Really big property. Rooms are a little aged. Weird shower area. Food is good. Service is good. Great location, though airport travellers need to factor a good 40-45 minutes for travel.

Thats the wonderful property I'm looking for so much . I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Convention in Goa and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was outstanding, from the beautiful decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The facilities were top-notch, including the spacious and comfortable rooms, the well-equipped gym, and the luxurious swimming pools. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from, each prepared with the finest ingredients. I also had the opportunity to attend an event at the convention center and was blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff. Overall, my stay at the Taj Convention in Goa was nothing short of outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

Few months ago, I visited this Hotel.... I came with my family for a Vacation.... The look and infrastructure of this Hotel is Awesome....The Entrance is full of Decorations....I felt that I am the President while Entering the Hotel.... Bedrooms are also Neat and Clean.... All of my family were telling it's a 5 star Hotel.... Staffs are Well Behaved, They were working as the Guests told them to work.... The Kitchen is also cleaned and the Food I eat is very Delicious😋😋the food is Extraordinary, After eating I meet the Chief.... The Chief is also good and spoke with me in a very Polite way.... Really Hyatt Hotel make my this Vacation extraordinary.... For Next time also I am planning to go in this Hotel only.... Really This Hotel makes dream Into reality... I will Highly recommend everyone to come in this hotel once in a life....

Good and beautiful hotel. Lovely ambience with well decorated interiors. All staff were polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with all essentials along with bathtub. You will also get access to the club during the noon hrs between 1 to 4 serving free snacks and beverages. Between 5 to 6 liquor also being served. Overall vacation well spent.

One of the prominent hotels of Mumbai, close to airport. All facilities of a 5 star property available. Has wonderful rooms and large convention hall. Only issue is the road leading to the hotel remains clogged with traffic in busy hours.

Great place it used to be but service standards have drastically gone down. The hotel seems to have staff crunch as all good and professional staff seem to have left. God forbid but if a person meets with some accident or has a medical issue, there seems to be no SOP in place to look after the guest. One is on his/her own. F&B service standards also have gone really down. One has to be lucky to connect with room service as the lines are perpetually busy. It should not expect food to be hot and delivered before an hour after ordering. Strongly recommend to Avoid this place for now.

The hotel is very strategically located especially for those who either have business in Bkc or in US consulate.the hotel is big with nice and spacious rooms. Just if they have user guide to set AC temperature. One thing though they should check, there some stenchy smell in the balcony.area of the room which was really irritating. Food, we went for the continental buffet it has lot of options like Chinese, Mexican, Indian and south east Asian but taste could have been better, especially for the price. Breakfast spread was great though and very tasty too.Be it Indian Parathas, dosa, idly or sandwich, omlette or even fruits and yogurts. Overall experience was great and staff was professional too..

Attended a get together with friends. We dined at Fifty Five East restaurant. The spread of deserts was enjoyable. The food menu was limited. More dishes need to be added to Lebanese and Asian cuisine.

We were in Mumbai for a 2 nights, thick in the middle of monsoons and I'm glad we choose to stay in Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences. The hotel was remarkable, offering ample space and serving delicious food. The staff members were exceptional, attending to every detail and request with excellence. From the moment we checked in until our departure, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Our interactions with Vijaylaxmi (Manager- Guest relations) were particularly enjoyable, and our little daughter remains enchanted, fondly remembering the kind lady from Mumbai. Our overall trip became a memorable one, thanks to the outstanding team at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

A complete 5 star experience is what you get as soon as you check in to this hotel.. Their service is amazing and so are the facilities they provide. The food is also great and it has a quite diverse menu that can make you really confused in what to order today! The ambience in the lobby also is next level.. They have a free basement parking, free wifi for the guests who stay and a lot of various features.. It is also close to the Western express highway and the Mumbai Airport. Overall it is one of the best hotels to stay at when in Mumbai!

