The stay was amazing. Apart from that overall room was clean and well maintained. Had very few time to explore other facilities since I was there for some important work. Service was great! Got a perfect view of runway from the room. Could closely see how flights were taking off and landing from the huge window.

Loved the ambiance of the place, the food was also hot and delicious. The best part was there was always a waiter at our call available, whenever we are in need they used to come for the help quickly. Starting from a water bottle to forks, plate everything they get it quickly. Cocktails and their combinations are a must-try. The dance floor is also open for some crazy moves with your friends and the lightning will surely attract you to step into the floor.

Excellent Location. Stayed here for a day and had superb experience. Had a fine dining experience. Rooms are very well maintained. Excellent room service, just a call away. Would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in andheri east area. The place is also perfect for a wedding function as they have Indoor space for any occassion.

The hotels location what makes it best for business visit as metro is just on the steps of the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast is very nice usually idly sambhar and live dosa. The dinner is average. Room Service is fine.

It was a wonderful stay at Kohinoor Continental, we stayed there in 3 rooms, in-room service was very slow, The housekeeping was fast and good, breakfast is good I'll mark it 4 out of 5, 1 is loosed by restaurant people just because of slow services, quality of service products like dental kit, bathing kits are great. Location wise near Mumbai airport . Rooms are spacious ,but could be more neat and clean. I must say breakfast is one of the good things they provide, food is good enough to order for lunch or dinner. Service staff are good at their task.

I would give this place 5 stars for location. Well placed between both T1 and T2 terminals in Mumbai. The property is old and the rooms feel the same. The front desk is no non sense and focus on getting the job done. The breakfast buffet is just okay. For the price per night...I think I should have got better rooms. Coming back to the location...there is a metro station right outside the hotel. Autos are available at any time of the day and this a well known landmark.

Swanky hotel right next to a metro station so easily accessible with ample parking. Rooms looked a bit old and probably needs an upgrade. They have a small gym as well which was good. Have a good breakfast buffet which we thoroughly enjoyed. Laundry service was good, returned our clothes the same day.

Most pathetic and untrained staff I have ever seen. Very unexpected from a hotel of this standard. Their car parking staff literally behaved as if he is standing in a chawl and is fighting with people of his standard. He had the audacity to raise his voice and talk in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner that too in the hotel reception over such a small issue. It was truly very difficult to control myself because I was extremely tempted to fall to his standard and speak to him the way he was speaking to me. And worst of all, the duty manager is nicely standing and enjoying the show rather than intervening in the matter. I was truly shocked at how such an old and prestigious hotel has staff of such low standards. I was there for a wedding and all the guests were absolutely shocked to see the way the car parking staff was reacting and destroying the reputation of his hotel by speaking in such a roadside manner. Will definitely never come here again and will also recommend anyone in my circle to not visit or use their hotel for any function or wedding.

Good place to stay professional staff and great location however you cannot order outside food which is understandable but their own menu is very limited and every time you order anything from room service you have to pay on the stop instead of settling at the time of checkout. Rooms are big but quite old and furniture is stained, carpets have cigarette burns. Rooms need restoration amenities need replacing or repairing light switches are old and cranky sometimes they can spark. Quality of food was decent and fairly priced but very limited options. It would have been a great place maybe 5-6 yrs ago but now it's okayish.

The stay was amazing. Everything was great! Breakfast items were delicious. Both healthy and tasty options were available along with bakery items. Indian and western both options had wide variety. The experience started with the pickup facility from Airport: On time, warm welcome with complete assistance with our luggage and greetings, check-in was fine. Fantastic food ample variety and the ambiance was pleasing, Top in hygiene, fresh food, and juices were served, the Rooms are nice, and the Laundry services are the best, I must say Lively and happening hotel with, BEST services given by every department staff very helpful and courteous.

Location wise the hotel is at perfect place near metro station as well nearer to airport also. The services were quick. Conference hall is pretty huge to accommodate around 100-150 people. On first floor there was swimming pool. One thing is missing that sitting arrangement of food was not so well placed outside.

Overall a decent overnight stay experience. Rooms had adequate space, but lacked closed wardrobes. They took a declaration which said mask to be worn all times while the front office team themselves at checkout were either not wearing them or was not covering their nostril. So i would say they need to practice what they mandate. CCTV footage could be checked to verify.

We went here for a Diwali Dinner party and just loved the food. Barring one, all the dishes we ordered were really tasty. Staff was polite and courteous and the chef at the end, handed some delicious chocolates to my 4 years old nephew which was very sweet.

This restaurant is an oasis amidst the maze of roads that litter the open spaces beyond populous cities. This restaurants location is appreciated when you happen to be driving between towns at a time when your body's demands compel you to stop. Reasonable clean, though bottled drinking water left on tables is hotter than you would want after mid-day meals. The parking space outside is ample tends to get overcrowded at breakfast and lunch times.

