This place is already well-known. We went to vindhiyas restaurant. They had live sitar playing old melodious songs. The music is not too harsh or loud. You can easily have a conversation. The food is very good. Overall the ambience and service is 5star. Highly recommended

We recently visited this place. It was beautiful ambience and food was so delicious and presentable. We ordered Raasta Special Mocktail and Chicken Wai Wai. Rasta special mocktail was beautiful in with three layer. Chicken wai wai was yummy. We absolutely love their food. Great taste,great quality and beautiful ambience. Have been hearing a lot about Puress - family has been regular with Puress- Cold-Pressed, No Sugar and Fresh, just what the doctor ordered- got a chance to try it out for the first time. Have so far sampled Fruit blends - Watermelon Basil Chia, Pep Me Up and Pineapple Mint. Very difficult to say which one is better than the other. So refreshing and tasty. Looking forward to trying out the other blends. Also can’t wait to try the veggie blends and almond milk. My sincere thanks to the two ladies at the helm of Puress. Please keep up the good work! You deserve the 5 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff at the Hotel are truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests' experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed – from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful placement of outlets and USB ports, it's clear that the hotel understands and anticipates the needs of modern travelers.

My one day stay got extended to almost a week's stay and I was so glad that it was booked in this hotel. The staff, be it any department is so so welcoming and kind. The reason why I felt so comfortable staying here is only because of the staff's hospitality. Their rooms are great, services are top notch, food - excellent, everything so smooth and comfortable. If you stay in a high end hotel but don't get that welcoming and warm hospitality from the staff, the stay becomes heavy and uncomfortable. While at Orchid, I knew I was in one of the best hotel's. All the staff, in each and every department is so warm and welcoming and it left me with such an awe, wondering how is it possible that everyone is so kind and humble. The security staff, the staff at the main porch who checks all vehicles' entries, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, IRD, literally each and everyone. Amazing hospitality. Good ambience. Went on a bachata Tuesday. All aficionados of bachata, salsa on the floor. Great ambience, music and atmosphere on account of the dance lovers. Most the space is dedicated to the dance floor and rightly so. Service on food and drinks needs some improvement in my view and hence the one less star.

Lovely cocktails, delicious pizzas and desserts. Located at Khar, this place is situated on 4-5th floor which a lovely ambience. Visited Raasta for lunch and the daylight here was lovely. Tried their Oreo Milkshake and Rhode Island Iced Tea, pretty delicious. The cocktail was quite strong too. Coming to food, tried the Hummus Pita with Minced Lamb and Peri Peri prawns. Both were equally delicious! The prawns were a bit spicy which made it taste even better. For the mains, tried their wood fired pizza and loved it. Took a half/half however I recommend the Angry Bird one more. Loved its taste. Ended my meal with a red velvet cake and it was definitely the best part. It was so delicious, I absolutely loved it!

The music is loud and you can see many people dancing to it. So that ia something you can really do with ur frnds apart from the food and drinks offcourse. This is a 4 star hotel while they claim to be 5 star. The only benefit with this hotel is its close proximity to Terminal 1 of Mumbai Airport. Rooms are decent, if you get a back facing room then you can see the Airport and few aircraft parked on the old tarmac. Staff is extremely rude. Food is over priced, horrible in taste and helping is very less. They followed all COVID protocols inside and at entry. Reaching there is bit confusing as it is inside the lane. Overall not worth the price point as you have other better options around the same vicinity.

Knowing the benefits and nutritional profile of cold pressed juices, I had ordered them for my parents when my mom was recovering from COVID. I wanted her to recover quicker and my dad, for his immunity to stay strong. I picked the juice blends accordingly (for Immunity, Detox etc) and they were promptly delivered. Beautiful place ! We had been for lunch at Boulevard restaurant for lunch. We had opted for buffet lunch. The food was really delicious. Sumptuous meals and lots and lots of variety. The staff was really helpful and loving. The ambience is just elegant and beautiful. The food is bit expensive and is good for once in blue moon. Overall a great experience

The juice was refreshing and fresh, I could tell the source of the raw material was of high quality. This was a way for me to get educated about the differences between cold pressed juices and the traditional way of making juices, something I had no idea bout. Lovely brand! :)

This is a fun place. The top level with DJ and dancing is so much fun. The only issue I have is they do not accept international credit cards to pay your bill. I was embarrassed last night because my card was not being accepted. The manager told me it was because their system was down. They could take Indian cards, but not one of my international cards. So I had to be “escorted” to a bank to withdraw cash in order to pay my tab. So if you are not from India and go here, be sure to take cash unless you want to be treated like a criminal and be escorted to the ATM.

