We visited JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai this weekend on the occasion of my birthday. Staff was very gentle and helpful. They gave us 2 cakes for birthday celebration. The room booked for ocean view top floor and view was just amazing 😍 Dinner and breakfast was included and it had lot of varities. Swimming pool was closed due to restrictions but if it was open then we would have enjoyed more. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Just returned from MarriotMumbai. The purpose of giving my aged parents a memorable stay in from of ocean is ruined. Asked for full ocean view suite. Denied of any such thing. Then asked for full ocean view room. But on reaching were given partial view room that too after 2 hours wait. So be careful guys..while booking. They can be tricky and smart to get you into booking just for their business. Front desk botched up on complaining and then another guy covered for him. Rest the stay and food all as it is in any brand good hotels. Found nothing extraordinary. Sad

I had their breakfast and lunch buffet, the options, the quality of each item is the best! The presentation of the buffet, the freshness of each item is mouth watering. The stay and all other services are terrifically excellent. I am a club Marriott member. The room given to me had only one issue. There was construction going on so it was spoiling the sea view. Mine was room 533 so make sure you check your view before the room allocation. Rest all was undoubtedly the best service you can ever experience. All staff are very warm and caring and go an extra mile to make sure you have the best of your time while you are there.

Lotus cafe restaurant is know for its great ambience. Very spacious and good for large gatherings. Ideal for buffet meals. The spread is amazing 🤩. Yes it’s is expensive but it’s worth every penny. Indian, Italian , French cuisine. A nice variety of salads and desserts. After the meal you can take a walk to their backyard garden which opens up to Juhu beach. Good for cooperate and family meetings. You can get good deals with dineout.

Decided to stay here with my brother and parents rather than the Taj for the location. Interesting to know that an ocean view room is not actually an ocean view room, so they said. It’s a room that lets you see the pool and some of the Ocean. I paid more for the pleasure but didn’t get the best view. Also, customer service needs upgrading a little. No responses to queries and some frustration and disappointment on my part. The good things are it’s a nice hotel, and you can access the beach. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the hosting is very good. We ate at the Japanese and Chinese restaurant and the service there was exceptional. I’ll write a separate review for that. Overall deserves just about a 4 star. Without the ocean issue it would have got a 5. Friendly hotel staff, lovely setting and rooms are good.

Great location and easy to get there but plan ahead to factor in delays that can be caused due to traffic. The ambience and interiors were great including well maintained and clean restrooms. The buffet area was well laid out and spacious with an excellent view of the pool. Good variety of food and reasonably well topped up so you're not waiting on anything. Nice popular hotel. Pool area is very nicely done and has private access to the beach. Hotel is located a little away from the main part of town but offers a more secluded feel. We were offered complimentary breakfast during our stay which was very kind of the hotel reception. We had a pool view which means we also have a stunning view of the Arabian Sea and beautiful sunsets. Only big issue is that the hotel is very big and our room was very, very far from the elevators, requiring a long walk for those with a walking disability. They should add elevators to the ends of the hallways.

First time staying here. It's an absolutely superb hotel! Breakfast choice was out of this world with everyone catered for. The staff and chefs here really care about maintaining high standards. They want the food to be outstanding and for you to be happy and satisfied, which we were. The executive lounge was one of the best I have been to and the views across Juhu beach are stunning. One note is to have a more beach club vibe at the pool with snacks etc but otherwise would definitely stay here again.

On the Booking the first pictures you will see its amazing swimming pool. To be honest I choose this hotel because of it and private entrance to the beach. In reality it not like this at all! swimming pool was empty area around not in good condition and it works till 7pm only! So if you decide to stay on beach for sunset you can't back to hotel by private entrance and should make all way around. Not honest to use pictures to advertise your hotel in this way!

We had a staycation for celebrating by wife's birthday at JW Marriott Juhu. The team arranged a complimentary birthday cake on our Arrival. We booked an Ocean View, King bed room and got upgraded to executive suite on a higher floor. Staff was well behaved and a good hygiene was maintained throughout. Food is a bit expensive, but we had Breakfast and Dinner as part of our package. Swimming pool was closed due to Covid, but you can visit the beach. Would love to visit in future for a weekend stay.

Good place bad access. The place is palatial once you are inside. Great dinning options and good decor. Also if you are a star struck guy you can off course see lots of b town celebrities here. The place is close to see and has small gate to go straight to the beach else you will have to walk a kilometre to access the beach.

Post pandemic second wave has not been able to degrade grandeur, opulence and luxury of this great hotel classic hotel. I think they are also allowing a very competitive rate so my workshop organiser found it lucrative and really, it was to everybody's benefit, I must say. First, accommodation. This is my fourth visit. I saw double accommodation a little less huge. Also I didn't like their wash room system which operates without lock and you drag from two sides the room gets big but you see commode and bathroom. Is it a great idea? Don't know. Then the window; they are sealed as usual but the outer side of outer glass panel, why it should be so unclean? Signature of pandemic? I don't even remember how was it last time. Breakfast is complimentary and like most five star they lean so heavily on variety of Indian sides that their international look seemed missing. Strange you have sausage, ham and one mild fish and chicken, of course there were cold cuts. But I think paucity of international customers is the reason. Overall goodness prevails.

My recent stay at JW Marriott Juhu, Mumbai was great. From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. I was there for my quarantine period before my flight to france so I couldn't walk around much but still the room was nice with a great sea view and the food was yummy.

I was here on a Saturday night for dinner, was expecting a conventional fine dining experience at the Lotus cafe; however I was more than disappointed to see the open cricket commentary going on in the centre of the restaurant. We asked the manager to turn the volume down, but he disrespectfully denied. There could’ve been a provision for more private dining areas.

Property is great, takes you out of the city buzz and crazy noise from the road. Rooms are big enough with good shower and amenities on the property. Lots of famous Bollywood actors can be seen daily visiting or staying in the property. Definitely a great place to stay. The only comment is about the training for the staff not quite meeting the JW Marriott standers we are accustomed to.

A good getaway for a few days. Rooms aren't the cheapest but the location is definately a big plus. Rooms are good and rather spacious as well. Breakfast is good, service also on the good scale. There is DJ night on weekends but I guess it varies mostly on the type of guests if it will be fun or just someone playing songs. You will not be disappointed with rooms or location for sure. Overall a decent value for money

I had stayed in this hotel for a week, everything was perfect. In evening there is a buffet in the ground floor. Other facilities include in house gymnasium. It is well connected to the Juhu beach. Room service staff were commendable.

Was there on a date so ordered their chicken sandwich and fish and chips . The chicken sandwich was dry and absolutely fukoll for a five star. The fried fish was extremely oily and again zero taste. The fries were the saving grace of the meal. No wonder it's always empty.

Its a lovely hotel. The Japanese restaurant is AMAZING and the pools are so cool. The staff are very accommodating. The only thing I found odd was that the regular rooms don't have bathtubs and some of the outlets and lights didn't work in the room. It just needs some more meticulous upkeep... but otherwise I had a great experience

Very satisfactory! We stayed at the property for two days to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything was exceptional: right from the check in to the check out! The hospitality and generosity of the staff members, especially Lydia and Michelle made the stay very pleasant. Even the manager at the Lotus Cafe was courteous enough to treat my daughter with access to the buffet despite us having opted for Ala Carte!