Chef NISHAD one of the greatest chef I met and restaurant assistant manager AGNEL were very friendly and make u feel comfortable. Coming to the food, Grand Hyatt sure has some of the best restaurants. The food is excellent and the best breakfast menu to start a morning with quality of food and multiple choice. We loved our meal at China House and also the dinner buffet at Fifty Five East. The quality and flavors were on point. The buffet breakfast was delicious but the restaurant was very busy with people crowding all the counters. Over all we had the best experience and would love to come back with family and friends.

5 star hotel in affordable price. Many rooms are there. Room service is very slow. It is taking 10-15 mins to deliver water bottle in room . Food price is very high. Gym, common and residence swimming pool, conference room, wedding hall are are available. Staff is very cooperative and behaviour is very good. Location is very good. Santacruz railway station and Airport is also nearer. Communication is also good. Rooms are neat and clean.

Spent my wife's first birthday after marriage here on a staycation. We loved the experience. Rooms are spacious and bigger than most other 5-stars in the city. Quality is what you would expect from a Hyatt property. The service was excellent. They kept a surprise cake and candlelight decoration for us on our dinner table. All our requests were attended to instantly. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would love to visit again.

Visited to attend a corporate party. The effect of the LD / hit on the business was evident. The interiors looked old and kind of less than clean, including the washroom. The service is still top notch. Food was great. Do not mean to nitpick but the mosquitos were a menace. The hotel management did try their best though with rackets and repellent. All in all, it was close to a pleasant experience.

Huge expansive place, nice installations in the lobby, check in check out seamless, wonderful hospitality, suite was nice and very comfortable, low ambient noise considering all the construction work going on all around. Reaching the place was a little tricky because of the diversions from the highway. They have a fabulous Chinese restaurant China house beautifully outdoors with cabanas, wooden bridges, trees with colorful umbrella embellishments, lanterns. Bar & kitchen is awesome, food is the best you could get anywhere in the city. Lovedthe seafood soup with prawns dumplings and crab, seafood noodles and Tiramisu with orange vanilla ice cream. Again the restaurant hospitality was amazing. Great experience!

I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt multiple times over the past five years. The hotel is conveniently located near both Bandra and the airport, the staff are consistently very helpful, there is interesting art in common areas, reflecting India's heritage, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. On most visits I'd give them a 5, but on two recent occasions, they either didn't mention that they had ongoing construction or the fact that their lovely clubroom, where one can meet with visitors, had been rented out for an extended period and was this unavailable to guests. It would have been good to learn this at the time of booking. Apart from that, I had a great stay and want to provide a special shout-out to Yash, who responded to my call when someone tried to scam me at the airport and who ensured that a staff member sought me out and drove me to the hotel right away.

It's a star hotel so no doubt its huge, beautiful and neat and clean. Staff were all good, customer service was excellent. We went to their Chinese restaurant as one of my friend suggested it's a super restaurant but my experience was not good. Ambience of the restaurant was very good, customer service was also excellent. We ordered shrimp wrapped in spinach and pork dimsoms as starter. Taste of the starter was good but quantity was very less. Then we ordered peking duck, it was not that tasty. We don't like it, and a mosquito came and fell on it which destroyed all our mood.

Great hotel, lots of events happening, great service and rooms were decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the didn’t give a tour about the hotel and it was so big sometimes I was lost even to find my room. Also, the breakfast was fine not that great. One more thing, if you happen to go there do visit the restaurant and there is this 3d structure of Milky Way and human body explained. It is super cool, must check it out.❤️

Great stay overall. Bars open even past midnight. Could afford as a part of business visit. Personally would call it unaffordable. City centre and close to BKC. Swimming pools , room services etc. available. Nothing less than a luxury this place is. Great views of Mumbai cityscape from the rooms.

The food and refreshments ordered were also great.while entering the interior took my breath away. One of the best best restaurant in the Mumbai city which is located at the center. The rooms are very spacious with good house keeping facility. There was a dinning hall which is capable of large number of sitting at a time. We can enjoy at the swimming pool at evenings with cool breeze

Huge, lovely, and extremely grand, vegetation, garden, rooms, and cuisine. The employees here are incredibly friendly and giving while while maintaining a professional demeanour. The food is too high-quality. I adored the location where the river cascades and seemed to be so lovely. The rooms were neat, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasant.