Stay away, please read and listen to the bad review's... There is a reason for them. The rooms are Dirty and have a sigarett smell, and if you want to sleep you will be able to do so after 01. There is a club with deep house music nearby. I can not understand how this hotel can have 5 stars, I have been to 3 star hotels that is better then this. At the pool, they wanted me to use a wetsuit when I went swimming. I asked why and they said it's because of the chlorine. They probably had a problem with my bikini, because if the chlorine was that strong you would have to cover up the hands, feet and face... Some of the staff is really nice, but I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. For this price I expect a lot more. Pay a bit more and choose Hilton :)

A good place to hangout with friends.Good music and the entry fees is 500 for weekdays or weekends even for single ladies but the money you pay for entry fees is redeemable. It’s open till 1:15 am though they say till 1:30 am. The crowd is also good .

Food is good and also decent quantity The prices are similar to what club and restro bar in Mumbai generally have. A very hip Rastafarian cafe with theme parties every day. A good place to hang out, be it hip hop nights or bachata nights or Sunday brunches. This place has a really good hip hop scene flourishing with few of the countries famous hip hop artists such as Divine, D’evil, Shah Rule, Raja Kumari among others who perform and hangout at Raasta. A highly recommended place to arty and chill. The food is also good!

We loved the experience, three restaurants in one. But the rooftop doesn’t open until 11:00, which is frustrating. We also are reviewing lower because a few of our group did get sick from the food. We never expected that, because it all tasted amazing.

This is one great dance pub. The carribbean theme of this place adds to the whole experience. The DJ plays good music. You can also enjoy great food and cocktails while you groove. The only downside to it is that this place is tiny and is really short on space. Keeping that aside, this place is perfect.

Nice place to meet your friends and chill. Weekends are crowded, weekdays are fine. The crowd is more of teenagers and less of people in there 25+. If you consider yourself not a teenager/ you do not feel like dancing and rather sitting with your drink, you would enjoy it more on a weekday only for the fact that the music is really loud & the younger crowd is there to dance! Food is good, drinks menu is quiet big and everyone gets to pick what they like. The money that u pay is a more than what the place offers, so feels a little pricey! We ended up paying 7k for 2 dishes, couple of beer rounds and some gin!

Recently visited raasta , we tried two of their cocktails , one hinted with some espresso and the second one is tiki taka , worth a try , we also tried butter garlic prawns served with a hint of whiskey , it was too good and some garden fresh pizza and mushroom patty burger , over all it was a great dining experience , we liked their ambience and they took utmost care of hygiene , courteous staff and amazing food , would surely come over here again .

So I'm going to talk about RAASTA BOMBAY located at Khar first thing I noticed when I entered was the ambiance and a beautiful lighting the seating arrangements are also good and specially the roof top recommended for everyone. Now let's talk about the food First we ordered a Chicken Tikka Boneless which was soo good the chicken was fresh and juicy and all the flavors and spices were perfect in short this dish was perfect and the presentation of Chicken tikka with the best green chatni and onion was too good which made it look better and tempting. Then we ordered All Meat Square pizza 🍕 it was like heaven it was looking good but in taste it was more good like it was cheesy and proper quantity of topping and it was perfectly baked thin crust pizza it was one of the best one I had till this date. Now let's come to Mocktails we ordered two Mocktails 1st one was the Raasta Special it consisted of three flavours which was in tricolor which made it look better and tempting it was over all and perfect mocktail and second one was the Black Mojito it was a mixture of Cola which enhanced it's taste and was also good in presentation I would give 11 out of 10 as they were excellent. Next we ordered the Special Jamaican (JC) Tandoori Fliet Burger . First I'll talk about the presentation it was excellent like there were potato spicy fries a salad and the burger . The burger was too tempting the taste of the burger was so amazing and the sauces were in a perfect quantity and everything was good in short it was a perfect burger. Then we ordered RAASTA SPECIAL (CHICKEN) POPCORN the presentation was too good and the quantity also was quite good it was served with a cheesy dip and the chicken popcorn was perfectly fried overall I would prefer that it was perfect. Then at last we ordered our desert it was the RAASTA SPECIAL PASTRY now first I'll talk about the presentation it was a tricolour cake and served in a very good way the cake was soft and finger licking I was loving it it was a perfect end . Overall the staff was cooperative and served us the best with all the precautions necessary so would suggest everyone to visit RAASTA BOMBAY at least once .

