Everything under one roof..lots of variety..some expensive stuff but overall good

First class. The attention to detail is second to none. From the scent in the foyer to the lighting and decor in the bedroom, they’ve thought of everything to make you relaxed. Staff are super helpful particularly in the restaurant where the food is excellent particularly their breakfast.Great experience.

Didn't knew before Oberoi had a shopping arcade at the backside. Went for the first time amazing store of Pashmina shawls, many Kurti, Perfume shops and a shop of all antique showpiece on the first floor and the staff was helpful as well.

Are we still talking about quality desserts and Oberoi’s used to be the benchmark in terms of desserts. Just happened to visit the shopping centre and thought of having maybe a coffee and desserts. And after looking at these I’d rather not. How can you put such things on display for guests. As a chef patisser I am disappointed and this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience in terms of desserts with the Oberoi’s Bombay and trident. I wish I had an option of giving it a minus star.

Has over 200 shops spread over 4 levels. Shops selling Jewellery, Shawls, carpets, leather, accessories, perfumes, dresses, shoes. Nice selection and variety to choose from. Located very conveniently inside Hotel Trident and Hotel Oberoi. Worth a visit!!

This is my go to place when visiting Mumbai. Lovely hotel with a large shopping center, lots of restaurants and a trendy bar lounge. Their patisserie is terrific and I love their cucumber cheese sandwiches and curried chicken puffs.

We went to vetro for dinner last weekend. Food was not that great.The cook needs to do a better job for sure. Ambience is superb.Simple and quiet. We have had dinner at Zia too...food and decor too good. Vetro needs attention.

We had a great stay but what made it special for us is the people. Bella in housekeeping and Pensing the masseuse were incredibly kind and hospitable. The staff here is very accommodating and truly cares about making your experience worthwhile. The hotel itself and the restaurants were great but more so the staff is what makes this place worth the price!

I went at the lobby for a business meeting I was sitting just next to the coffee counter there was lots of mosquito distrubance. I had a regular coffee over there it was good. We asked for water but it came very late.

Beautiful hotel at a perfect location for travelers, nice ambiance, rooms very spacious. Hotel have lots of variety of food, amongst the best that we have tried across famous city eateries. Staff is courteous, all receptionist are well mannered and attend to all needs and requests.

Great place for tourists, as the location is right beside the sea line. You can see the ocean, right out of the window. Crowd is great, interacted with many foreign tourists. Food was awesome and all of may family enjoyed the stay. All the visiting destinations are close by .

The decor of the hotel was opulent and grand, with beautiful Indian artwork and intricate details at every turn. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Location was Great.The Property itself has a great Build and interior is superb. Rooms are Quite Good. Only Complaint is on the Food dept whereby I thought there is scope of improvement. The Buffet is good enough in its Range of options but Taste wise it was all Average.....

Perfect place to stay in Mumbai. Excellent breakfast. Service usually is great - sometimes, unfortunately you will learn, that there are „more important guests“ that get tables etc. without waiting in the queue. Always a pleasure to return - unfortunately not been in India since Feb 2020.

Probably the best hotel you can find in Mumbai. The location is perfect, the view from the rooms is simply amazing. Staff would never disappoint you and will make sure to make your stay enjoyable. They are extremely courteous, friendly and take really good care of all the guests. Food is extremely delicious and a great variety of local, Indian and Continental meals are available. Whenever visiting Mumbai, I would always recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Awesome place in South Mumbai...wonderful service, great location and good food choices. Breakfasts were my favorite... Pool is also great with the view and having access to the larger pool of neighboring property was great.

The arrangements for the business meetings organised in the suites were excellent. The service was efficient. Catering was good and food was tasty. There was no room for complaints.
