Was once upon a time a 5 star, now deserves to be probably a 2 star, if not worse. The hotel doesn’t allow occupants to have visitors, which in itself is a ridiculous condition which I have NEVER come across at any luxury hotel. Secondly, this condition was NOT MENTIONED on their own booking website, let alone a third-party platform and yet their staff kept insisting that it’s mentioned on the website and the misinformation was an issue with the booking platform! The manager asked me to pay a deposit for allowing my guest in and refused to give me any written copy for the amount paid. When I insisted on a receipt, the manager stated that he could easily disallow my guest and was making an exception for us. SERIOUSLY?! Unexpected attitude for a so-called 5 star hotel. Non disclosure of rules, arm twisting attitude and no cooperation! Highly doubtful if any “corrective actions” are being taken by their management as mentioned in countless Google reviews. Save your money and don’t book this hotel.

The location is next to Juhu beach so having morning walk at beach was my favourite part of the day. We had morning buffet breakfast, the helper name Anushka did the fantastic job in serving. She was helpful to almost 50 plus guest. I absolutely loved her. She was smiling all the time and kept asking what else we need. Breakfast was good but not extraordinary as per the price charged. The team at reception were always polite and helpful. Room was bit small than expected. Overall very good experience and stay. We would love to visit again

You can’t call this a 5 star hotel. The place is run down and more like a four star. The hospitality is more like a two star. It’s like visiting a government office. An average place that may once upon a time have been glamorous. I had a room booked for two. When I checked in the receptionist asked where is the second person. When I said I am solo he asked why I booked for two? And he was insulting enough to tell me that I should not take any female company to my room because I have checked in for only one. What does he take me for??? I booked asking for a smoking room and when I checked in they said it’s not available and maybe next day. No feedback since then even after reminding twice. My flight out was at 5 pm. When I asked for a one hour extension of checkout the lady was very curt saying you can take only 10 minutes and no more. Service comes from within. And grace and graciousness are what one expects when one pays for 5 star. I would never come back here. They need to learn that hospitality means care and warmth. And it comes from the people who are servicing. Not from the fast fading decor.

Beautiful property. One of my favourite place to stay in Mumbai. Situated Right at Juhu beach and adjacent to Juhu Chaupati. One side of all the rooms have partial sea view & view of running road which keeps the view alive & you never get bore n the room. Best rooms have full sea view from one window & full view of running road & Juhu chaupati from other window. Food & service are good. Staff is very humble & cordial. Swimming pool is at ground floor.

Stayed here for a few nights recently. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. I read several reviews about club noise in the nights so I requested the staff to give me a room that's away from their convention hall. To my surprise, it was the noise from across the road. There are 2 clubs/pubs on the other side of the road from the hotel. They blast music so loud that it can be heard and felt in the hotel rooms. The location is good, if you like street food, chowpaty(known for street food joints) is just under 100 meters from the hotel. The beach get pretty crowded during the weekends. Can't really say beach near the hotel is pleasant. There are some good food outlets outside the hotel to grab a quick bite.

One of the worst hotels ethically. So the thing is I had booked a room for my parents for the period of Durga Puja, which was a 5n stay and had paid in full for the same. Unfortunately 1 day before the stay commenced, my mom had a major heart attack and was admitted in the hospital and underwent a surgery. I requested the hotel to cancel my booking citing medical conditions and also provided all the necessary medical documents including discharge statement, prescription and a letter from the hospital. To which the hotel denied refunding any amount. I mean you need to understand, when there is a urgent medical emergency one cannot do anything about it, I guess they don't have the basic sense or a heart towards people, they only care about is money. This clearly shows they will never care about their guests, they only care about is the money and their business. Such a pathetic and immoral hotel, and people. I hope one day in search of money they get nothing else. Hope they all go down the drain. The worst hotel and management I have ever come across in my entire life. Will surely avoid this hotel or any of their branches. Utmost shameful and pathetic people.

