I've
stayed
this
particular
Hilton
two
times
and
other
Hiltons
countless
of
times
(my
fiancΓ©e
is
part
of
the
Hilton
Honors).
In
particular
I'm
very
frustrated
with
my
stay
this
time.
However,
my
other
stay
just
as
this
has
been
far
from
a
"5
Star
Hotel,"
so
what
it's
claimed.
After
I
got
back
from
a
long
day
out
I
wanted
to
use
the
gym,
they
informed
me
that
it
closes
at
"8"
due
to
"Covid."
I
asked
them
what
logic
was
behind
this
and
the
front
desk
staff
nor
the
manager
could
give
me
a
cogent
argument
in
favor
of
the
"rule."
There
is
no
logic
that
a
hotel
gym
needs
to
have
any
fixed
hours,
when
the
hotel
is
open
24/7,
just
give
the
customer
the
materials
to
clean
the
equipment
themselves.
Additionally,
trying
to
fit
more
people
into
a
short
time
span
(say
7
to
8)
is
counter
productive
to
rule
where
there
should
be
less
people
in
the
gym
at
once.
For
example,
I
would
have
been
the
only
person
in
the
gym
from
8
to
9
p.m.
In
the
end
it's
just
a
group
of
bureaucrats
that
have
nothing
better
to
do,
but
sit
in
a
room
and
come
up
"rules"
which
their
subordinates
are
forced
to
abide
by
resulting
in
a
frustrated
customer.
By
the
way
I
was
just
staying
at
the
Trident
Hotel
Bandra
Kurla
and
the
gym
was
open
24/7.
Overall,
the
customer
service
at
Trident
Hotel
Bandra
Kurla
is
exceptionally
better
than
Hilton
Mumbai
International
Airport.
This
Hilton
is
supposed
to
be
a
five
star?
When
we
checked
in
we
didn't
even
get
a
Welcome
drink,
I
ended
up
having
to
ask
for
water.
Additionally,
the
bathroom
wasn't
cleaned
properly,
we
found
hairs
in
the
shower
when
we
arrived,
is
that
a
5
star?
I
think
not.
Another
point,
the
room
we
are
staying
in
doesn't
have
a
proper
washer,
they
have
the
"french
bidet."
They
are
clearly
trying
to
reach
for
some
class
with
this,
which
is
okay,
but
don't
take
away
a
standard
hygiene
practice
within
India
and
Asia.
The
standard
washer
should
be
available
without
question.
