'll also encounter couples, foreigners, and a mix of other guests. Overall, it's a great spot to savor tasty dishes amidst a lively atmosphere.

The food was fabulous. I ordered a cheese chilli paratha which was absolutely delicious a aglio olio spaghetti chicken which was good but its chicken made it godlike and chocolate brownie ice-cream which was absolutely stunning. Just keep in mind that it gets incredibly crowded here so getting a table might be hard if you come at a wrong time.

I have the best experience in Prithvi cafe, near Prithvi theatre. You can go watch a play, meet some well known star cast of the industry and also enjoy the food. The wait was long to get a chair, so I waited for almost an hour. But the wait is worth it. The food was also delicious specially the garlic bread, pasta and Dal makhni 😍 Do visit.

Lovely place to meet friends or have a bite after watching a play at the theatre. Good food, plenty of variety, the only hitch is that it is crowded and you need to wait for a table, but they have streamlined that too.

Prithivi Cafe and Theatre is a time capsule of cultural elegance! Steeped in fictional history, it's rumored that the cafe was once a secret meeting place for eccentric artists and time-traveling intellectuals. The coffee is said to be brewed with unicorn tears, creating a concoction that transcends the limits of caffeine. The theatre, with its invisible performers, puts on shows that challenge the very fabric of reality. Legend has it that the entire establishment is guarded by a mystical cat who doubles as the ticket collector. A visit to Prithivi is like a journey through a parallel universe where the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary.

It's a low key chilled out place. People of all age hang around. The food isn't expensive. Its not exactly the comfort but the ambience which is the catchy factor here. Usually there's a waiting for the reservation of around 15-20 minutes on normal weekend evening with another 10-15 minutes wait for the order. The quality of food was okay (nothing out of the ordinary). Service is good and the menu is diverse. Overall a place to chill out with friends and family. Not a very Date kind of place, since its usually crowded hence sometimes the tables have to be shared with strangers.

Absolutely loved the vibe of the place. Visited Prithvi Cafe during Unlock. Social distancing was very well taken care of. Also orders were digital and very easy for customers to sit at their place without crowding. Food is absolutely delicious. Food: - Paneer cheese Kulcha is most worth the value dish here! - Pizzas here are thin crust, so if you dont mind the crunch go for mushroom garlic pizza - Didn't liked the rolls much paneer tikka roll was too sweet for me - white sauce pasta is good - For deserts Vortex is an absolutely delectable fullfilling treat -blueberry cheesecake is pretty decent too Vibe: -Pretty Mellow cafe with fixed sitting benches -made of black limestone ig -Surrounded by flora and fauna (1 Cat) -Serving staff is cheerful. To note: -Finding a Parking spot on road here is a bit cumbersome. -Keep an lookout for the entrance gate beyond which you can walk in and follow the sign boards -You have to scan a QR code and register yourself for a table -For ordering too you must scan the QR on your table and order -Bill payment is done later on

Visited with a friend on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded. The menu, the order and the payment are online. It is located within the premises of the Prithvi Theatre, a landmark in Juhu and perhaps even in the whole of Mumbai. The cafe was once believed to be the meeting point of several stalwarts of Indian Theatre & Art. The order was taken care of quickly, but there is really nothing special to recommend about the Chicken Roast Pizza, nor the cold teas. The rates, however, seemed to be quite reasonable, compared to similar establishments I've visited over the country.

The vibes are beautiful. A place with no fancy arrangements, no loud music. A subtle and calm environment, people in groups, couple and family makes you feel at ease. Their seating arrangement is so simple and the food is fab. Must try blueberry cheesecake with subtle sugar, veg biryani and their kulchas. ❤️ Such a serene spot to be at.

Pritvi cafe which is in Juhu is one of the best place in Juhu as I visited on 31st Dec it was really crowded with so many people and had to wait in a queue as my number was 24th. And after waiting 10-15 minutes I got the table sharing with someone else bcoz of too much of crowed though it was uncomfortable but I was like can't wait to try the food here and I tried Amritsari masala cheese kulcha which was the best cheese kulcha served with chole which was amazing and raita and pickle. It was spicy and cheesy too.And also the Cheese chilly toast was yummy and loaded with cheese as it looks ?. Place :4/5. Taste :5/5.

This place has nice vibes. Food is as good as the ambience of this place. They also have good service also. They using very good software which gives any guests about the update of waitlist. The only thing which i didn't like about this cafe is their sitting arrangement. They give you shared table. So you have sit with some random people to eat. Rest everything was good. One must try.

