Coming home to Taj you’ll immediately notice how much more classy, luxurious and convenient everything is. There’s no corners cut, no needs overlooked. Ample sized room and spacious bath set are afar cry from increasing cubicle culture. Highly recommended at any price point. This is one of the finest hotels you will find. I had to stay there for 3 days and I enjoyed every single day. The breakfast is a class of it's own . was absolutely perfect for me.

Good average business hotel, although the hall promises an outstanding experience. - 5 stars for location with direct access to airport - 4 stars for breakfast (nothing special) - 4 stars for rooms - 3 stars for bathrooms with fungi on the sealing

It was a business trip. I went with my colleagues. We had a very good feeling of luxurious stay. All my colleagues and I enjoyed the excellent ambience, service, and food quality. The view is fantastic. The best thing about this hotel is it is kid-friendly and near by transport availability. There are many activities for kids. They loved it.

Fantastic airport hotel. Possibly the best I have every stayed in and I've stayed in many. Leave longer than you think to get to the airport unless you're going to AND from the domestic terminal. Slightly confusingly Air India DO NOT go from there, so if you are transferring from Air India you'll need a cab to get here. Same for flights to Europe. Still worth it. Transfer is about 25 minutes to however long the traffic makes it! Worth it though as this is a fantastic hotel.

Most beautiful hotel rooms we have ever been to!!! The welcome was grand, and the hotel was like a palace!! The rooms were so amazing, and the beds were like literal clouds!! I only have one issue and that would be the price of the buffet... It 3,000 rupees per head and were a family of 4... If they change that this would be the dream hotel!! Just an awesome side note: The bathtub comes with a T.V.!!

On a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of accompanying my colleagues to a luxurious destination. Moreover, the array of engaging activities for kids left a lasting impression on all of us, making it a perfect getaway for our little ones.

Rude behaviour of staff. We were expecting good hospitality from them as it is part of taj but we were disappointed as employees just don’t care about your existence. We waited for 15 minutes during without any place to seat and they didn’t asked for welcome drink. At one point room key was not working asked someone from the staff to help us but no one came. We had to wait 30 minutes. When you are paying such an amount you except some luxury but it was absent there. At the time check out the person who was assisting us was completely disinterested and just took the key and showed us the way out. My personal advice don’t waste money here you can better option nearby.

Walk out of the domestic airport and walk in the Taj hotel. Very convenient. Great food at the Italian restaurant Riviera. Lunch buffet was good - great desserts, just ok Indian curries, pasta at buffet live counter was mediocre. Great rooms. Humongous rooms with great shower, bath tubs and vanity mirrors. Room decor is classy.

The hotel's location is awesome, right beside the runway. It has a north Indian restaurant Tiqri. The only problem is that it does not offer a wide range of food but the taste is really good.

Last week I have been there for 2 days, with my colleagues for some official work. it's a wonderful place to be at, all the staff from managers to waiters & housekeeping were very polite and well trained and committed to their job roles, Ambience was awesome, food was quite delicious. That's quite a place, all value for money.

I had a wonderful stay experience in Taj Santacruz. I stayed here for 1 night and 2 days. The ambience is very luxury. Service is awesome. And I had a wonderful complimentary breakfast. The location is also very good to easily connect with public transport. I had recommend the same to my friends and family too.

Apt for corporate meets and right next to the T1 airport terminal. Valet parking available. The breakfast area has live music and options of la carte as well as buffet with an average spend of ~700 per item. The seating section closer to the bar is relatively quieter for corporate meets. Food served is of high quality and portions are generous. There could be more seating for waiting in the lobby area. Currently it is inadequate.

Ah! What a property!! To start with, sanitization process for luggage is amazing. The property is huge and such pretty lightening inside! The check in process was hassle free! It's located inside the mumbai airport and thus gives a runway view in the room which is an AWESOME experience in itself. Further, the room is huge and everything is so advanced! The bathtub is definitely an added plus as is the huge dresser. 😍

This is one of the finest hotels you will find. I had to stay there for 3 weeks and I enjoyed every single day. The breakfast is a class of it's own. The rooms are huge and all the electronic light controls and curtain controls are state of the art. Best of all for me is/was the China Inc. Restaurant. Staff is outstanding friendly and they made me happy every single day in 3 weeks with the kitchen. I didnt even try any of the other restaurants there just China Inc. was absolutely perfect for me. Cant wait to come back in March for 3 more weeks.

