The hotel coffee shop offers a wide selection of cakes, pastries and also other light meals such as sandwiches and salads. They have an espresso machine for coffee based beverages and besides these also offer smoothies and juice blends to drink. The cake was excellent and the coffee good. It offers a nice break from the larger hotel area to get some work in on your laptop.

The hotel is the heart of the city, Bandra and easy to reach. As far as the services go, they were pretty hospitable. My check-in time was in the afternoon but I entered the hotel much earlier. I was carrying luggage and had a plan to attend a conference. They kept my bags without check-in safely and I got them back late at night when i checked in. Check in was quick and the room arrangements were fantastic. The ambience, lighting and the coziness inside are admirable. Also, it is a good space for a professional to also work from. I attended a few meetings in the room and even recorded a few videos that came out really well. All facilities were well provided inside the room that had complimentary fruits besides the coffees and the fridge was packed with fruits, chocolates, snacks, and drinks to choose from.

Superb overall experience, everything you’d expect from a 5 star, awesome breakfast buffet, and really nice staff. They were polite, offered us water and coffee during check in, and even held my AirPods for me when I forgot them at breakfast the next day. When I went back to look for them they were with the person at the entrance, labelled w my room number! Really impressed.

Location of the property is beautiful and hotel management and staff is prompt. The hotel rooms are sadly not sound proofed and you have no guarantee what noises you would wake up to. Privacy is a minimum expectation from a 5 star accredited hotel I suppose. Never going to choose this one again for the nightmare of a night spent.

Went to O22 restaurant for dinner. Absolutely fabulous food. We ordered pasta, pizza, Thai, etc and every single dish was delicious! Great service as well. Not to mention the extra brownie points for being kid friendly and having a largish space for the kids to loiter around a bit. Expensive of cos, but worth every penny.

Although the rooms were very nice, we had been requesting 2 adjacent rooms for months and they said that they would give them to us on the day of our stay, but on the day of our stay, they said that we should have requested the rooms when we were booking! After calling them 5+ times and getting no response after being told that they would get back to us, they told us that they had no adjacent rooms available because a big group had booked them all beforehand, even though we had also been trying to book adjacent rooms for months before! Although the hotel was very nice physically, it definitely needs better service.

Their choco shake drink tastes like my childhood treat, it was so great. I would love to check-in here someday, probably when we go back again.

As soon as we entered the room, my wife noticed a big 'BLOOD STAIN' on the bed sheet; it was on the fitted sheet, and was hidden below the bed sheet/flat sheet. It was a pretty disgusting sight. We notified room service and they promptly changed the sheets and said that it was a mistake. However, the blood stain was too big to miss, to be a mistake. Either the bed linen was not changed at all, or it was probably deliberately overlooked, as the stain seemed hidden. Such unhygienic practices are unacceptable, especially during the pandemic. The management promised to waive one night from our bill and said that the refund will be posted within 30 days. After 90 days we are still waiting for this refund and it is clear that they promised this just to get us off their backs. No luck after calling or disputing the charge with the credit card company. Not expected from a so called 5-star hotel !

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. The location, amenities, decor, and most importantly— the entire staff. They left no stone unturned when it came to catering all my requests: Delivering plates to my room and cleaning up even though I ordered food from outside, bringing up a microwave for me, setting up a person to come do my COVID exam, and much more. The next time I visit Mumbai, I’ll definitely be staying here! I honestly feel I got my money’s worth.

Really enjoyed this place. Great hospitality. It's situated in prime location with perfectly synchronised views from room's balconies. It has a nice infinity pool which was closed right now due to covid. They do have spa and gym facilities. They also give full assistance in conveying your luggage to your rooms. They were little late in alloting our rooms so they calmly requested and served nice cups of coffee 'totally paid by them' and also they upgraded our rooms. It's breakfast is also very nice. Can do better in varieties but taste is good. Overall quite an enjoyable and pleasurable place to relax and chill.

Height of best quality is, one of us forgot certain belongings in room and we knew once we reached airport. They happily said they will courier it DULY FULLY PAID BY THEM... Truly a 5 star hotel who deserves all the stars! Breakfast was provided in the package by the hotel. It was awesome. Rooms are nice and good view too. The locality was excellent. We were not able to use the swimming Pool, as there was some issue. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and has a good view of the swimming pool. Breakfast spread is really good and has a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant staff are very helpful and service is excellent. The reception and housekeeping staff are equally good. The hotel has a free drop and pickup service within BKC, which is very convenient. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to check out late. Overall our stay was very enjoyable

We were here for a short staycation during my birthday. The staff is extremely welcoming and we were well taken care of from the time we arrived and checked into the hotel. There was a short wait for our room since it wasn’t ready yet, despite us arriving at 2pm which was the check in time. But other than that we had a very relaxing stay at the property. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great birthday. On the day, they decorated our room and sent us cake and flowers along with a beautiful greeting card and a note. It was an extremely thoughtful gesture on their part. Some of them also personally came up to wish me. The breakfast buffet spread was extensive and there were many great options to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive despite it being quite busy. The food was delicious! Thank you for making our stay here so pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel is the heart of the city, Bandra and easy to reach. As far as the services go, they were pretty hospitable. My check-in time was in the afternoon but I entered the hotel much earlier. I was carrying luggage and had a plan to attend a conference. They kept my bags without check-in safely and I got them back late at night when i checked in. Check in was quick and the room arrangements were fantastic. The ambience, lighting and the coziness inside are admirable. Also, it is a good space for a professional to also work from. I attended a few meetings in the room and even recorded a few videos that came out really well. All facilities were well provided inside the room that had complimentary fruits besides the coffees and the fridge was packed with fruits, chocolates, snacks, and drinks to choose from.

Definitely there services don’t need any extra reviews but if mine helps them reach out to more individuals or families then why not 👍 I had a pleasant stay and very much happy with their hospitality. Although they could act a little more faster on room service and be more attentive with what their guests need. Overall a nice experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience. Friendly staff and house keeping. All you need to do is ask them and they will go out of the way to help you. Tasty breakfast, but kind of the same everyday. Our kids loved the hotel and the infinity pool. The house keeping staff even bought them gifts. :)

They indeed redefine Hospitality, spectacular to say the least. My wife had a shoulder problem and they made everything possible for making her stay as comfortable. This group should actually teach all others hospitality. Kudos to you guys. Keep it up

Excellent hotel! Stayed one night as I had an appointment at the US consulate which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Extremely polite staff, good food, pleasant stay. Look forward to a longer stay when I go back in a couple of months.