Prithvi café..! A really nice and attractive place having amazing ambience and cozy crowd. Located in juhu so it gives amazing beach vibes though it's not on beach. I ordered pav bhaji fondue. I was expecting it to be in a proper fondue set but they served it in a normal plate with small crispy pieces of pav. Secondly I ordered penne in white sauce. It was slightly sweeter in taste with good amount of veggies. Overall this place is good for food but not so reasonable and quantity is not sufficient. Staff is polite and friendly A really beautiful place to enjoy with your friends and family cz it's having good décor and sitting arrangements.

Everything about this place is great apart from the fact that you might have to wait for good 30 minutes to even get a seat here. The food is great and good on your pockets. Do not try the cakes and the muffins cause they are dry and still. They do fine with their pizzas, waffles, mojitos, rolls and too many things to name. Also, there is a bookstore and a theatre which is a bonus.

A cafe with big name and absolutely worthless food and service. Only being sold on the feeling of nostalgia. Firstly, if you visit this place during evening you'll have to wait for atleast 20 to 30 minutes to get a table. Then when you place an order they'll bring your food one at a time, you'll have to wait for a lot of time to get your order. The waiters there just don't attend to any query of yours. I ordered Amritsari cheese kulcha, pasta and garlic bread. Kulcha was the worst that I've ever had and I'll strongly recommend against it. Pasta and garlic breads were okay at best. Pricing for the food is on the moderate side but not worthy of the taste being served. Also the portion of food you get for the price is not even sufficient for a single person. If you're planning to go on a date or just want a nice place to relax, do not opt for this cafe as it is always crowded.

Just hearing the name of prithvi café reminds me of one of the coolest cafés in Mumbai. A must visit place with delicious and mouth watering tastes. A perfect place to visit with friends and family. They also have cats roaming around which makes it a cat lovers spot. Talking of the food the parathas which they serve are a thing to die for and should definitely not be missed especially the chilly cheese paratha . The price is set perfectly which is really pocket friendly. The quality and quantity of food is enough to fill the tummies of 2 people. They also have a theatre book store etc which helps  people pass their time .A for sure hangout place  which shouldn’t be missed

I had reached prithvi cafe at around 4 in the afternoon, I was full from the lunch I had and also the place was packed so I thought I should walk around the beach for a while. I walked for almost an hour (I had started enjoying it). Then I came back waited for a few minutes and got my table, I was still not hungry, so I ordered just Nachos with mixed veg and cheese and a peach ice tea, just to enjoy the ambience and also to see what the hype was all about. Ambience is amazing, the cafe was all packed, there was a long queue by the time it was evening, and the lights became dim and were perfect for a nice good evening. People were enjoying the music and were busy with their regular conversations. Overall a perfect place to spend a good evening with friends or if you want to watch a play. Next time I am going to go with an empty stomach and try a few more dishes.

The order is having stones in it & when reported the gave us the same item again which again had stones. The virgin mojito is like drinking sugar water. Totally useless and not at all recommended place. Even the ambiance is such that you get too much sweat while eating, no fans nothing which will give us enough air. Worst place. Not even worth 1 star.

Not sure, why is it so famous and what is it famous for. I mean the place is good and the staff is really nice but the waiting at times doesn't seem to be worth it. For the artists, I assume this place must be good for as the theater is just right next to it. There is no parking inside while outside parking is mostly no parking zone only. Can't book in advance. The pricing of the food is ok. Even after the waiting, you are supposed to share your table as there days, more and more people are coming to this place. For the sake of visiting this place with my fiancee I went there again, as she hadn't visited it once. Don't think I would go back there, at least not till they make the place big with private tables and manage enough parking space inside.

prithvi cafe is just my go to place for whenever i just want to enjoy some good meal under the beautiful sky but still be able to enjoy some artistic interior too. the dessert section is very surprisingly good but if you're looking for something in savoury then i suggest you to definately try their pastas especially the mixed sauce pasta and both the variants of it veg and non-veg are equally amazing. also if you happen to be a redvelvet cheesecake lover i would not recommend you to have it as its a bit bland

Love the ambience, reminds me of my college days. You can literally find students huddled in groups gossiping around ? . The food and coffee was amazing. Now I don't know what their speciality is but I don't think you'll be disappointed with any item on the menu.

I went today with my sister. I ordered a Kadak Chai and she a Cafe Mocha. I did not like my kadak Chai. It was not hot enough and I could sense from the taste that the tea that I was served was made in the morning and is being re heated several times and I was served that tea in the evening. My sister did not liked the cafe Mocha and it was tasting like hot chocolate there was no flavour of coffee. Other than that Staff were courteous, quick and the scan system of order and waiting for the table is quite seamless. I just believe that water could have been offered to us but I think the decision of not offering water is due to covid which is fine.