Just loves the ambience and food . Great breakfast but the dining hall is bit small and disorganized. We had to ask for which way the tea was ...so a little bit haphazardly organized...placement of food items needs reorganization. But overall great food..cooperative staff. 5 star

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. While the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, it is a bit old and could use some renovations. However, the hotel was clean, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. One thing to note is that while the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, it feels more like a 4-star property in terms of the amenities and overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, but the staff was not as warm or welcoming as one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was okay, but the spread was not too vast, and the dining area was too crowded. The quality of the food was decent, but it could have been better. One thing that stood out to me was that unlike other hotels, if you order room service, you have to pay by cash at the time of delivery and not at the time of checkout. This was a strange practice in today's time and a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would recommend the Ramada hotel for a comfortable stay, but keep in mind that it may not provide a full 5-star experience. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with decent amenities, then the Ramada is a good choice.

I would give negative star's if that were possible. Let's just say on Jan 31st around 10pm, I checked in and left to go walk around town. Upon coming back around 1200am, I noticed that my room wasn't cooling (4th floor) fan was obnoxiously loud (I know Indian fans are loud but this was worse), the office desk chair wouldn't stay up, the sink had bonding gunk coming out, and it was moldy and dirty, where the funk stains were at. Needless to say, I went to front desk. They show me about 8 more rooms, and each room had it's issues. Enough that I didn't want to stay here. So the so called duty manager (let's call him Sunny) asked me to check one more room out and that he assured me that this room had no issues. He said something on 4th floor. As soon as he said that, I notified him that 4th floor was hot and air was not blowing like it should. 1st floor was better. He said it was ok. We went to the room and of course the ac was not working properly. I came back down and now I'm heated more as i asked him why would he send me back up there after I just told him that the air on the 4th floor was not working properly. He had a mask on, but I could tell he was smiling. And he said that he will show me another room. I told him last chance. We t to check out last room and it was on 3ed floor and still ac was not going to cool the room down. If I had to guess it was 78degrees plus in the room blowing 78 degree air. Yet the machine by the bed side said 18 degree Celsius, which is 64 degrees. There is no way in hell that the air blowing was even close to 64. I asked him to give me my refund so I can go elsewhere, and he tells me he can't do that. He tells me that I MUST stay one night for the bigger boss to come to do a refund. I refuse to stay in any of these rooms. I just want a simple refund so I can take my business elsewhere. I could leave here, but I want to make sure 100% that I will get my refund. It's now 1:20am and I am typing this as I'm in the lobby refusing to go to the room. It's highly disappointing that a duty manager who has worked at this establishment for 13 years can't do a simple refund. I wish I took photos. But in light of things I just wanted a good clean room where the ac worked properly and where the fan didn't make too much noise. (The reason for the fan was because the AC isn't strong enoghf to cool a room down. 1st floor ac was blowing colder air than the 4th floor but the fans were obnoxiously louder than expected.) This hotel is way outdated, remodeled at the cheapest expense, and managed poorly. Ok, so the picture I posted is of their lobby area.

The hotel used to be a great place to stay but I feel their rooms needs some upgrades, especially the light and AC control console on the bedside. They also have this weird policy of making you pay every room service bill on room delivery, not consolidated at checkout. Really irritating when you are in the middle of a call or work and the waiter is standing there on your head to make you pay up.

The hotel location is awesome. But staff has a casual approach towards customer. Looks like they are in government job and customer satisfaction doesn't matter. One awful experience I had was, we had our 4 year kid with us. In all the hotels in have stayed recently, like Hard Rock in Goa and The Park in New Delhi, have provided complementary milk for my kid. I called and no question was asked, they just delivered milk. At Ramada, they gave milk in a very small glass (100 ml) milk. When I told this is very less quantity you should at least give 200 ml of milk. They said in that case you have to buy it. Even after complaining to reception manager, he didn't do much.