The hotel is extremely basic The people at the hotel are very nice and seem to be accommodating although I can tell you I found the quality of the rooms to be significantly lacking The rugs were quite dirty if you're okay with that then it's fine The rest of the room seemed okay. To be fair most of the hotels I have been traveling at over my several weeks stay in India have rugs that are stained.. And I'm talking about predominantly mid-level chain restaurants such as Hyatt, Hilton etc.. So I'm not entirely sure that this is unique to them. The gym was fairly decent to be fair so if you were there for that reason it's fine.. The Pan-Asian fusion restaurant that's there is fairly decent from a service standpoint I think the dim sum was okay I don't think that I particularly loved the food itself the quality was okay but the taste was a bit off from what my American pallet had in mind for for a pan Asian experience which I would say was really a Chinese food experience.

It was an extraordinary stay!! We praised my family and they made our visit a unique one. We got late look at administration, incredible room administration and the food was perfect. what's more, our morning meal experience entirely agreeable. My siblings ensured our visit was noteworthy!! Their conveniences and rooms are astonishing and the feeling is additionally perfect. All things considered its was a great encounter.

Very courteous staff. The property is huge and well maintained. Standard rooms could be more elegantly designed, they feel too corporate and bland. Food from Celini is 9/10 Overall a pleasant experience. Recommended.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was very accommodating. Very kind and considerate to our needs and requests. We were really treated as guest of the day. Dash who checked us in was so sweet and exemplified great customer service. the Duty Manager, attended you our needs including a special bag of spicy potato chips he brought to our room knowing that we really liked it when we had snacks at the lounge. Will definitely recommend your hotel.

We stay over a month in Grand Hyatt. We enjoyed so much our stay there. ( Both in the hotel and in the service apartment) The breakfast buffet was really excellent! You can have anything you can think of for breakfast. Most of the dishes are delicious. If we come back to Mumbai, definitely our first choice!

Recently I was a guest in this hotel and I got an opportunity to stay in their apartments....it's an amazing hotel and overall their service is excellent in all departments.

Most recently visited the Hyatt for an event. The hotel is good but the location of Santacruz East is through small lanes as compared to properties like St. Regis in Lower Parel. Tried the food buffet. Appetizers were good, main course was a let down and the sweets were good.

Wonderful experience, from check in till check out everything was just amazing. Loved the way we were greeted at reception. They gave colors set to my 3 year old son which was not at all expected. He was in love with his santa uncle who gave him welcome gift. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast evening snacks and dinner all were just amazing. Loved the experience. Will turn up again really soon.

An excellent place for stay with family or couples. You must try the Raviolli Potata stuffed pasta and Veg pizza in their Italian restaurant. Do check in the garden view of the hotel whenever planning to stay there. There is a 24 X 7 gym, 24 X 7 room services, spa, swimming pool, garden. One unique thing that I found here is that they provide envelope covers for masks in their restaurants before your meal. Ambience : 5/5 Service : 5/5 Value for money : 4/5 The chef personally meets all guests after their breakfast daily and shares a farewell gift to all those guests who are checking out that day.

Check in is smooth and guided by professional staff. Covid safety care is seen every where inside. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely organised. While driving in main gate, one cannot comprehend massive size of the property behind boundry wall. There are six floors and spread along a rectangular shaped interconnected buildings. In the heart of building, the central portion is a multi tier garden. This provides a beautiful view to most of the rooms looking inwards. Location is very near to Airport, at Bandra Kurla complex. Only concern is the small and congested approach road and with traffic conditions, it tends to give anxious moments while driving down to hotel. All other facilities are as per star rating.

Great service , good staff, nice rooms . Location is not very good but if you are staying in the hotel then no problem at all. View from the room is okay. Staff members were helpful nad polite. Rooms were well maintained. They also provide us room upgrade free of cost. Due to covid most hotel services are not operational so didn't get the chance to explore more but must recommend for staycations.