Weekend there is some much rush...nice lighting in evening.. Given 4 star bcz of waiting time on weekend and holidays. Otherwise best place to chill and hangout in vile Parle... it's nearly Juhu beach.. I like the hummus so much...it is delicious...

Prithvi Cafe is theatre themed cafe located in Juhu area of Mumbai. It also has a theatre next to it. I loved the ambience and the food there. I had sandwich and aloo parathas in this cafe and it was lip smacking. I just loved it and always crave for them. The only problem I found was the waiting. It is too long during peak hours. It can go up till an hour. And you have to share a table with strangers which might kind of invade your privacy. Rest everything is amazing. It's a good place to visit for having a light dinner. Sometimes you may also come across a live performance going on which is a cherry on top of the cake for it's ambience.

It's a wonderful place with young and vibrant energy. Currently with the pandemic rules, you need to fill form at the entrance and the wait time would be around 30 to 40 minutes, if you go on a sunday (I had visited on Sunday). Food is amazing with good quantity and medium on wallet. Parking is on the road and it is on you to park properly. So keep a check on where you can park your car or bike safely. Rest you will enjoy this place with a chill vibe!

9th jan 8.10 pm; Prithvi cafe.Professional all the way, especially for the corona conscious. you scan a barcode at the entrance and reserve a table. We recieved a text message (5 mins)when the table was ready and got ushered in by our old go to contact Mr Praveen. Was pleasantly surprised to see the extent they have gone to maintain social distancing. Plexiglass between tables . Planters on every alternate tabletop going with the 50% occupancy norm. Sanitizer pump on every table and thats not all. You place your order by scanning the standee menu barcodes on your table and get an instant whatsapp msg like the one below.(pic attached) The staff(wearing masks all the time)promptly served us the as usual tasty food .One of the most vfm places i know of.special mention to server Mr Irfan for making it a pleasant evening. Thats not the end either; when you are done you just inform the staff and the bill is sent over whatsapp.I paid mine in cash (863/-)at the counter. The extent they have gone to minimize close quarter interaction is painstakingly minute and brilliant. I recommend restaurateurs to visit the place if you wanna learn a few things beyond masks and sanitizers. I am giving them the LEAST rating i can over here...5/5 stars.

Pritivi Cafe, an offbeat Cafe with aesthetic interiors showcasing artistic wall art is a well known Cafe always bustling with teens and couples alike. Dishes we ordered there:- 1) Veg Delight Pizza:- Thin crust pizza overloaded with colorful veggies was truly aesthetically pleasing. It tasted pretty decent with the oregano and chilli flakes although it had quite an average taste otherwise. Taste:-3.5/5 2)Loaded Nachos:- Delicious nachos served with veggies and 2 lovely dips mainly cheesy dip and tangy dip. They tasted great and were a great dish to start with. Taste:-4/5 3)Garlic Bread:- One of the worst garlic breads, I've ever had in my life. The cheese was not of the best quality and it felt like we were having maska pav. Taste:-1/5. 4)KitKat Shake:- The KitKat shake had a pretty decent taste, was little heavy to consume after all the food since we had it towards the end. Taste:- 3/5 5)Blueberry Cheesecake:- It was probably one of the best dishes I'd consumed at Pritvi. It had a wonderful berrilicious flavor and the cheesecake literally melted in my mouth. Taste:-4/5 Overall Review:- Highly overated restaurant, long waiting time and average food, I don't know if the the quality of food has degraded post the lockdown or anything. But it's my personal opinion that this particular restaurant can be skipped. Juhu's pav bhaji stalls offer more delicious food.

The Ambience is good, food is pretty decent. I prefer the savoury over the sweet delicacies. Not worth travelling from afar though unless paired with watching plays that happen in prithvi theatre... Crowd is good and pleasant place for chilling and spending time

31/01/21 however I had a bad experience here today. My friends and I were mistreated by their cafe staff Mr Narayan Jha. We weren't informed that there was a que for their seating area. Mr Jha conveyed that to us in a highly unprofessional manner. He hurt our sentiments further by engaging in a defensive argument. He was obnoxiously loud. All we expected was a polite and gentle human conversation. When I pointed that out to him he came back with sarcasm & arrogance. I stopped communicating with him. My friends tried to engage in a polite conversation with him but he refused to oblige. I simply asked for his name at the end of this all. I understand you are a busy place but it would be nice if you taught your stafs some manners in hospitality. Later when iI went to put back my jar of drink the guy behind the counter was quite curt and rude too. Did I catch you guys on a bad day? Also, to whosoever this may concern please give me some valid scientific research based evidence for the social distancing rules enforced upon us.