It was my third time here. And like always it has been a wonderful time to stay here. Reception is managed by highly professional and kind staff. Food is the best part of my stay. They have restaurants where you get served for breakfast,lunch and dinner included in your pack where they have buffet system which is truly delicious and amazing. Location is also easily reachable to airport. They have good waiting area. They also provide banquet halls for functions that dont disturb your stay. It is one of the best seafarers hotels for sign on and sign off in mumbai.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available

Highly disappointed. The superior room was really old and there was foul odour. The condition of bathroom was pathetic. Not at all standards of 4 star hotel. Hotel seriously needs to upgrade it's rooms. Service is just ordinary and nothing special. Airport pick up and drop was on time and appreciable.

I used the 3rd party booking agent Maxx Value Hospitality. Their customer service agents were unresponsive and no clear communication was made to confirm what is included in the package. At the time of checkout, I was offered complimentary lunch when I complained. Average rooms, mediocre customer service. Please be cautious with the agent, their prioritiy is to rip off money and not customer centric. I paid the full amount for the services which I have not availed.

I stayed at this hotel in Nov. My overall experience was good but the baggage delivery service from entrance to room and vice versa during check in and check out was not taken care. We had to carry our baggage both the times even after informing at the reception.

Hotel is Located at very good location just near to chakala metro station. Hotel staff is very good and polite. Hotel services are very quick and responsive. You can call at any time and hotel staff will come immediately. Food quality was also good but not much varieties in breakfast. I am giving 2 Star because my stay was very horrible. They provided me the room which was divided from another room by door. I was getting noise and crying voice whole night from another room and was not able to sleep whole night. Suggestions for hotel management is that please don't allocate this type of rooms to couple. You should allocate this type of rooms to families only.

An average hotel in the busy Andheri Kurla Road . Rooms are decent. The bathroom fittings are not upto the mark as it's outdated. Normally the hotel is booked for corporate events and other functions such as Marriage , receptions etc . So it can get noisy for other guests. There are many better options for your stay that you can consider in this locality . In room dining options are limited and I was told a basic item like Chicken Manchurian was not available during Lunch. Disappointed with the service and my overall stay.

Average hotel, cleanliness need to maintain..rooms are not up keep properly..ambiance is average. Breakfast is below average..only good thing is location which middle of city and walking distance metro station..over all would rate average for short business trip..

Not worth the price at all. Rooms are average, the hotel does not have hand towels for some reason. No adaptor or bathroom dental kit. The breakfast spread cannot be taken seriously at all, there are just 4/5 options. Didn’t enjoy my stay, the hotel was way to not worth it at all. Seriously degraded in all these years. Only positive is the location

For me location is the key and the location did not work for me. This works best if you have meetings around T2 or some of the newer office spaces that have come up in Andheri East. Mine were at BKC and getting on to the western express Highway itself was hard. The rooms are nice and clean. I missed a work desk. It was a bit of a surprise, i almost take its presence as a given. The place otherwise was nice and clean. The bathrooms are well designed as well. The service is not as good. I returned my room keys at check out. Someone noted my room number on a piece of paper and later called me many times over to check if I had indeed checked out. Breakfast place is small and quite crowded. It took a while to catch the attention of the team. The team is otherwise helpful but is understaffed to handle the peak rush. All in all, a pleasant stay. Nice clean rooms, if the location works for you, go for it.

Location is the best part. Rooms are okay, but I guess needs improvement specially in B wing. Breakfast is ordinary, but A La Carte menu at the bar is quite fine. The hotel is always packed so it's quite a popular one in the region.

With being in close proximity to CSMIA, it is accessible to localites by Metro too. Simple exterior with equally luxurious interiors. Good for tourists and for organising events. Very good neat and clean hotel. Very near to Mumbai international airport. They also organise photo/painting exhibition made by school children and one can purchase the painting after paying fairly good amount which goes directly to charity purpose so very good initiative. The only drawback of this hotel that they do not provide you morning newspaper.

We organized reunion for our company in the solitaire banquet of Kohinoor continental. Undoubtedly service was amazing.... All things were taken care..... The attendants were eager to serve and cater all the requirements.... just a request away and it was done..... Mr. Rahul was a lot of help in organizing the event.

This place is right in the business area of andheri. It is also very close to the T-2 terminal. There are few issues like the charging points didnt work. The paint was coming off in few places. I would recommend this place to people because good price and decent people.

Had a birthday party at the Emerald Hall and it was an amazing experience. The host is happy when the people attending it walk up to you appreciate everything, i.e. the venue, the decor and the food. That was exactly my experience. The banquets manager Mr Sandeep Miranda is an expert in his field providing suggestions and customizing things as per your requirements. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The person in charge of the decor Mr Sachin is extremely creative and receptive to one's suggestions and requirements. Overall, this place made our celebration a memorable one.

Bed had stains bathroom left dirty. Room nor prepared for 3 guests. Dust and mold everywhere. No idea what happened to this hotel but it is no longer what you read in the positive reviews here.