My experience at Grand Hyatt was fantastic. Everyone is so polite and helpful and guide's you well. Rooms are big and have ample amount of amenities in the room. They do have bathtubs in all of their rooms which is a plus. Buffet was good, food's quality is great. Ambience is superb. I recommend to go for buffet stay if you want decent budget stay as food here is costly.

We went for an event yesterday for launch of WedJobs.in, it had great success and Hyatt was our Venue partner and their Hospitality was amazing, food was great taste authentic of all cuisines and at the end deserts were cherry on the 🎂. 😍😍😍 Great smell and sound soft music 🎶

Beautiful Hotel conveniently located near the western express highway in Santa Cruz having great connectivity to airport and highway and Bandra Worli sea link. It's a perfect hotel of choice for the ones on a short business trip. The Hotel has basement parking with auto light sensors that turn the lights on and off as one approaches or departs from a location thus providing ingenious power saving . The staff is courteous and well mannered and you are greeted at the entrance. The hotel lobby is posh and beautiful. The art and decor is exquisite . The hotel also boasts a mini mall for shopping and gift shop for souvenir. The hotel rooms are nice and well maintained and the bathrooms are squeaky clean and very well kept. Room service is prompt with almost no waiting. You also get a laundry service. The hotel has a beautiful and well kept garden and lawn and a calm swimming pool. I didn't get a chance to dine in one of their lovely restaurants but I'm sure the cuisine would be amazing looking at the crowd that comes and visits for brunch and dinner. The lobby lightings are ambient and the sofas are very plush and comfy. All in all a great hotel to stay at, no matter a long or short trip to Mumbai city. I would definitely recommended a stay at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel.

Nice large comfy rooms. Wish the bathtub was larger though. Good breakfasts, though somewhat boring if you're staying for more than a day or two - repetitive cuisine. And don't leave your order at the pancake and waffle counter - it's staffed by trainees, and they will NEVER remember to deliver your order to your table, ever.

They asked us if there was a special occasion we did mention a couple of times that it was our daughter's first bday. I don't know why they asked this to us if they didn't really do any arrangement for this occasion (not even a cake)!we weren't expecting though. During our stay we had our dinner in China house which according to me has average food. Lunch buffet in Fifty five east they had nonveg limited options.

Tasty food. Amazing hotel rooms. Really visit once... Don't forget to take the bathtub room. There are very less bathtubs left.

Been here for close to three months now. They do try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Daily housekeeping services is a plus.

This was our first time at Hyatt Mumbai and I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Especially, the staff was very considerate of the guest’s needs. We required a late checkout for 6pm and the manager allowed that at no extra costs, while other hotels of the same level generally take a hefty sum for late checkout.

All aspects of the hotel - especially the ambience, staff, and location - are amazing. The staff are warm and extremely helpful and the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with balconies that offer breathtaking views of the hotel and its surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and they provide an airport shuttle for the convenience of their guests. Highly recommend their buffet breakfast, which offers a variety of Indian and continental options, with many specialties being made to order. The gym is spacious and offers state-of-the-art equipment and trainers. Special shout-out to one of the trainers, Sachin, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with workouts - his passion for fitness is tangible and we were all very impressed.

The place has very blunt food. This was the second time I went here for a corporate event. The food was totally off the mark. The event was over attended and people were standing for 2 hours as chairs could not be arranged. Other than that the rest of the arrangement were good and organized. Reaching here in morning is a challenge given the location so do take enough buffer while traveling to this place.

The hotel itself provides great service and the staff here are excellent. The issue has to do more with guests who stay here. You can hear rowdy parties in rooms next door and in the halls well into the night. Even if the rooms are cleaned, the carpets have stains from countless spills of what I assume is food and wine. I was only here for business so good wifi, which they had, was more important. Other than the rooms, the breakfast and restaurants are great here. However, there aren't many places to eat outside the hotel.