We stayed at the hotel during COVID times. The staff were really responsive, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The food was simply amazing! The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and each item in the buffet was very delicious. However, the lunch and dinner items available for purchase were pretty expensive, though the portions were decent. I would have preferred a few more amenities in the rooms. Additionally, I would prefer the rooms to be a bit cleaner. The interior decoration gives the feel of a heritage 5-star hotel while the holiday decorations during my stay were very beautiful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot.

Have been visiting this place since over a decade. The place surely needs to be done up properly. the lighting, the carpeting, the bathrooms, beds all need to be changed. The food at Boulevard has a great variety and is very nice. The roof top bar and restaurant is a delight for all aviation fans. The constant take off and landings would delight a person of any age.

I recently stayed at Orchid for 10 days and the stay is very pleasant. The staff are very co-operative. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had lot of varieties and sumptuous. The rooms are maintained very neat and clean. The ambience is too good. I highly recommend the hotel to all for a pleasant stay and also given the proximity to the domestic airport too.

Great hotel but expensive. If you are visiting mumbai for visa and you need a place to stay for a night then this could be one of options for your stay. It is in a walkable distance from the consulate general of mumbai and the hotel it self is ok. It has a shakes and sandwich place next door (recomended if you are staying). But I think you definitely can find a other hotels for a bit cheaper price if you don't mind staying a bit away from consulate.

Went on a Sunday. This is more of a chance discovery after Silly was full and i forgot to make reservations. The live performance of tabla was fabulous. Gives off a lot of that Goa shack vibes. Service is decent. Could have been more prompt. Butter garlic prawns are a must try (if you're non-vegetarian). The all meat square pizza was good. All in all, I'll recommend a visit.

The property looks good and designed pretty well. The restaurant at the rooftop has a nice view of the airport runway that looks good in the night. However the food wasn't impressive. The were very limited options in veg. The portion sizes were too small which we understand considering the place is suppose to be sort of sophisticated fine dine. But to make that taste good is the responsibility of the chef. Somewhere the food failed to make a mark which made the entire deal an overtly pricey one. I would not recommend veg food at this place.

The place has a good ambience but the service is not that great. As the bartenders make drinks as they want. They added a ton of ice in my drink which I did not like and was very rude while I asked him the reason behind. There was very less alcohol and more of ice. It too crowded on Saturday. They do take more people then can accommodate.

I myself read the review previously that this hotel has a very slow checkin and checkout process since they use some old or heavy software. I myself witnessed that same at the hotel reception. Carpet stings wherever it's still there. But I believe the owners have decided not to act on the carpet sting and sluggish billing software. But an overall delight to stay here from location, room and breakfast standpoint. Just be patient on reception and avoid the carpet sting in the aisles in front of rooms.

The staff went over and above and were very nice. If I could give them, they deserve more than 5 stars! From doorman to reception to room service. Food was good too. The rooms however were very dated, dirty, non functional to say it lightly! Had a fan with masses of dirt, had to call someone to clean it before we could sleep on bed as dust was falling, TV didn't work, needed new remote! Fan didn't work with no resolution. Bath tub was all choked so a quick shower meant we were standing in dirty water! Had it not been for staff throughout, would have given it only one star - not liveable even for a short one night stay

Just beside Mumbai Airport. Rooms are well lighted, spacious and comfortable for a couple or even a family of 3-4. Best part what I feel is the food. Taste and quality is amazing. They know what they are upto. Staff is also quite helpful and very humble.

Service need to improve little bit. Breakfast is awesome even much much better than hyatt. Rooms are big and all amenities. Worth of money. Easy to get cab at any time.

Extremely disappointed during stay in this hotel. 1. Receptionist behaved like a Investigating officer, all guest were so uncomfortable during visit to this hotel. 2. This hotel not deserves to be 5 star because rooms are small and washroom areas always wet due to tap leaked. 3. Shower will give you all of sudden surprises with very hot and cold water( Not maintained) 3. Waiting time is so long for any services.

The Rooms are pretty Dated. But well maintained. The lobby is awesome with that amazing Fountain. The staff are corteous and helpful.. Lift s need to be replaced. A bit confusing architecture but ok.. The Ground floor Coffee shop has ok priced but good desserts. But its the tea. Total waste of money and absolutely overpriced.. 309+taxes for a cup of tea and some not so great cookies. Buffet is simple but has all options including one chicken and fish in Breakfast. Never tried dinner buffet. Things to ask for. 1. If travelling with kids ask for King size bed rooms. 2. Avoid the room with step. Good for couples though.. 3. Stay is good , i Booked for the roof top swimming pool. And its open till 8-9 pm depending on the weather. Its open sky. But it was too close to their grill bar.