Very comfortable stay. Stayed for a week. Had asked for a room changes on after I checked in. The staff was very polite and understanding and gave a lot of hope and boosted my morale. Finally I ended up staying in the same room. Would have appreciated if they had told me upfront that it would not be feasible. Otherwise a perfectly good stay.

As I was quarantine, so couldn't explore much.. however the rooms are very comfortable and staffs are very helpful and cooperative, specially the in room dining staff.. food was amazing...thank you so much for taking care of our tummy😍

The hotel stay was wonderful as usual ... The ambience, the food, the comfort this hotel provides is very good. But I have taken one star away for the delay in allocating rooms... The delay was more than 2 hours owing to some corona sanitization protocol... We understand the need for proper sanitization..but the delay is too much ...

Our stay was very nice and we really enjoyed all the four days. All the staff was very polite and co-operative. We would like to come and stay here for total relaxation when ever possible.

We went for a short break. Enjoyed every moment. The room was beautifully decorated for my son's birthday. He was pleasantly surprised and we all had a lovely time. Taj hotels always score high on comfort, hospitality, ambience and luxurious rooms. Taj Santacruz is near the CSMI airport and is a good stay if you need to be close to the airport as well as suburbs. The room we stayed in had all amenities possible and was aesthetically decorated. Pandemic appropriate behaviour by staff was appreciated though the guests themselves weren’t much bothered about masks and distancing. Never can go wrong with a Taj.

Just attended a wedding here.... The stay and rooms are awesome.... The staff is amazing.... The food though not extraordinary was good overall..... The property is right next to the airport and is connected to terminal 1 arrivals...... Good amenities and restaurants... Pool is closed for the guests due to Covid. All precautions are being taken due to the pandemic. Taj club lounge on the top level has a view of the runway and of the planes taking off and the hangers.... Awesome to just sit n watch and have a cuppa..... The bathrooms are huge and have a bathtub and separate shower area..... The service and the staff is top notch...... Will definitely recommend this hotel for stay and weddings.

I stayed in this hotel in June 2020 when there was strict lockdown in the country and it was Mandatory for 7 Days Quarantine. I stayed here for 7 Days. Staff was very cooperative. Especially I like their diet food for 7 Days their breakfast, lunch and dinner enough quantities and food taste was good and everyday new items. They provide the food at door without any contact.

Perfect Taj Getaway! We celebrated our anniversary here and the entire staff made our day really special. Do book the runway facing club rooms as your package would include complimentary hi tea and cocktails at the club lounge. The rooms are super huge with all the latest hi tech amenities. Staff is extremely cordial right from the security, reception, cashier, club lounge and Tiqri staff who displayed Taj hospitality at their best. The breakfast and dinner buffet is lavish and worth every penny. Thank you for the wonderful experience !

Its an outstanding hotel....being closer to the airport an ideal place for night halts for business trips ... Ya the location is not very scenic so the leisure stays may not be that attractive but then this is made up by the courteous and every forthcoming staff .. The food is delicious and the chef's provide you personal touch which is the USP of the Brand Taj

The location is great. Just walkin from the airport arrival. The room was awesome, the view from the room was amazing. I didn't like the breakfast spread and taste. To my surprise the cleanliness was not up to mark at the breakfast area. There was shortage of staff and arrangements. Although the staff changed the dirty plates immediately but you don't expect this to see at such a place.

Me and my husband stayed there for 2 weeks and we had a very pleasant experience. Everything there is worth praising.....food, hospitality, behaviour, amenities. Every employee working there, whether it's the receptionist, waiter, manager, room service... make every possible effort to make you comfortable. Kudos to the team !!

Hotel, staff and the food is good. Currently staying here and I really wish Taj would keep up with safety standards for baby sleep and provide a baby cot ( as stated on the website amenities list) for it’s youngest guests. Our 8 month old baby is sleeping in this Pack and Play with a fluffy mattress that she easily sinks into.

The experience was fabulous. We stayed there for only 1N in a Luxury room with runway view. The experience was really memorable. The breakfast and live counters were fantastic. Would like to visit again!

My husband gets a layover very often here. The rooms are amazing! Hotel is beautiful and has worked on every small detail for best guest experience. Breakfast buffet is more or less the same everyday. All buffet Spreads are good but food turns cold more often. Service is a little slow for beverages, a simple buttermilk took 30 minutes and glasses were really small, didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a second round. Maybe they need more staff. Lunch buffet starts after 1pm which was a little late for us. Certain areas like the tiqri lift lobby smells a lot of cigarettes. Overall the experience was good, food is great, stay is amazing always. Reception and room service is great !