If you are just choosing Ramada for your stay because it is just next to Juhu beach. Please look some other option as it is total waste of money. Spending 6.5k for this hotel is waste. Not at all a good option rooms are very small. Food is just ok, not too good. You can get much better food outside in any normal restuarant. Even the staff was not at all friendly. They are charging extra money for sea view which also just a waste as you can sea actual sea just coming out. Never stay in Ramada if you are visiting Mumbai. There are much better options then this.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a great stay and experience. We got a beach facing room which made our stay even more memorable. We absolutely loved sitting in the room and watch life pass by. Very relaxing. The room was good and spacious. The staff is polite and helpful. The room service staff is great. The checkin and checkout process is quick and efficient. The food quantity and taste is lovely but the price is a bit on the higher side. The location is iconic and perfect. Overall, a really good place to spend a long weekend.

It's an old hotel making accomodation for this age and time a bit outdated. Rooms are a bit small, but they're very clean and tidy. Good views if you have the sea face rooms, and amazing breakfast. More space would've made me give them five stars!

Good experience! Rooms 5/5 - The rooms are spacious, clean and the view in the evening was just amazing. All necessary things were provided in the rooms. Food 4/5 - Biryani and tandoori were really delicious. The pizza and pasta taste was average. We really like the breakfast buffet (must try). There were so many types of dishes in the breakfast buffet and was tasty. Staff 4/5- Staff was friendly and helpful. Service 3/5- We got disappointed with the service. The first is when we ordered lunch, the one who brought it added a tip in the bill without notifying us and when I asked after swiped my card, he said it was added by mistake. Secondly, when I ordered dinner, we almost waited for more than an hour. Also for clearance, we called them thrice but nobody had come. The dinner plates were there in the room until we checkout. Need improvement.

Stayed in the Deluxe suite sea view. Stunning sea view spacious room. What I enjoyed most was the health center. If you go there please ask for gym trainer Shiv. He is superb! On form, technique and takes a genuine interest to ensure the guests have a good work with the correct form. He was a delight and should be considered for promotion and strong appraisal. Wishing him the best. Good job Ramada also on the jousekeeping service. Very prompt and helpful. - Abhijit

I stayed for around 14 days in the hotel. The washroom stings of sewage. The vintage housekeeping staff is "nagging" if you call the housekeeping, once you open the door, they will right away enter your room without asking, they will ask you to pay for laundry without a bill, PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM IN CASH. They used to come without bill, just with a slip and ask for cash, i paid the bill via gpay and to my surprise i was asked on the time of checkout by the reception to pay my outstanding "laundry bill". Thanks to online payment i was able to show them the proof. UTTER PATHETIC WAY TO TREAT YOUR GUEST. The reception don't have the courtesy to check the bills even paid online. Even the breakfast buffet had very limited option. I have stayed in lemon tree and Orchid hotels. Never faced such issues. There was a time when Ramada was a name, i don't see today why it was. They are not willing to even customize food orders, i simply asked them to bring smaller proportion of food, i was willing to pay the full amount, they refused. Because i would have been wasting so much food, i had to order online most of the days. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Costly but it’s good, prime location next to beach and with good swimming pool. Food is costly when compared to near by options you have. Staff are too friendly, got partial sea view quite opp to road which gave great views to the beach, other deluxe I rooms aren’t worth the price. Premium sea facing suite is too good.

Great location..just next to the main entrance of Juhu beach.... Breakfast was simply superb...chef is too good in making both south & north dishes.. gym is well maintained... Only one problem. Restaurant / bar is not see facing..only the gym faces beach...what an opportunity loss .. even if they provided a small option to sit n drink or eat... That would have been awesome... What's the point in having a beach next to u but not giving the view in restaurant... Thats why 4 star... otherwise it's worth 5 star

Ramada is situated right in front of Juhu Beach. Minarul and Suraj took great care of us during our stay. We took one sea-facing room. It was totally worth the price. You wake up to the beautiful view from your room window and enjoy sun rays falling on your face while you sip tea. Also, since it is right on the beach, you can visit the beach every morning in just 2 minutes. The breakfast buffet is epic. Do try the waffle from the live counter. It's an absolute delight.

Good clean property however showing its age. Small things like cracks in the floor, shower cubicle door not closing properly etc. The buffet breakfast was fine would be better if they included live dosa counter. The fruits are kept very close to the non vegetarian items, not perfect for vegetarians.