Decently priced luxury hotel very close to the domestic airport in Mumbai. Rooms are quite spacious and the location is fabulous. Recommended for those wanting to stay in luxury on a budget.

Rooms are a tad dated. Service was good but limited. Business center and shops only accessible late in the morning. Food in restaurants was awesome. Superb location in close proximity to Mumbai airport making it easier to get to early morning flights.

Old Hotel near to aiport But good Hospitality !! As i booked 2 Premium rooms one for me and one for my parents, i wasnt statisfied when i saw room as i was expecting bigger rooms in that category but mahesh the duty manger had word with me and he was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to suit rooms and also checked each day that we are happy and statified or not!! Thats a big 👍🏻 from me.. also they did complimentary decoration for my dads birthday in his room which was very sweet of them. Highly recommended because of their hospitality….

always something prevents this hotel from excelling. this time, the water cut off during the shower. had to wash off with bottled water... the manager cut his losses by offering a quite small. veg breakfast (which is very nice but there was a strong feeling that he was doing damage control at the lowest expense to the hotel)

Orchid has been a long time great location to do business. It's a hop and step ... no, not even a jump, away from the old (Santa Cruz - Terminal 1) airport. Despite it's proximity to the airport it has ample breathing and parking space for visitors. Their staff have consistently been polite, respectful and helpful.

The ambience of the hotel was really 5 star. Rooms were good but not as good as the hotel's ambience and interior, as the effort of making it look like a traditional Indian place gives it a shabby look. The staff is really professional and helpful. There was a master control board near the bed, and this is the only Indian hotel in which I have seen it.

A nice property located near to T1 International airport in Mumbai. I took an executive room which was quite spacious. The interiors are neat n clean, but slightly old fashioned. I did not like the fragrance of air fresheners in the corridors, but that a very personal thing depending on individuals.

It's good. But the location is very close to the airport. By walk you can see flights standing on the runway. No shops nearby, completely depends on hotel food. Rooms are very good, service and stuffs well behaved.

It's an old property and is evident from the rooms. But having said that, the rooms are in good condition...well kept.i had not opted for breakfast so i won't be able to tell...but you have few options to choose from the in-house restaurant. The property is big and a part of it is under renovation, however that doesn't interfere with the guests.

Friendly but highly professional staff. Rooms, linen and cleanliness is not as per the Orchid standards. Poorly maintained rooms, wash room, linen gives a very typical run-down feel. Stayed at the Orchid after a long time.

Good facilities, have to wait for check in average around 15-20min in lobby, because of heavy crowds. Room are decent, food is over priced no such quality. Overall value for money best things is South Indian breakfast.

Had unlimited midnight buffet which cost around ₹777+taxes (₹900 approx) Include live chat counter, lot of varieties of sabjis veg and non veg both. Varieties of salads and desserts as well. Timing for the buffet is 12 am to 3 am only on Thursday Friday and Saturday.

Had attended a banquet event at the hotel. The service was exemplary. The Chef (Chef Dharambir) was present at the prefunction area and was ensuring that each guest is interacted with and is leaving with a smile.

This is a very well located hotel, it's right in the middle of the city yet away from the hustle and bustle...peaceful, rooms are nice and cozy with thoughtfulness with respect to guest comfort. The rooftop bar is really a must visit place for a drink with friends,colleagues with good live music. Would definitely go there again

Location is what clicks for this hotel. Else it's at the best an above average place. The higher category rooms are well furnished and definitely more comfortable. But be aware that all the rooms are non -smoking. However there are two smoking zones in the central lobby. The service is quick and courteous. Front desk personnel are friendly and attentive. An overnight stay is not-so-bad an option, more so coz they are kind enough to arrange for complementary drop to T1

Pathetic rooms. I was there to meet a friend. Apparently he was allocated a room in their so-called new wing. The new wing rooms are worse than the old rooms of any 5 star hotel, I can imagine the condition of the rooms in their old wing. The staff looks extremely worked out as if they have been working for 18 hrs straight. The hotel policies are ridiculous in regards to getting food from outside. The good part is that if you are having a domestic flight to catch, it is one of the decent options. Not the best, but decent. Overly priced for its condition and sad state of the rooms