The restaurant doesn't meet the expectations. There is a scope for improvement in service and also the place is infested with mice. If the restaurant is looking for longevity in bussinness, they should really focus on aforementioned issue. Though the quality of food and it's presentation (a taste of rural India) is unmatched.

Nice place to spend with your family and friends, Great Ambience and experience. Quality of food is good and value for money. Whenever you are at Juhu make sure you visit here to spend quality time. Only disadvantage is Parking. You have to struggle to find a parking place for your vehicle.

I visited this place along with a friend who is from Spain. He was really tired of eating Indian food and was really missing home. He was so surprised to find spaghetti with white sauce and hummus with pita bread here in India. So from him it was a place worth visiting. The ambience is so amazing that I wouldn't wanna go anywhere once I visit Prithvi. Kudos to the team!

Amazing place tucked in juhu.. food is averagely good.. ambience is good.. and best thing is as per location the place is very pocket friendly.. Must visit in case u want a relaxed evening for catching up.. but remember queue is also generally long.. queue reminds.. everything is automated through app.. enter the place and put your details .. u can live see your queue position moving on the app. Must try the beer bottle chaas.. very refreshing.. the brownies.. Egg bhurji was amazing.. Amritsaro kulcha was not that great though Chole with it was nice.. Chocolate extravaganza pastry was also yumm.. Overall nice place to go... :) and in case u enjoy watching plays then the prithvi theatre is in the same premise too!!

One of the best places in Juhu. Right next to the lane for Juhi beach, everything about this place is classy and sophisticated. Let that be the crowd, the aura, the vibe, the atmosphere. Being in the compound of the city's famous Prithvi Theatre, this place will never be a simple walk-in. Having a line to enter the eatery shows how simply favorite this place is for the crowd. Food is excellent, service is fast, quick bites as well as proper dinner is what you get here. And the biggest advantage is that on and off, you get to see one of the best theatre actors out there in the country. Manoj Bajpai, Deepti Naval, K. K. Raina, you name it, you'll see them. Must to visit place for every one who enters the boundaries of Mumbai.

Lovely place to visit in the evening for a quick, light meal and their amazing tea. Get your friends, family along for a spirited conversation and attend a play in case you're so inclined. It's one of the institutions of Bombay, for good reason

A good place to visit with friends. Due to the pandemic I like that they have completely made everything online right from Booking your table to ordering food, hence providing some amazing offers with banks and credit cards. The only downside is the waiting for this place is really long. Hence it's better to book a table in advance

Very nice place to visit.. As I am a big fan of good, tasty and healthy food, I was looking for perfect place to satisfy my taste beeds.. so i visited prithvi cafe as i had read positive reviews. One of the finest dinning options in the city; i found Prithvi cafe is a perfect place as it serves wide variety of pure veg cousine with a delicious taste. The restro staff is generous n courteous.

Best place to celebrate any occasion and spend quality of time with friends and family with good quality of eatable stuff. But, due to major guys at time specially on weekend there is booking system to scan the bar code and wait for ur call to avail the seat. Also, once u get ur seat another bar code to scan and order food online the waiter will get food on ur table. Person after 2 vaccine is only allowed

This place has a really cool vibe. The ordering system is quick and efficient. Their margarita pizza was really delicious with a thin and crunchy crust. The paneer butter masala wrap was just ok - I thought the paneer would be creamier.

Place is good, ambience is good well maintained and clean. But need to improve few things in food . Had ordered for Fresh lime soda, chicken croissant, kheema pav, veggie delight pizza and tiramisu. Fresh lime soda was good it was refreshing and properly balanced. Kheema was cooked properly and it was tasty and croissant was delicious. But the pizza and tiramisu was not up to the mark. Base of pizza was so thin that even the edges had burnt and become so hard, there was hardly any sauce and topping on it due to it ,it was so dry to have. Tiramisu which is an Italian dessert doesn't seem to taste like tiramisu. Originally made of ladyfinger(sponge) and mascarpone cheese, both the main ingredient were missing in it. Substituted with chocolate sponge and whipp cream and just dusted with cocoa powder. Not at all satisfied with it.

It is a great place!!! Vibe-too good Food-awesome Price-very much affordable Service-on time and very good It is surrounded with so much of greenery which calms your mind. The service was very quick. We had chai, KitKat shake, watermelon mojito, amritsari kulcha, pav bhaji, pasta and kulhad pizza. Everything was perfect, it was not like that xyz has less sugar or more sugar or something was bland, no not at all. Trust me I like the place more than the expensive restaurants of BKC. Must visit if you like good food at affordable price that too with a quick service.
